I love Mrs Lori. She s the best. The customer service is impeccable and they really care. Mrs Lori is so knowledgeable about her job and great down to earth people person. When I come in my visit is about so much more than the part I m looking for. Best parts store in town.

Very friendly, I came in to swap my battery for the Suburban, and as I walked in a very nice lady quickly grabbed a cart, ready for me to put the battery in.Last time I went in for a couple electrical items, and I forgot what the tool I needed was, and an employee saw me looking and we got it found immediately, and got me on my way. I like going here, its got everything I need, and prices are fair market, and parts quality is good.

Last year while working I came down with covid, was out of work for 3 weeks, then just a week into working they decided to reduce my hours from full time 5-6 days a week to only 2 days a week.Quit on the spot especially since the manager decide to not tell me personally and had one of his lackeys tell me.So Mr store manager I have 2 words for youSCREW YOU!!!!

I always trust my knowledgeable and reliable parts pros at NAPA Western Branch. I love my old Jeeps and can count on NAPA to always have what I want or need for them. I personally deal with multiple auto parts stores on a regular basis just because of what I do for a living, and I personally believe that I get an overall better and reliable product/part from NAPA ,That even though I may chose to buy something from a budget line of parts from NAPA that even the budget part will be better quality and longer lasting than if I had gotten the same or similar part from a local competitor!!

This was my first time purchasing there. I had originally gone to another parts store and was sold the incorrect product. NAPA had what I needed in stock and they're a stones' throw from the Honda dealer where I'm getting my vehicle serviced. They have an extra layer set up at the cash register(in an effort to keep everyone safe during the pandemic). I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

Items ring up at higher prices than the on-shelf price tags. They also refuse to honor the 20% AAA discount. After experiencing both of these things on my last two trips to this NAPA, I will not be returning. At least I now understand why the items on the shelves are collecting dust.

Consider yourself warned. This place lied to me about having a specific type of oil. I then drove almost forty minutes only to find that they didn t have what I d confirmed with them before driving out there. Needless to say, I won t be making the drive out there again.
