My appointment was 27 Sept 2023 at 12 p.m. I must say that this was the longest I ve ever had to wait for my car to be serviced/repaired at this facility. The service is and always has been excellent at this facility. Today was just a very busy day there and my car needed Air Bag repairs. They were not able to fix it during todays visit the parts they needed had to be ordered. The staff there was very nice and extremely professional.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I have been taken my vehicle to Priority since I purchased it five years ago. Broderick, my service advisor is hands down the BEST . He provides outstanding customer service at all times. I ve watched this young man run the service department with very little help. If he was frustrated, stress, or exhausted. He showed absolutely no signs of that. You could tell that he takes great pride in his job assignment, and that he s passionate about the service he provides. I would like to publicly thank him. my car was dropped off around 650-7 due to them NOT being open yet i dropped my key in the drop box. i called around 245pm to get an update. They didn t even know my car was there! The excuse was my key got stuck at the top of the drop box on the inside! The Advisor asked me what was suppose to be done. He assured me that my car would have my oil done tires rotated and brakes done which i did advise if they couldn t do the brakes don t worry about but he said they would be done. I called around 445-5 to get an update no answer!Around 520, i talked to the lady at the desk and just told them to leave my car alone and i m coming to get it. When i get there the only thing done was an Oil change nothing else not even a tire rotation. They Had my car all Day for nothing!!!!!! The lady had the desk stated i should have bought my keys in instead. They won t even Open!!!!!!!

My service on October 5th 2023 was top notch. Broderick always gives outstanding customer service. I went in for a state inspection and was in and out in no time. I'm a proud new owner of Infiniti QX30S, I needed an oil change, it's challenging for me to receive services closer to my home so I drove 20 miles out to the Chesapeake Infiniti Dealership, but I didn't realize I needed to make an appointment before and I desperately needed my vechicle serviced. I use my vehicle for traveling with my job, therefore I was very nervous I wouldn't be seen, however the Assistant Manager, Broderick Washington was able to worked me in his busy schedule. Syeed and the whole service team were top notch! Our car broke down on our trip and they made time to fit us in so our car was ready in less than 48 hours so we could leave in time. I highly recommend using them.

Simple oil change with an appointment took 2.5 hours. The vehicle wasn't washed or vacuumed (normal) and my wife watched it come off the rack and the driver squealed the tires driving it around the parking lot to the bay. A vehicle report (normal) wasn't included upon delivery. The service has dropped considerably under the new management.Service: Oil change

It was not that good this time had to wait a long time this time appointment was at noon i usually go in the morning i be there before they open came in at 12 and didn't leave till after 4:30 for state inspection always keep my car up and they know this i do this same thing for the City of Norfolk pretrip inspection on all the equipment i drive and operate from backhoes , dump trucks and freightliner trucks so I know all my lights were working i cleaned and polished my lights before going to the dealer for inspection. They took the car in kept it in the back for a while and was told I had a light out. And I checked all my wife's lights and all the things they check for so she doesn't get got .We replace all the things they check for and the shop working after the job was done didn't put back a little panel piece near the lights i know my car that was not like that before I went . I went home changed clothes and fixed it myself I got alot of tools to fix and change the small things that happen to my car and wife's truck .Service: Vehicle Inspection

My wife made an appointment for the complimentary oil change. At drop off I had no issues adding a brake job. Broderick was thorough in asking questions and found me a great deal on new tires. Showed up last minute with no appointment on a busy Saturday and Broderick got me in. He noticed my inspection was expired by two months. I knew this but didn t say anything because I thought it would have been impossible to get done. He did it all, oil change, tire rotation and state inspection all within 2 hours.Thanks bud, you rock!!

I had an emergency with my car and the service department took care of me right away! They were professional and highly efficient! They understood the issue, confirmed my worries, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving the dealership. I did not buy my car from them that did not matter, they treated me like family and did the job right. I am glad they were there when I needed help.Thank you Priority Infinity!

I Always have a great experience at Priority Infiniti. I had an appointment for an oil change early Saturday morning at 9am. I was out by 10am! Britney is always kind when I drop my truck off in the service lane. My advisor Syeed, was very professional and friendly. Not to mention hilarious!! I had an appointment at 2 pm. I arrived at 1:45 and was called in to see the service advisor at 2:20. I was told the service (brake fluid flush) and oil change would take approximately 2 hours. At 4 pm , I saw that my car had not even been pulled into the garage. Another customer told me that he had been there for 3 hours. I asked for my car back and left. Worst experience I ve had in a long time. They are obviously severely understaffed.

I dropped my vehicle off for a scheduled appointment. I received one phone call to review the issues we were experiencing with the vehicle. I left messages during the week with no return calls. I received a call a week after they had vehicle to discuss the needed repairs with an expected completion date two days later. I again left messages when this day came and went with no response. Two weeks and two days after dropping off the vehicle I finally called the service manager with a call returned within 30 minutes to tell me it was ready for pick up. I have come to Priority for years but was very unhappy with this experience.They appear to be understaffed but need to do something about the poor communication.

This was a tough one for me to rate as my first experience with Priority Infiniti was a 5 star rating and I would have given bonus stars if I could. My first experience let me know what it felt like to have a luxury vehicle. The service went above and beyond and the Service Manager was very personable and seemed to really care about their customers. Unfortunately over time service and the sense of caring has diminished. I am on my 2nd Infiniti now and have been going there for all my oil changes for about 10 years (full disclosure, I did not buy them from Priority, my guess is service would probably be different had I done so. I did look at purchasing from them but they didn't have the used model I was looking for).The service and the customer interaction I received today would be comparable to going to a big-chain-"I don't care"-budget-shop. From my service manager there was no introduction, no "how are you?", no "thank you", ... as I was seated in the office to discuss the service I was getting (and what was due), our conversation was interrupted several times by answered phone calls and individuals coming in to have different conversations.My oil change took longer than expected even with an appointment, so I had my daughter pick me up to run a few errands. When I arrived back I saw my car was done, my Service guy was having lunch so I didn't want to interrupt him in his office. I asked another service guy who then grabbed my paperwork from the other guy's office and then told me "she's got your paperwork" and pointed. However, he didn't specify if "she" was the one in the office next to him or at the front desk. I first entered the office and she didn't know what I was talking about so I then went to the front desk. I will say she was at least more personable and friendly. Plus there was another female service manager that saw me working in the waiting area and offered more of a desk seating, so it seems there are some that still have a passion for customer service.Look, I understand COVID has changed some of the amenities they used to offer; however, the last few times (one of which caused a major issue) were just plain lacking in customer service that I used to love them for.

This was my first service appointment with Syeed. He thoroughly explained all of the services that my vehicle needed. He periodically checked in with me to let me know the progress. Speed was very professional and knowledgeable. I also enjoyed the free manicure done by Ms. Ashby. Broderick took excellent care of me and my vehicle. I came in because something didn t feel right . They did a thorough inspection and found the issue. They could have charged me out the wazoo, but only charged for the minor repair performed. Took my car in on a Saturday morning for an oil change and I had low tire pressure on my front left rear tire. I checked in for service and was told I needed some more maintenance in which I agreed to because it was a drop off. Picked my vehicle up later that afternoon, to an unwashed car. And then Monday morning I get into my vehicle only to read low tire pressure on the same tire, which is now the front left, because they did do a tire rotation on that Saturday s service.. Did I mentioned it was $1900 worth of work that Saturday when I left my vehicle with them. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Hope immediately and she got me started with the check in process. She confirmed my appointment and completed a thorough walk around with me on her iPad and made sure to ask if I had any concerns about anything.
