Called Little Richard's for possible gas leak issue at out office trailer and he did not disappoint! Every other place I called couldn't make it out until the following week, he offered to come out late in the afternoon after his appt in Newport News (We're in VB). He was able to make it out earlier and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, as well as giving multiple suggestions for a few other things around the trailer. He was informative, knowledgeable and extremely personable. A week later, he still checks in to ask if everything is in working order. 5 stars all across the board!!!

While in Virginia visiting family in our Tiffin Allegro, we contacted Richard about a charging problem when traveling here. He came right over and diagnosed it as a bad alternator. He lined up a local shop that rebuilt our alternator in an hour, problem solved. Unfortunately, for our luck, our Aqua hot quit working the next night (32 degrees ) so no heat. Called Richard, and he diagnosed as a faulty combustion motor.He had parts to fix and service the burner so heat is back on. I hope the rest of our trip is trouble-free, but if not, we hope to find someone like Little Richard's RV to help us out. Highly recommend Little Richard's RV service

Called Little Richard's for oil change and furnace repair. He was very prompt and knowledgeable. Found the issue with the furnace was a very poor factory installation of gas lines. I will be having him do those repairs after talking with Thor. Thank you for great service.

Richard can DO IT ALL! He has repaired the smallest squeaks all the way to replacing the aqua hot system and upgrading the battery system and inverter. No job too small or too large. He has fixed our slides/slide motors as well, and talked through issues over the phone when on the road. Extremely knowledgeable in all things mechanica. Came out on a Sunday in between other jobs to help us with the day running lights on a 2010 Jayco....tested the truck and the battery...determined corrosion in the plug and got it running in under 10...great guy ...and gave us advice on our battery...would def call him again

My. Slide was stuck in the open position and Richard came in a timely manner and repaired the slide . Real professional Vey rare unfortunately in the rv world. I would recommend him highly!!!

We were camping at Holiday Travel Park in Virginia Beach when we couldn t get our control panel to operate correctly called he was there same day!!We have used this service twice now and he was very knowledgeable and willing to find parts needed.
