Great costumer and vehicle service. My service included, replacement of swollen lug nuts, new tires, and a point to point inspection. Michael was able to answer all my questions and explain things I didn't understand. I only have great things to say about the service provided. Thank you.

I took my 2022 outlander for an inspection. My truck has 28,550 miles they failed me for bad rotor and breaks in the rear and said it's $345 to repair. It's no way a new tuck needs new rear breaks and rotors. Truck is barely two years old. I took it elsewhere and the man inspected my rear breaks and rotors and said they are in perfect shape.

This has been by far the worst experience!!!! They have had my car 3 weeks. It was taken there from a horrible dealership so I had no say so in this decision. The warranty gave them the ok over a week ago and the parts arrived last Thursday. They have not been in a hurry for anything!!! They don t return phone calls, they had me on hold for excess amounts of time. I would use another number and they would pick right up. I was told manager was ALWAYS in a meeting. Mike is horrible to talk too. My transfer case and drive shaft broke from the dealerships mistake and the only thing that was done so far in 5 work days is the drive shaft taken out. Mike said latest it would be done was Wednesday. Nope. They have had my car 3 weeks!!! If they can t fix it in a timely manner give it to a better mechanic who can!!!Service: Wheel alignment

Fixed my overheating cars radiator really fast. Front desk people were cordial. Feel it was a bit expensive but not complaining. One issue: I had them do a multipoint inspection. The "results" read "there's all kinds of lights on the dashboard, recommends another inspection" Just funny because that's all the information I got out of an inspection. Just told me I had lights on my dash.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

After my second time here I am very sad to give this rating and I ve thought very hard about it. Towards the end of 2022 I brought my car in for a diagnostic because my RPMs were jumpy and I felt my car was resisting against me, I also explained when I turned my AC on my car gave more of a resistance and sound. They kept my car for about a day and a half, the front desk people were very kind and kept me updated on my vehicle. They informed me it ran great and very powerful , didn t find anything wrong (which was okay) and suggested a transmission service which I said yes to. I was told no codes came up for my car, everything was fine, everything was tightened and that it worked great. A week or two later my car would not start, and my battery tested 0 volts! Literally dry dead, I was extremely upset and felt I was lied to or that they simply did not listen to what I said was an issue. I paid their diagnostic fee and parts and labor for the transmission service. I will not be returning.

Took my Audi into the body shop to have it repaired and let me say this place is top notch! I had it repaired like nothing ever happened to it. Exceptional job to everyone involved! Great work Mark and thank you for keeping me informed on what was going on with my vehicle! Brandi and Chelsea for helping me through the process every step of the way! I highly recommend using them as your local repair facility! Keep up the AMAZING work and THANK YOU again!

Second time using them. I went to get my inspection which was free because I bought my car from Little Joe's. They have free soda and snacks while you wait. It was fast and the staff were friendly. Before I got an oil change and an alignment. They were both reasonably priced and I was satisfied with the service. They are a little far from where I live but I tend to go after work and it's closer. I will only use them as I get discounts because I bought my car there...

Been on hold for over 45 minutes and have been hung up on twice. I still yet to talk to anyone. After you hit 20 minutes of waiting the phone automatically disconnects you. Very big turn off from this business when they don t even answer the telephone. Not sure how I m supposed to make an appointment when I can t get a hold of anyone. Guess I m gonna go somewhere else. Definitely will not use this company in the future.

I purchased my vehicle from Little Joe's 5 weeks ago and have since discovered that the cv joints are clicking, A/C doesn't work, the vents have just all of a sudden quit blowing air, the tire pressure light keeps coming on and the break pads need to be replaced. I took it in for service this morning as there is a 3 year warranty on it only to find out that it will cost me $750 in diagnostic fees I AM NOW DEVASTATED AND TRAUMATIZED

Chris the service manager and his entire team made my whole repair experience super easy. The work was done quickly, efficiently and I don t remember the last time my 7 series BMW drove so well. The work done was meticulously clean and the car was returned to me looking exactly the same (clean) as it did when I dropped it off. I could not tell anyone had even been in it. It s nice to have a service center you can trust In Greenbrier.

Only reason I would them a star because it's the only way I can post. The manager is the most unprofessional manager. They will not communicate with you in regards to your car. Had my car for 6 days, had to call them. Each time I called, no one knew what was going on. Requested to speak to manager and she would never come to the phone. Just really unprofessional. They lie, lie, lie. Even after having my car for 6 days, even taking it to a dealer, my car is still not fixed. $800 later, not fixed. Don't go here. You will be sorry.

