IF I COULD GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP A 0 STAR I WOULD!On November 9, 2023, I purchased a blue/green Toyota RAV4 under the impression that the used vehicle had minor fixes. I heard a scraping sound underneath the vehicle during the test drive. The Sales Representative (Shareena Housey) told me about the�issue with the car before giving it to me. In the meantime, they placed me in a loaner vehicle while they had me for three weeks. Let me clarify the same day I bought�the vehicle was not the same day that I drove it off the lot. I did keep in mind the large sign that (was placed�in the breeze which was later taken down) had a�guarantee if I was�not satisfied with my vehicle purchase I had�thirty days to make a return. Each week I called to get updates on the vehicle. I called for updates and was told that the transfer case needed to be replaced. The following week, I went to the dealership and was told the same thing. The sales representative also informed me that the transfer case was delayed from the order because of the holiday season (the vehicle was being serviced before the�holiday season). By the third week, I received a text message at 7:30 pm Thursday, November 30, 2023, stating my vehicle was ready for pickup. The following day when I drove off the lot I heard that same scraping sound not even a mile down the road from the dealership. I then went back to the dealership and spoke to Shereena. I expressed my frustration and how much of my time was being wasted. The representative�offered to find me another vehicle to trade. I then followed up with a question about there�being a reimbursement if I were to take the vehicle to a professional mechanic.�Shareena's response was that because it is an As Is Vehicle any further work that is that the car needs (engine, transmission things of that nature) would have to come out of pocket for it. Even though it was originally promised that the sound that was�heard would be fixed and that I would not be reimbursed if I were to take it to a professional mechanic. I did take the vehicle to�an�official�mechanic who provided me with documentation that the transmission�was bad.On the 4 of December, I called back and asked about a return on the vehicle to get my loan check back and was only then told about a "No Cool Off Period." Once I drive off the lot it is my vehicle to keep and I would not be given a refund. I could only trade it in. I was not informed of any of this information�at the time of purchase. I also did not sign off on any documentation on a "No Cool Off Period" in my copy of the documentation. There also were no documents about who to contact legally if I were to run into any issues with this company. A source�provided me with a business�card to the MVDB (Motor Vehicle Dealer Board). Then I returned to Priority and spoke to a manager�named JC Paul. I expressed my frustration yet again. I relayed that I had audio and documentation that I was promised the sound coming from the vehicle would be handled. During the conversations, he stated that I was maintained and fixed. Then when I told him that I took the Rav4 to the mechanic myself and was confirmed that the transmission�was about to go he started to briefly say that they were aware that the vehicle had a bad transmission. He then continually talked over me and said that I took delivery of the vehicle twice and I needed to come back the following day so that he, Shereena, and I would all have a sit down to "handle the issue." The following day I spoke to Melinda in the sales�management department who agreed to take the vehicle back.�That also turned into�a goose chase just to get my Priority to pay�back the loan.To whomever may be considering buying a Blue/Green Toyota RAV4 or whatever vehicle from this location I recommend that you leave and find somewhere else to purchase a vehicle from.

I ve never had the opportunity to receive service from them because I have called a couple of times and waited weeks to have a service tech call me back to no avail. When I asked the receptionist the cost of the intended service, understandably he was unable to tell me. He said he could make me an appointment and I could find out then. After explaining why that didn t make sense, he told me he could leave a message for the tech/service team consultants. I explained that I called a week ago with the same question and never received a call back and was told they return calls as they can. I guess not everyone is a priority

I love that you're always greeted with professionalism and courtesy. As soon as you step out of your vehicle, you are going through the check in and the lobby is comfortable. The seats are so comfortable that you can definitely fall asleep. When your vehicle is done, then they'll come look for you and explain the work that was done and send you on your merry way!!!

They took me in quickly and told me what to expect as far as getting my air bag light resolved. Luckily my vehicle had a lifetime warranty on seatbelt restraints. They replaced the driver side seatbelt restraint no charge to me and I was out in an hour and a half.

