I stopped by without an appointment expressing my concerns. Mr. Miguel immediately popped my hood, took some things apart, and SHOWED me exactly what my issue was. He gave me a quote and fixed my car right then and there at a very fair price. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I live in Hampton and will now make that drive for all future automotive needs. The customer service and service at Mu�oz Auto Services is impressively outstanding! Thank you team!

Great communication , fast service , honest feedback and very fair pricing. Will only take my cars here from now on.Took the time to answer all my random questions and addressed my concerns.They did my timing belt, serpentine belts and valve cover gaskets on my 05 civic.

The owner was FANTASTIC!!! I came into the shop a little nervous not knowing what to expect especially with my vehicle not being able to start and forecasting a big bill. I sat down with the owner and they assured me i was going to be taken care of. Very nice, respectful, gentleman that talked me through the process and even in detail on what he was going to do with my vehicle. As he operated on the vehicle he updated me on what was going on. The same day i checked in was the same day I checked out. Love it, very fast, efficient and budget friendly! Cant find a more honest mechanic shop!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Honest, reliable, and dependable. They don t take advantage of you and they understand working class people. Their prices are fair to you and them. Found them in a time of stress and uncertainty and they made the process smooth and efficient.

Outstanding service! I had an issue with the wiring in my truck just before a cross country move and they stayed After closing and personally made sure that everything was working order. I can not recommend a friendlier or hard working auto service in VA.

The transmission in my car needed to be replaced. The shop looked around for a transmission, gave me some options and still continued to look and found me a better one with the least amount of miles at a price I could afford. I had my car back within 2 days. They went above and beyond to help me get my car up and running at the best price possible.