Usually I am very satisfied with service I receive, however not today! I call last Thurs to order tires for the front of my car after being told the previous week there was dry rot on the front tires which were original. So I order tires and set up appointment for today at 8am. Get there today, sign in and go to waiting room. 5 minutes later service person comes and asked what tires are they replacing. 10 more minutes go by, De'Ante comes looking for me asking me about the tires. I said I ordered them Thurs, knowing they are not kept in stock. He continues these are what we have for tires and gives me other options, which I didn't request. I ordered tires that I wanted and I wasn't even given the option today.Then I also had inspection done. I knew for the past 10 mos that the 1 marker light was out, but not once during any service was it mentioned? I thought that is part of the 27 point service inspection to check all bulbs, we do not get reports, so what do they check???? Not a happy camper with service today!!!Service: Tires

Today I arrived at this shop a little after 2 PM because the mechanic who highly recommended this shop had booked an appointment at noon for 2:30 PM. At 3 PM I walked next door after I had been waiting in the Hospitality Center to make sure they knew which sensor I needed replace for a TPMS sensor. Job was supposed to take 30 minutes so I left my veggie sub in the vehicle. Not one time did anyone come over to greet or acknowledge me.The only interactions exchanged were at check-in, 3 PM when I went to inquire, and after 5 PM when they intentionally made me the last customer of the day. Why am I being told at 3 a part had to be ordered when they knew the year, make and model of my vehicle almost hours prior to my arrival? They wasted my time, lunch and messed up the programming on my vehicle. I requested the original sensor back since I just paid another shop less than 30 days ago to fix the problem. They left it on my lunch; however, I don t know if this is the wrong part they fixed or the other shop.The representative lacked confidence and self-esteem as he refused to provide eye contact. He looked at the computer screen while telling me that they did nothing, and had the audacity to tell me I didn t owe them anything. I m currently at another shop and I find out they took the sensor off my vehicle. They didn t even put it back on!Now my vehicle is having difficulty being reset due to their negligence. While waiting, another lady was being told that they fixed what they thought was the issue for her blower and now she has to pay more money for them to trouble shoot. He tells her that s the only other part so it has to be that. Smh! Don t waste your time! Don t go here!!!

Nothing bad to say. Except I hate when you are getting service to your vehicle. They come in a yell out loud what your vehicle needs. Then some look around in shame. They don't pull you to the side. They just come in the room, say your name, and then say what your vehicle needs, and I heard them tell one couple that ( you have a science experiment going on in your filters). If that is not unprofessional and embarrassing at the same time. They can do better than this.

Fact based review here. Poor customer service by their manager. Zero follow up for ongoing work order that was never resolved. Had to take my car there 3 times, pay more money for additional labor and order additional parts on the last appointment due to the improper initial installation of parts. Will not return, this is the third instance of disappointment for me at this shop and as someone with a mechanical background I have zero faith in the services provided. They have cost me a month or more or non-use of my vehicle, broken my lug key on my wheels(I had to get a replacement on my own and fix it.) and been dis-respected by the service manager on several occasions without due cause since I questioned the false recommendation to install a 1500.00 which was not needed. (Verified) Further, I would recommend Little Joe's Mitsubishi re-think their association with Greenbrier Auto-care as it is clearly detrimental to its customers.Most of the other reviews for here are of questionable integrity or based on oil changes and tire rotations which are pretty rudimentary. For that I would give them a little bit higher rating, however, anything of complexity I would not take my car here, period. The service may be ok but when facing complications the customer service ruins it for me and probably will for you too.

The value for service performed is high, over charging on part , and than adding more cost for part, labor of $135 per , not getting value for high labor cost, communication is poor, not want to talk and explained repair, manger Brandy very harsh with you, not recommended this place to work on anything. Work done is bare minimum and highest cost. Don t go here.Service: Electrical

The receptionist are great at this place. Very nice. Service techs must be a joke. I was the first person in line to get a state inspection and it took 6 hours. And while waiting i love watching techs playing on phones, so im sure the persons car is getting charged by the hour. No excuse in my opinion. Do not recommend them at all and truly don't understand why they are highly reviewed and recommended. Won't be going back here

I would highly recommend this auto shop! I would like to commend them for hiring Ray, he is such a professional and honest person. I was highly satisfied with the terrific service there. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else !

The staff here are very friendly, efficient and helpful which is a nice change from the average auto shop. They even go the extra mile to keep you updated on the progress of your car. The facility is clean and the atmosphere makes me feel comfortable during my wait.

Great place to get anything with your vehicle taken care of. They have a friendly front desk staff who will keep you updated if they find anything else wrong with your vehicle, they will never fix something without consulting you first. They are fast with their work and for longer jobs they have a great lounge while you wait for your car to be finished with a bathroom, drinks such as soda, water and coffee and comfy seats as well as recliners. They offer free Wi-Fi while you wait!

Front Desk girl, sorry don't have name, was so friendly and definitely runs the show. Due to virus lounge was closed, I loved sitting outside that I moved into the sun. Beautiful weather enjoyed since I didn't have to think about my car. She gave me the keys + what to expect at next service date. I am requesting small favor.Please check on the injured goose.

Greenbriar Auto Care did a professional job mounting and balancing my tires. They also greased all fittings. Everybody I've dealt with were courteous and respectful. I am extremely satisfied with there services and would recommend them to anyone.

Money mark the body specialist took care of my new Honda accord. Fast turnaround and could not tell it was in an accident. Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs body work done right.