We will never take our car to this place. I don t care if we get free oil changes, I d rather go somewhere else and pay for it. So many time have we taken our car to get an oil change and they improperly put the bottom cover back on leaving it to flap and drag on the highway, we bring it back and they blame us saying we hit something. Not to mention my husband went to get an inspection, they didn t change his sticker and when he asked why the service rep lied to his face and said oh we didn t know you asked for that, then backed tracked and said oh the service note say you didn t pass. He took off work for it and no one offered to give him a detail explanation why or offer to fix and break down cost.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I made an appointment for an oil change. They tried to add services that weren't requested, totaling over $200. A tire rotation is free at Discount Tire, and they were charging over $30. I found out from Discount Tire I didn't need a tire rotation due to the depth of my tire.Honda was going to do the rotation, charge me, and THEN explain I needed new tires after the fact. Honda should have given me that information up front as well.The wait for just an oil change was going to be a couple of hours. I decided to take my car to Valvoline quick lube and paid $35 for an oil change.Honda needs to stop gouging their customers. I understand that the more they sell/charge, the more commission they make. Even in service. They lost my business after this interaction.

My husband retired from here and their service is gracious to everyone. They listen, but they don't pressure you. They have coffee machine, movie room and massage lounge chairs. There is an IHop next door or a courtesy driver to take you home and pick you up when your car is ready. Very reliable maintenance staff! Easy people to deal with and soon the lady's do Wed manicures are back

BE AWARE OF SERVICE!Brought my '20 Accord there for inspection. Was told that their auto alignment machine they use when you enter the service area recorded that the right rear of the vehicle was out of alignment and it would b be $90 to realign. Following the inspection I took the car to Firestone to do their lifetime alignment figuring I will have the car for many years. I was ultimately told by Firestone that there is nothing wrong with the alignment and everything is well within specs. Unfortunately I was charged $23 to be told this.I spoke with the service manager at Priority about my issue only to be told sorry, it's not a perfect system and I should have just had them do the work because they wouldn't have charged me anything if it wasn't out of alignment.You all shouldn't be recommending work based upon a guess from an imperfect system. How about confirming there is actually an issue before telling people there is a problem with their vehicle?Your "sorry" does not fix an afternoon AND $23 wasted!

Inspection, oil change and tire rotation all done in 75 minutes with a courtesy ride to work and only paid $30 total for the tire rotation. This why we buy from Priority Honda.

Call to make appointment for the oil change and talk to a service advisor who tells me the first appointment she has available is a week away. Look online only to find out the have many open slots today. If they will lie to you about the simple stuff, what else will they lie about. Only reason going is included in purchase of car. Not trusting anything they say especially since they have already proven can t tell even simple truth for appointment availability.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Service department is untrustworthy. Had my vehicle towed here after after it broke down on the road. They repaired one problem and told me it was ready to be picked up. Upon turning the key, the check engine light was on. I questioned the service representative, who then called the mechanic via phone. They were unwilling or unable to tell me why or what the exact OBD2 codes were, which is untrustworthy because I paid $100 for them to run a diagnostic. Nowhere on my bill/service agreement were the codes listed. One would expect the service department would offer to keep my vehicle and make further repairs however they didn't which is strange because I was willing to pay them. So I took my vehicle to First Team Honda who properly performed diagnostic and fixed the vehicle.

I purchased my vehicle in April. I had my first oil changed Saturday, July 17th. They said I need tire rotation for 30.00 so I did it. All everything was completed I left, drove 3 miles and low inflation for tire indicator came on. I called Honda and was told that I must bring it back for correction. I did return after some much needed errands. Who's doing QA checks on work completion??

You can schedule state inspections here. You can't do that at their Toyota service down the road. It's more convenient to have an appointment for state inspections than play roulette with first come first served. Also the dealership has plenty of places to work or sit away from everyone else.

So here's the deal after purchasing the vehicle after one year taking the vehicle in for the first inspection they found the engine mount problem also in the rear suspension a boat was missing only after purchasing the car after a year so what they're doing is they failed my inspection they're charging me $400 for a rear suspension it charging me a deductible of $100 for the to fix the mount the motor mount it seems like to me after after the low car sales after new car sales are at an all-time low service places like these are really desperate for to make payroll and if you do want your car inspected just go to the corner inspection don't bring it to a dealerServices: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic
