Dante and Eric are absolutely the best car sales men ever!!! Very personable! We wanted to stay below a certain down payment and they made that happen! They both were very educated about all the cars. We are definitely buying all of our vehicles here.

I dreaded having to do car shopping. Always the run around and never what is explained over the phone. Definitely NOT the case at Little Joes. I can t speak for any other dealer, but the overall experience with the entire team was friendly and respectful. I worked with Adrean Amann and, no disrespect to the other dealers, but I highly suggest you go DIRECTLY to Adrean. He was patient and understanding towards my situation. Extremely personable. I felt like he was honestly doing everything in his power to help me and it was successful. My past mistakes warranted a higher down payment, so don t allow your outcome from your mistakes sway your opinion on the auto buying process at Little Joes. They really are for the people. Thank you all for the opportunity! And thank you Adrean!

I hate dealing with dealerships but Michael Quarles made the experience very painless. I went shopping for a decent priced car for my wife after hers had been totaled and he was very professional and helped me through the entire process. I actually found her a car she would like that was in great shape. I will most definitely be a repeat customer and hopefully Michael will be there to help but all of the staff was very professional and willing to help.

Customer service was amazing! Truly made my dream come true. I drove away with a 2024 in the color I desired. Was patient and severely knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling. I will recommend him a million times over to everyone. Get your butt down to Little Joe's and ask for Dante!!! You will not be disappointed*Addition- I really can't say enough to describe this young man's service. He is a gem. We brought our twins with us during the buying process and they enjoyed his light hearted kind spirit. We weren't even seated before the nice woman behind the counter brought out crayons and coloring pages to keep them busy. When I tell you the process was easy from start to finish with zero pressure. Thank you to the team that made all this happen!

Can I give a half star? What a shady place. Never even stepped foot on the lot. I entered my name, email, and phone number online to "access" their inventory. They don't even have prices listed for the inventory that they have online. I've been in a text conversation with Carmen who can't even answer a simple question. I have asked if they have a particular model for under a certain price and her repeated response is "we have pricing for ALL budgets". It was a yes or no question. Never answered. I understand what kind of dealership this is. They want you to come in so they can try to sell you something that is probably way overpriced but a "low" monthly payment. I just wanted a simple vehicle for under $10k because I would be paying cash for it. But I guess that's not the structure of this dealership because then they wouldn't be making 26% interest off me for being an idiot. I will never buy from this place and I think people should steer clear. I see multiple 5 star reviews. So, if anyone is willing, please let me know how much your car actually cost. Because I can't get an answer from the dealership.

Our Salesman was a gentleman named Tadd, I cannot say enough great things about this man! I have been to many dealerships but I have never met a salesman as pleasant and genuine as Tadd! For an amazing experience I recommend this man for sure! Thank you Little Joe's and Tadd stay amazing!!!!

So my dealer that got me into my SUV Adam Burd is *A *Maz *ING....He got me what I was Interested in. I was very nervous never owed an SUV but he made me feel good about it and I felt more at ease with the purchase. I love it and my experience with him. When u go ask for Adam Ward. You will love the experience

Came in today to see what I was approved for. I didn't expect to drive away with anything. Jon "The Problem Solver" Searles did everything he could to get me into something today. He and the finance team worked wonders, and I now have a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta under my name, poor credit, no down payment, and traded my 2009 Honda Accord in. If you need your car buying issues or worries resolved, go see Jon " The Problem Solver" Searles at Little Joes on S military Hwy, Chesapeake, VA!! The Little Joes team is great, and everyone was pleasant. I will recommend everyone go to them and my next purchase will be with them again.

What a wonderful experience I had working with Dante, he helped us buy our car fast and efficiently with no pressure. He listened to all our concerns wants and needs and was patient with us and our 3 children. He was able to get us a good price and apptoved even though our credit is a work in progress. I highly recommend coming here and working with him if you need a car. The whole process was smooth easy and stress free.

I been with Little Joe s since 2018 and I just love there service and the staff is polite and friendly. They get the job done I love how they keep you informed about your vehicle if it needs to be service. Also, they have great discounts where you can save money on parts and labor. I have a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander and I haven t had any major issues due to me keeping up my truck/ staff making sure everything is going good. Thank you Little Joe s

Came here in huge need of a good, well priced car in my price range. I was expecting a beater. Thanks to Adam Byrd I walked out of here with a brand new 2024 THAT I COULD AFFORD. With every warranty possible and services for the car included. I thought there was no chance for things to work out but thanks to this place and Adam I was heard and taken care of.
