I ordered 4 Golf cart batteries on line. I called NAPA ( Bearmon & Johnson Inc.) to see when I could pick the batteries up. The Salesperson explained he had to get two of the batteries from another NAPA dealer and hopefully, they would have them the next day. I called the following day and the NAPA employee stated they had received my batteries but he was hesitant to sell them to me because of the late manufactuer date of the batteries. He offered to get more recent manufactured batteries for me but may take up to a week to get them. I received a call back from the NAPA representative the very next day and they had my batteries and they were manufactured the very same month I was purchasing them.I hate to say but it is not often these days that you get superior service from many businesses but the service I received at NAPA ( Beamon& Johnson) was TOP OF THE LINE! Not only did they ensure that I received the best batteries possible but they also unloaded the old batteries from the back of my truck and loaded the new batteries, (which are extremely heavy), in my truck. I highly recommend anyone who is in the market for vehicle/automotive parts to stop by NAPA(Beamon&Johnson) near S.Military Highway in Norfolk Va.. You won t be disappointed. They strive to give you superior service because they actually get it. You are a valued customer.

This is where I usually go to get my parts. Had an emergency as my battery was dead in the vehicle I'm driving. I went there with my kids in tow to get a new one and forgot my tools at home. Usually someone there lends me a tool or two to fix whatever I needed to. Not sure if the policy changed but the guy wasn't willing to help me out aside from just purchasing a battery. Needless to say I left and went to AutoZone on Battlefield and I fixed my vehicle on the spot. With their tools. Morale of the story? Customers, don't forget your tools. NAPA workers, if you want to keep your customers, help them out. They lost a sale that day and maybe a customer for a guy who didn't want to help a guy out. Overall though aside from that one bad apple, I'd come back for the other associates there because they bend over backwards to get you what you need.

It's nice to know how this location treats their customers. Less than 6 months ago I bought a battery which I noticed was leaking acid a few days ago. I called this Napa and they said unless I have the reciept they can't warranty the battery as all the info to warranty was on the reciept. "We don't do look ups, that's AutoZone" is what I was told word for word. It took me going to a+ auto on princess Anne and the gentleman cam helped me get everything sorted out and got my battery warrantied. If you need parts don't shop here because they will jip you down the road just to save a buck instead of keep a customer coming back. If you have a job, you need to do it.

Customer service is great. We always get helped in a quick and efficient manor. Ladies behind the counter know there stuff. Always seem to have what we bed for our F350 in stock at decent prices. AAA discount is a great advantage. Online and in store price may vary.

Best auto parts store in the area. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. True professionals with real experience, compared to other chain auto parts stores. They also almost always have anything you need in stock. If not, they'll get it in within a day or two. And Napa brand parts have always been excellent quality in my experience.

Excellent. I went here and had a nice experience with the staff.I was looking for a particular screw for my vehicle and we were able to find it; they didn't have any on-location but they ordered them and I came back later and picked them up (they arrived within about an hour or so, nice!). I was expecting it to be a few days so that was fantastic. They were friendly and went above and beyond to help.I'm not in this area often but I would definitely recommend coming here.

Expert help;. Our battery died in front of my doctor's office. Young Man came to bring us a battery from 10-15 miles away. Very professional! Have dellt with NAPA closer home but this was more than an hour away. Recommend Highly.

The part I needed was only available at Napa or on Amazon. I didn't trust Amazon so I went with Napa.The part I got is messing up immediately.The cost difference was about $300. So I feel like I wasted $300 I could have saved money on the part buying from Amazon and had easier returns. I don't have the time to let my vehicle cool down in their parking lot enough to remove the old part and I don't have another vehicle to bring the part up to the store.So I'm driving my vehicle with a messing up part hoping I don't blow my motor.

Good selection and knowledgeable staff. Probably the best auto parts chain in Hampton Roads.Edit: Docked a star since they sold me the wrong oil filter for my car. If AutoZone wasn't open until 10:00 pm I would've had to pull the old nasty filter out of the dirty oil and put it back on the car until I could get the correct filter.

Napa has all your favorites, if it isn't in the store they will get it there quicker than you can say "omfg Barb is so hot, I'm gonna come here all the time and buy things I don't really need"
