I initially called two weeks prior to my appointment that was on 3/11/25 to get a quote on four 40k mile tires. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely polite and very helpful! He went out of his way to help me get the best price possible, which I really appreciated. I got to the store promptly at 10am, my appointment time. I was greeted warmly and checked in quickly. He wasn't sure how long it would take for my car but thought it would be a few hours. Since I wasn't waiting there I asked him to call me when it was finished. He ended up calling at 12:41 and told me it was ready. There was some confusion on the amount I was due to pay for some reason but we got it all sorted out with no issues. Everyone in there was very professional and friendly to me. My car was returned in clean condition, the tires had the proper inflation and the tires look awesome! I highly recommend NTB for your tires and maintenance.

My experience could not have been better. The gentleman who completed my paperwork was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The shop was clean and very comfortable to sit and wIt on your vehicle. I was kept abreast of the what s was going on with my vehicle. Overall very pleased with the service and I will definitely be back.

Very poor customer service at this location. The only place I have been where it takes 10 to 15 minutes to be acknowledged when there are two employees at the front computers. This has happened more than once and I was turned away twice for state inspections on days that I was told to come back with new excuses. I finally just went somewhere else. They need to get it together because if they came into my work environment which is medical they would be expecting a better quality and timelines of service. This location needs to be held to a better standard.

Scheduled an appointment for tire rotation and an oil change for 0800 (told them I was going to wait). I checked in promptly at 8, but when I informed the attendant at the desk I was waiting, he informed me there were no mechanics at work. I asked when they would be at work, and he said he didn't know. I waited 20 minutes; still no mechanics at work. What kind of business allows this? Since I had to take time off of work for this, I left. Very disappointing and not going back.

I have wonderful experiences with NTB at Debaun Loop. All of the staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and concerned about providing the best car care for your special circumstances-prices, etc. I find them trustworthy in providing service. The staff explains the pricing and will explore all options to give the customer a good price and impeccable service too. In other words, me-the customer does not feel like I'm about to be overpriced/cheated like some places. Highly recommend...

I took my truck to this place to get in an alignment. They told me my balljoint on the driver's side was bad, I replaced it took it back up there. They didn't alignment, I come to find Out There's a lot of things Bad under my truck and they charge me for an alignment. Now I'm gonna have to get another one after I replace all of these things. They need to do a better job, letting their customers know they have problems before they charge them for alignments.

These guys are great!! They found a power steering leak on my vehicle I wasn t aware of and fixed it the same day at a fair price. Really, really appreciate the hard work at the Debaum Loop location. I WILL be back for all of my family s vehicle needs.

Bryant is simply outstanding. I had a tire that was running out of air and they were getting ready to close and he said bring it in and we will fix it asap. BRYANT AND HIS TEAM ARE SIMPLY OUTSTANDING. THANK YOU BRYANT. NTB GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!

I came in on a Sunday and I really needed to get my tire placed on my car and this place really helped me out. I would recommend NTB over any other tire shop in the hampton roads area, trust me

Tyler was very helpful and professional. Service throughout was great! Were able to work with me on my lug nuts Aaron was great help as well very knowledgeable about my vehicle. Would highly recommend this NTB

My tire became flat a couple months ago. I scheduled a repair online that day, and was seen the next day. The gentlemen there were kind, courteous, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and funny! I drive a 2018 Chevy Spark, which requires a special order. They were able to order the tire and have it into the shop within the week. They did an amazing job! The manager here has a fantastic team! I'm grateful for their help and support. Receiving my tire service here brightened my day, honestly. It was super refreshing to have great service from great people.

I was recently up here for an inspection and I was given the requirements to pass with a certified sticker. So when it came time to pay for it and receive my debit card back, I held my hand out to receive my card; however, Mike blatantly threw my card on the corner at me I wasn't sure but, I felt disgusted to the action of treatment performed by this employee .

I disdain taking my car to have it serviced, despite the necessity, but since I first found this place, I have found it to be far more pleasant and rewarding! Wayne, Chris, and Mike are always prompt and engaging, which makes the whole experience enjoyable instead of painstaking. They are helpful and communicate appropriately what needs to be done and how much it costs. Really the best shop I've ever brought my vehicle to have maintenance done!

The lady i was just on the phone with first had me on speaker phone when I answered the call. Struggled to hear a word she said, asked her to look up a specific brand of tire and instantly heard her give out a deep sigh, as if I was Interrupting.Ill gladly take my money, my vehicles and my buisness elsewhere. Pride goes a long way with the general public. The blatant lack of professionalism by remaining on speaker phone even after I spoke up about it, ill gladly take my money, my vehicles and my buisness elsewhere.

Came in for a set of 4 tires that Matt had to special order. Once they arrived he then called me to set up an appt to drop off to have them installed. Had them installed within a few hours, as expected. He and his staff did an awesome job getting them on and taken care of even with the limited staffing in the shop. Thank you Matt and team for the great service!!

There was a mix up when I checked in for my appointment so the work was not completed when expected. Wayne and Chris got the work scheduled quickly and did everything they could to make sure my experience was positive. I will definitely return for services because they put the customer first!
