Liz was great, kept me updated for the most part. However, my oil change, state inspection, and tire rotation took two days. My headlights were taken out and not reconnected when they were out back in. Also, my tire pressure light has been on since I left, wasn t on before and I ve filled up my tired since then, light still won t turn off. they also tried to charge me $1,600 for headlights. That s kind of ridiculous. Overall, I m grateful for Liz and her kindness, not happy with any other part of my visit.

I dropped off my car but I told the staff that I would be staying and I was told it might take 3 hours. Four hours later I came to the desk, asked the situation but surprisingly the car not even looked at and no updates. I spent my precious time for nothing. All in all the place is not customer friendly, no respect to the customer

I ve had a terrible experience every time I come here. From the car buying process all the way to getting simple services done such as an oil change. They continuously treat me poorly here, even to the point of wanting to trade in my car to go with another company. The first time I bought my car, they sold me a car with a dead battery. The battery went out within 24 hours of me buying a vehicle. When confronted about it, they gave me so many issues and I had to threaten to return my car to get a new battery. Less than a year later, it goes out again. I call an advisor and they were actually very helpful and even told me that that was not common. I brought it in to get it replaced. The service manager and Ken made me wait 4+hours and let other customers that came in hours after me get serviced first. On top of that, they blamed me and told me I would need to pay for another battery. I should ve traded my car in then and there but I still allowed them another chance. I recently came in just for an oil change. My advisor was Nicole. She was very nice compared to all other service providers. Ken remembered me from last time and refused to service me and made me wait while he called other clients in front of me. My drop off time was 9:30 and I brought it at 9. Mind you this service was initially for an oil change, but changed into a safety recall and brake bulb fix. They closed at 5:30 so I went to pick it up at 5pm. When I arrived, come to find out, they never did oil change. Not surprising. They service department closed at 5:30, so I had to wait another full day to get my car back for things so simple. Service advisor Shy was so nice and helped during this time as everyone else clearly didn t care. I applaud all actually technicians as I watched them do their job and do it well. However, the service advisors need better training and maybe even replaced. I would give this company a 0 if I could and don t recommend buying a car here ever. I plan on trading this car in and going with a different company. Please be aware!!!!!Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

I set an appointment and was there to drop my car off early early and that s how I like it. Overall they were super helpful and polite. Haylee sent me messages and quickly responded when I asked about the status of my vehicle via text. She was knowledgeable and even helped me charge my phone! I ll definitely be back if I need any help.

I purchased my first brand NEW car with the help of Chris!!! He was amazing and made my process go through smoothly! I would definitely recommend him if you re looking for a car!! I would like to thank everyone else as well, they have a wonderful staff!!

Last monthi had service done on alarm update,they told me my tires had bumps and bubbles ,would need new tires costing over $600, went to were I bought tires they said nothing was wrong with tires. The real problem I had was in for inspection on Oct 17 and inspector passed my car with no problems, how was that possible. After inspection was heading home on rt464 heard a noise from front of car when I got home the front was not locked down this could have been seriouse accident, if hood opened up. Never had such bad service, always gave your company high marks in pass times. HALEY WAS A GOOD REPRESENTATIVE AND TREATED ME GREAT AND LISTENED TO ISSUEI HAD WITH TIRES.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I brought my car here for the first time. The service was top tier! Even with everyone obviously being busy Nicole was still super attentive and answered all my questions! My only complaint was that I was told a different price over the phone for the service I received prior to going and paid differently when I left. Nicole was able to explain what I paid for however it was still unexpected. Overall, I do recommend service here and I ll be returning!

