Pickup time on contract is 11:00-13:00, I arrive at 11:45 and everyone is gone to lunch until 13:00. Once there was actually staff in the building everything moved along quickly. But, why have a two hour loading window that everyone is gone for an entire hour of it.

If you are on a flatbed you will have to wait at least 3-4 hours so they start loading you, also the forklift driver was rude
