I went in for an estimate and was thoroughly impressed with the honesty and the price. They quickly helped with a temporary solution to keep water from getting in until the full repair could be done. Unfortunately, my son took the vehicle out of the area before we could get in the schedule, so we did not have the repair work done. Fabulous company. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future, but hope I remain collision free and don't need their services.

Without a doubt, the best customer and quality service in the 757! Paint quality and clear coat are factory new. In my experience, Best prep and paint in all of Tidewater. Replacement parts to spec and installment looks good as new. Estimators got it right the first time! No shortcuts! Owners hiring and retaining the right people. Bravo Zulu!

What a great job these guys did on repairing my vehicle was AWESOME! MIcar Collision Center is the BEST! The entire process, from dropping your vehicle off, contacting your insurance company, to picking it up after repair is a HASSLE FREE experience! To top it off, they will even take your rental car back for you if the rental company is one of their affiliated partners! Trust in Micar Collision Center for your car collision repairs! You are treated like not just a customer....youre treated like family!

I had a situation where I needed a complete new door and it was on a National back order for months.It took awhile to get the part, fortunately the vehicle was still drivable. I was impressed with how they checked on the status ever so often and stayed in touch with me on the situation.Everything went as it should have.Thank you!

Eric was an amazing advisor and kept me up to date constantly for my repair. I felt bad for bothering him at times, but he always made me feel that I wasn't a bother. Thank you Eric and Micar Collision for making this a stress free experience

In general the staff was friendly and provided frequent updates on repair progress. What was disappointing and somewhat reflective of their work was that when I picked up my vehicle the battery was dead. Ok, no big deal. But when I popped the hood, it was obvious it had been dead for a while as the battery cover was removed and not reinstalled. It was just smashed between the hood and cowl. Why didn t they charge the battery and put my car back together. I picked up my car in the rain making it difficult to see the work. I later found over-spray on my wheels which now needs to be removed. There were other trim parts not installed properly which I had to fix. It just seemed like a rush job with a lack of attention to detail.

I like this place. Best business in Chesapeake to get your car repaired. A State Farm insurance representative recommended it after my back bumper was damaged. The people were friendly, fair, and explained exactly what was going to happen once I decided to get repairs done. It did take one extra day to get fixed than it was originally promised but that was fine. I'd recommend anybody to go here.

Great experience, very patient and the work done was excellent. Very understanding too, I had to go out of state and was delayed in picking up my car. The staff was very nice as well. The body work on the car itself was well done too, hard to even tell it wasn t fresh stock

Always exceptional service and I d never go anywhere else!However- there s one guy there who is less than patient on the phone. Certainly not a reason to not use the business- but can be off putting to someone not familiar with the excellent results .

I was dealing with a hit & run situation. Micar worked quickly & efficiently with the insurance company to set me up. It took a while to get in but the work they did on the car and the customer service was superlative! Highly recommend!

The only shop I d recommend dealing with if you have State Farm. Entire team I worked with was more than professional.Had my vehicle (a notoriously hard vehicle to work on and source parts in a timely manor for) in under a week!If I could 10 stars I would!

Work was repaired as necessary. They kept us up to date on repairs (more parts necessary). Car looks like brand new. Would use again and definitely will recommend to others.

Fantastic service all the way around. I played hooky and took a day trip to the mountains. On my way home something in the road was kicked up into my brand new Jeep! Upset, I filed the claim through Nationwide that night and MiCar contacted me next day! The quote was clear and (although I already knew what to expect) they went over my insurance coverage with me so there were no surprises. A week was the quoted time (5 days) and it was done in 4! They even took care of an unrelated repair for me for less than $50! Another thing- although spotless inside, my Jeep was pretty dirty on the outside (I drive a TON!) They were only repairing the front fender area, but I swear I got my Jeep back much much cleaner than I left it. Did they wash it?! I am super happy with the entire process. Its like it never even happened. Thanks MiCar!

I got an estimate to repair a scratched quarter panel today. Everyone was very congenial and helpful. The estimator was quick and even offered to rub out the damage at no cost! They ve earned my future business for sure. I m certain you ll be happy too!Edit: I was hit by a distracted driver recently. It wound up being about 3k in damages. They did a fantastic job on my 2011 Nissan Rogue. It s a premium paint that has 3 different paint components called Black Amethyst Pearl. I was anxious that my older paint would match up with new. They did a superb job and it is impossible to tell it was ever worked on. They communicated regularly and I was never left in the dark about it s completion. I m a customer for life now. By all means give them a chance to earn your business. They won t let you down.

Let me first start off with saying my truck looks better than new. I have a 2011 Toyota Tundra that had loss it's luster and that's an understatement. Micar has done work on my other cars and there is no other place I would trust to get quality work. Danny and Josh were total professionals along with all the other staff. I was kept informed throughout the process from start to finish. I have had cars completely painted in the past, however this paint job totally blew me away. If there was a way to give 10 stars I would give them the extra stars. "Top notch" is the only words to describe my experience.Service: Painting

The appraisal, time to repair and rental car assistance provided was satisfactory. The repair look flawless. Damages was responsibility of other party, MiCar handle the insurance claim process from beginning to end.