It was an okay experience. The guy checking me in was friendly and professional. I just wish the priority lounge would have been a little cleaner. Previous customers had left their drinks on all of the little end tables making it difficult to both know which seats were available and also making it awkward to hold onto the drink I brought with me while I waited. I just had to hold it or tuck it beside me in the chair.I also think that the checkin process was confusing. I had to explain a couple of times the time for my appointment, which I was 5 minutes early for, as well as the fact that I was waiting while the service was preformed on my vehicle. It seems that information should have popped up with my name as soon as I checked in.Those are not huge deals, but for the hype with which they promoted their services and for which we paid extra for, it seems they are easy things to be addressed and fixed.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Ken was very nice however I made an appointment a week and a half in advance for 3 recalls. I dropped my car off and was called several hours later and told they did not have the part for one of the recalls. I wish they had told my prior to my appointment as I would have waited to bring my car up when they could all be done at one time. I know errors happens and again ken was very nice and friendly.

I was able to get additional service done that I didn't realize was due and they got my inspection in too, during my appointment. Happy I don't have to make a second trip. Friendly staff.

I bought my brand new 2022 Santa Fe hybrid, last year and have had it serviced several times through the service center. I have never had a bad experience! Today once again Kenneth provided top notch customer service! He paid attention to detail and made sure everything was taken care of to include the recalls. Nicole is an exceptional service desk employee; hands down one of the best people to have the pleasure of working with at this Hyundai. Her work ethic is inspiring and refreshing, she was extremely polite, and the entire process with smooth, quick, and easy. Most importantly, she is a beautiful person inside and out, which made the process a lot more personable and I truly felt like a valued customer. I will MOST CERTAINLY be telling everyone I know about my experience here today. Whatever she makes right now, she deserves MORE!

I was very well taken care of and most importantly to me was that Leigh and Ken listened to the issues I had. They were addressed and Leigh went out of her way ( a very busy lady I might add) to do the research necessary to solve my problem. Kenneth was equally helpful the next day with the product I brought in for my oil change. He acted quickly to identify and correct my error and in notifying me with the issue and solution. I cannot say enough nice things about them and their entire staff who all had smiles and acted as if I was the most important customer they had. My advisor, Haylee was terrific. Communicated very well and very attentive. The issue I have with getting my car serviced here is that for the past several visits they cannot complete the repair and make me come back later. It is very inconvenient after a 3-hour wait. This is why I stopped bringing my car to you for routine service. Since this was a dealer recall, I had no option but to grit my teeth and come to a Hyundai dealer.

I will never bring my vehicle here again, I have had my Jeep scheduled for an oil change for over 3 weeks, I have an account with them because I bought my vehicle from them and they know my make and model and did not have an oil filter on hand to do my oil change. I had to wait over 3 hours for a basic oil change. I was told they don t keep oil filters in stock and they do not stock non Hyundai parts. So they do not get them till you actually show up and then they go somewhere and get them (clearly somewhere far away that it takes 3 hours) not to mention how rude they are at the service desk. What happened to kindness, you won t find it here. If you enjoy spending many hours sitting in a waiting room that has only bottled water and a dirty coffee machine, watching daytime soap operas for hours on end, then this is the place for you!!

