I went to this jiffy lube for a quick oil change, which they were. But then shortly after, I got a notification light. I took my truck to an auto shop and turns out the oil was completely drained (it was all over my vehicle) and the filter not even checked. Oil level wasn't even showing up on the dipstick. I had the auto shop type up a report and I plan on reporting this location as a whole for poor service and negligence.

My exterior windows weren t washed, windshield fluid wasn t filled and they didn t vacuum. These things I could easily check. Not sure what they did I just hope the oil was changed properly. Very disappointed.

I ve been trying for weeks to get a hold of anyone but phone is down. They are the worst people you get an oil change from. I was already worried when I got there and the way the guy acted. Service got done and realized when I was at the stoplight leaving it was idling a little rough. I thought it was nothing and went home. Next day check engine light is on. I try for 4 days to call them but phone is disconnected. I went to a bmw specialty shop and was told they broke the center cage in the filter cap and it s broken or dislodged, which will affect oil pressure enough to not allow the VANOS system to work. I m HIGHLY disappointed that they did this and probably knew they did it yet didn t say anything. And very upsetting how unprofessional a business is to not have there phone connected and for there employees to be so careless and disrespectful

The service I received was fast, easy, and convenient. I got a change oil light, and the closest place to me was this Jiffy Lube. I pulled in, and the lady attendant was very nice, and helped me pick the right oil for my car. 9nce I turned in my keys, I waited about 10-15 minutes. The techs even let me grab my belongings when I asked them. I paid for my service, and kept driving. I think these guys are doing an amazing job. If I'm in the area, and need service, I will definitely come back.

Update: You can reference the message below from the Jiffy Lube in question. I still have not received a follow-up email despite doing as requested.My wife went to this Jiffy Lube on 12/04/23 for an oils change. 2 days later we go to Richmond and the check engine light is coming on every time I hit the brakes. I pull over and there s not a drop of oil on the dipstick. I look under the car and it s covered in oil. I put what is available at the gas station in it because the engine is rumbling at this point. I call several times - no answer. I go to the nearest Jiffy Lube and sure enough they didn t put the gasket on the oil filter which means they also failed to do the appropriate pressure checks. I am leaving this review because THEY NEVER ANSWER THIER PHONE. I am reporting this to corporate offices as well because I can t take it up with them.

After going through the check in process (10 minutes worth) they only had synthetic oil .place has become kinda run down looking. Broken window, unkept common areas, etc. Went to a near by competitor, great service.

My experience with the location off of Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake, VA has been outstanding! The team is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I ve been going there for several years and will continue to do so.

This was inmy first time visiting this location since I moved away from the area in November of 2020. Would have given a 5 star rating but the tech didn't secure 1 of the 4 screws that secures the air filter in place. Other than that it was a petty good pit stop. Noticed the missing screw when IRemoved the cover to verify the air filter was changed and installed properly. Service: Oil change

Horrible experience again.This was the third time they screwed my truck up.Three strikes and your out.Will never go back.Went in for quick oil change and they told me my oil pan was leaking.It would take an hour to fix,Had to pick my truck up next day because they didn't know what they were doing.Was told they we're gonna knock of the labor charge by one manager,Next day different manager didn't know anything about it.300.dollars later I have my truck back.We will see how well the work holds up.

Extremely unfriendly staff, which made the cost of my service that much more painful. I paid $119 on an oil change for my Acura that has 70,000 miles on it, never have I paid THAT much in the 5 years I've owned it, they then wanted to charge me $100 to run a diagnostic for my check engine light. I went down the street and had Autozone do it for free. I won't go back here

Asked for a cross rotation on the tires. They told me that if the tire was only one directional that they could not. I looked up Michelin LT tires and they can be cross rotated. When asked about it then the story changed to they could only do 4x4 vehicles. Last time at this location. I guess when they only hire eleven teen year old this is what you get.

Fast, inexpensive, polite. Waiting room is cold but there is free bottled water if you are thirsty and I was offered Christmas candy.

This place is amazing. I am in and out faster than the sit in your car place nearby with twice the quality of service. Every time they are professional, quick and very knowledgeable. Although they offer the usual upsells they aren t pushy and gave me an honest brake pad assessment that let me wait 6 months. Been here 3 times and won t go anywhere else now.Service: Oil change

They charged me for someone else s car bill and then they had me pay my own. I tried to explain that I had alloted a certain amount to which they replied, sorry and shrugged.

Very quick oil change. I was not shown my filter nor asked if I needed a new one. They did not vacuum. I really appreciated it when they use too and I felt confident and well taken care of when they use to show me my filter and offer me a new one.

It was a while back. I had a oil change done here. It took (for ever) and when they were done I got in my jeep to leave and noticed my oil pressure was showing zero. I got out and looked. They had broken my oil pressure sensor completely off when they were putting the new oil filter on. And was leaking a little. I went back in and told them about it. And immediately was told that it must ve been like that before because they wouldn t have done that. And that s just simply not true. After a long conversation with the manager they agreed to fix it. And had to sit there for hours while they sent somebody to go get a part and then replace it so all in all my jeep was leaking oil from the oil filter they installed, and they broke my oil pressure sensor. Blamed me. And I had to sit there for HOURS. And didn t even get any kind of a discount refund or even a coupon for the trouble

Had a typical oil change and they even cleaned the carpet (vacuumed). They are always very fast and very friendly and never forget to put a sticker on my windshield like some other places do.

Took my manual vehicle for a standard oil change. The clutch was having minor problems prior, but after the oil change the workers stalled my vehicle out multiple times the the clutch was completely broke and the vehicle was not drivable. Manager stated since there was already a minor problem beforehand, they were not going to do anything. Don t recommend taking your car here if it is a stick shift, since they continually stalled my car out even when i said i would drive it out

Needed air in my tires, and I'm visiting someone here in Virginia Beach, went two or three places, finally ended up at jiffy lube, Michael said he would be glad to put air in my tires, thank you Michael and what a great job you did, will be back

Went there to get them to repair a tire and figured I get the oil change while I was there. Went across the street to the stores came out very shortly later to see my truck done abnormally fast. Come to find out they didn't do anything to my tires then when I said something they gave me excuses about them having less then quality patches so they couldn't do the repair. I came for the repair the oil change was just because! I left out of there 120 dollars poorer and still having to go to another shop.Services: Tires, Oil change
