When I received an oil change my battery was drained by the light accidentally being left on. I didn t mind that at all, the attendant was very apologetic and sweet. The manager came down and berated her employee in front of my husband and I. She was very confrontational. I felt sincerely sorry for the attendant and any employee who works for that toxic manager.

Positives:1) Identified a real issue with my tires during routine oil check and worked to order replacement tires expeditiously.2) communicated with me about status of order on SaturdayNegatives:1)Supplier delivered tires to shop 7 hrs later than was communicated to me and I had to return to the shop twice on the same day due to the delay.2) I was told to expect 45-60 min to change out the two new tires. The process ended up taking 3 hours (due to missing parts and lack of tire sensors). I was late for a mandatory meeting at my kids school at 7 pm and the last 1.5 or so hours, the tech kept coming in to say just 15 more minutes. This occurred at last 4 times. I may have made a different decision in the timing of repair had I know that the process may have taken the 3hrs and I would still need to get a new tire sensor put in at a later date.

She didn t tell me the price first until she gave me the total then she gave me a voucher for got card not telling me it for the next visit. She had hidden agenda to have me as a Sunday customer. She asked what kind of oil I used most business I dealt with would tell what kind they used and what weight . Paperwork said I got a filter changed that s didn t happen because most places asked do I want to buy one and show me how dirty . I just have bought one the last time. My maintenance light came on last week and I seen Jiffy Lube to get oil changed. Wrong choice wrong workers on a Sunday. Most people don t get oil changed on Sunday. Blame me but I want use Jiffy again. Bad first experience.

Explained service needed and manager asked employee if he knew to do the work asked he say yes and was not able to form the work needed, did what was NOT needed. Won t be there again. The western branch Jiffy Lube. Waited 2 hours for nothing!!

I was in town visiting my sister for the New Year. I needed a oil change, tire rotation and windshield wiper change. I am very disappointed in the the service I received. For starters I was there for at least an 1 hour and half receive the worst service. I get ready to come back home the next day and noticed i was missing a lug nut off tire and started looking at all the tires and noticed that several of my tires had mismatched lugs on tires. I was already informed when inquiring why it was taking so long that and I wss informed everyone had called out of work and the only person available was a new new person. My windshield wiper flew off , my car is shaking and on top of this I have greasy hand prints several places. I was almost an hour late for work last night because I had to get someone to bring me lug nut for tire before attempting to drive home 3 and 1/2 hours away. I call shop this morning to report my issues by the same person that waited on me Sunday. I informed her I didn't want to talk to her to please give me another number or person to talk with She refused. She had the nerve to tell me in order to get refund I had to drive back to show my car along with my receipt . I explained no need to drive back I have taken pictures and I needed to speak to someone now. She continued to refuse and go as far as saying the phone was breaking up. I will find out the owner I would like to express my concerns. On top of all the above I had a $100.00 gift card that was not able to use. The only reason I went to jiffy lube. I paid more for an change for my Kia than I do for my Lexus. I very frustrated and angry. I will reach out to Better Business with my concerns. I could have easily been injured and I could have injured someone when my windshield wiper flew off. I need assistance with my concerns ASAP.

They identified an issue with my tire that 5 other shops could not to include the dealership. Also were able to fit me into their schedule very quickly and left me with a very short wait time.

Garney was the kindest, most polite mechanic I've ever worked with! I was done with the full oil change and lightbulb replacement suggestion in about 20 minutes from the time I pulled into the parking lot. I went down the street to pick up the ordered light bulb, and the guy there helped me replace the bulb! Great experience, thanks y'all!

The replaced a battery for my car that no one else would touch because of the overlapping piece on my battery. Went to 3 different places before here and they we able to do it with no problem and in a timely manner. Price was acceptable. My dealer would not be able to see me until Sept 7 with was a whole month away for a battery replacement. Jiffy lube saved my day.

Staff was great and professional. However, after getting tires rotated one of the hubcaps is missing. And they have never just popped off before. So either it wasn't put on correctly or they broke a latch. Referred me to corporate, so hopefully they will take care of it without hassle.

Waited for 15min, wasn't acknowledged. Wasn't informed air filter wasn't changed due to not having on hand, found out after asking questions. Staff not friendly, didn't speak.

They where late opening. I asked for a oil change and tire rotation. They did okay on the oil change. Tire rotation They screwed it up totally. I was told my lug nuts had expanded on the back wheels and I would have to get new ones. I did and went out to put the news ones on. The problem being they stripped out my old ones and I can not get them out, going to have to take my truck to a garage and have them changed out. Who knows how much that will cost. You have lost me as a customer and I will never recommend themServices: Tires, Oil change

Got an oil change here while on a trip. They get 5 stars for fast service but if I was at home I can buy the same oil and do it myself for half the price. Paid 125$ for a sedan car with full synthetic oil. Last one I did myself cost me 50$ with full synthetic and filter. These guys need to make a living too... I only stopped because I was on a trip and for from home. Nice shop, quick job, I liked there inspection they do snd notify you about other things. Thanks guys.

Excellent customer service and the Manager Mr. Fletcher was very knowledgeable and provided me with a detail summary of my service. The workers were very friendly and courteous. Got an oil change less than 4 weeks ago. Have not been able to drive my car, and no oil in it. We asked if there were any issues or leaks they said no. Took it back to get more oil and have them look at it. Manager not only refused to fill the oil up but refused to give me corporate number and district manager contact. Manager on duty said he didn't want to give the number because he didn't want to be blamed. Horrible customer service and horrible mechanics. Do not suggest you come to this Jiffy Lube!! I gave a great review when we went to get the oil change because their district manager was there and gave such great service but sadly our experience has been horrible since then!Service: Oil change

Took vehicle in and had to come back the next day due to leaking oil. They replaced filter and it still leaked so they put it back in the bay and replaced it again. The next day I noticed it was still leaking oil.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This is my second time coming to this location. Both times I was met with very courteous staff. The first time was to get an oil change, there were three people ahead of me and I still left within a decent time frame. The second time I believed to have a leak in my tire but they took a look and told me I didn t have one. My tire was in perfect condition, just added a little air and sent me on my way. Overall experience was 10/10 considering some of the things I ve had to deal with, with other mechanics.Services: Tires, Oil change