I had my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport towed into Priority Hyundai after it broke down on the highway. I was immediately informed that it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it. That was disappointing. However, once they did get to work on it, my Service Advisor, Aiyanna, contacted me and let me know that because the engine was seized up, they were putting in a claim with Hyundai for an engine replacement. I also spoke with Service Manager, Ernest C. who requested that I bring in my maintenance receipts in case they were needed. They were also arranging for me to get a loaner car. Two weeks later, I got my car back and it runs great! No Issues. I own two cars that I purchased from this dealership, and they really stand behind their products! My experience was horrible. I dropped my car off at 0630 for a 0900 appointment. I spoke to the service agent and he told me the techs were looking at my care around 1200. This tech Ken is a useless individual and I should have know when the other techs joked when I arrived that many customers get upset with him. Obviously a sign of bad customer service. I then went to the dealership at 4:30 pm. Almost 12 hours later. The service advisor had told me the tech had not gotten word to him on the status of my car and to have a seat. After waiting no answer so I asked to speak to the service manager as I found out the car had not even been looked at all day and did not even move from the spot I parked it in. The service manager did not come out to see me for quite some time even though I see staff going in and out if his office. I went to see the gm of the dealership who was not there but a rep for him got me with the service manager. In the end just when I started talking with the service manager the lights go out in the dealership as they closed for service department. In the end the manager did nothing to meet my needs. I had to work the next day and he not only had no shuttle like the other priority does but he could not get me a vehicle to use until he repaired mine on the next day. I was forced to return back once again and waste my time. This service department is miss managed and had my car in a parking lot for 12 hours and not only did nothing but did not inform me I was eating my time. I have never experienced this in the U.S. but have in overseas garages. I thought we were better. I will never go to this dealership again and recommend all of my friends and staff do not either. There is no customer service nor competence. This is from the workers up to the leadership. If I was the GM I would be really concerned about customers as as a personal manager for the last 31 years as a senior Army officer I would never allow this unbelievable behavior and if it happened would do all I could to help the customer and also have a legitimate reason for the occurrence not one that is displaying lack of leadership and sound process to serve the customer. Why do you make a appointment for service if the car will sit there for 12 hours and not even touched. We all have jobs and things in life that it costs us money and time that is valuable to the customer. After having some trouble over the phone, I walked in for my appointment and Liz helped check me in. She was attentive, professional and sincere. She went above and beyond to help me. Because of her my overall experience was amazing. I felt like I mattered, that my concerns were not only heard but addressed and that I was valued not only for being a customer, but as a person. Everybody was so professional polite I'm not used to that when it comes to dealerships and services. I think I will be taking my business here for now on for my vehicle they're very honest They don't try and make you spend money that you don't need at that moment. Very helpful what and when you need in time.The wait for my 2 recalls flew by, do to the atmosphere in the waiting room and how they check on you.I'll be the for my inspection next month.Thank all of you.....

Nicole did a great job, polite, freindly, and curteous. She is not my issues about my experience. Called on Aug 11 to make an appointment, could not get one till today Sept2. Appointment was for 8:20. Got there 20 minutes early. Was told it would be 2 hours, and likely less. Had no problem with that. 2hrs and 30 minutes or more my car was finally ready. 2 and a half hours for an oil change and state inspection is a little excessive I think. You guys need to find a way to make things better. But that's an issue I will discuss further when I get the survey from Hyundai of America. Nicole you were great, keep up the good work, 10/10. I conveniently used the night drop service. My appointment was for an oil change only but since my state inspection was due next month, I requested they also do the inspection. The Service department rep was preoccupied with her phone when I was directed to her, to get checked in, and seemed distracted during our interaction. Then I never got a call that my car was ready. My wife and I ended up driving around, looking for ways to kill time waiting for the call. I finally drove to the dealership shortly after 6 pm and found the doors locked. A young man came out and allowed me in, to pick up my key. He was very helpful and apologetic. His name is Shy, I believe. His help was the best part of my experience there, so thank you to him. Finally, one of the repairs I requested was not resolved. I need to bring the car back again or find a way to fix it myself, even though it s under warranty.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations

I have always had good experiences with Priorty Hyundai and have bought last two cars there and always gotten service done. However, I definitely feel like they take advantage of females not always knowing what is necessary. I get the service reps are also trying to make money but come on. I agreed to something because I was made to believe it was very necessary for my car even after asking if it really was. My appointment was not for another few hours so when I called back to cancel what I agreed to maybe 30 minutes after dropping it off, they had already started and were rushing I m sure so I had to be charged. I just felt taken advantage of.

I had oil change & the anti-theft recall work done while I waited. It was a great experience with friendly staff, clean and spacious waiting area and I was in and out within ~ a hour! I like how Tae told me the recommended service(s), explained what they were. (he was NOT pushy) - in fact, he told me to look the info over & give him a call if I decided to have any of the work done or if I had any questions. I am a delighted customer...Service: Oil change
