How end the clerk is a great cashier she s always helping us to find prices and cars that we need and always friendly and helpful I am really thankful for her we stopped going to pick and pull and now just come here because of her.

I used to like this place. Things have changed. Everything has a set price. The days of haggling are over. No one wants to horse trade no more. I do like how organized they are. That's top rate. They let u know where all the vehicles u r looking for r. But the prices are high. Also don't expect to negotiate. They don't budge. But they do give good money for scrap rims. Also what's up with the 2 bucks the see the cars??

My son didn't take long to get the part he need for my truck and then he was being nice to help a man to take some part off the truck he need offer the one of the trucks that he wanted but he couldn't get it

Be wary of their "sales". We went today for the "40 Percent off everything sale" only for them to add a 80 day warranty to everything. When I called to ask about this they said whenever there is a sale they have to add the warranty and there is no way to take it off or refund it. We've been a long time patron of Foss. First time using a discount, which made some of the items almost full price. Unfortunately this will be our last time visiting. We don't support deceptive companies.

Totally fine there... I just came from there and there was a great selection of car parts and the prices were great. Not sure how they could steal your bank information and ruin your life if you pay in cash haha.... seems like these reviews are fake reviews from competitors or something. Anyway, I got some great cheap parts for my Saturn and I am very happy to get my Saturn back into tip top shape!

Unbeknownst to me $52 was added to my receipt for 90 day warranty's. I was not asked if I would like the extra charges. There is also no display screen that the customer can see during checkout. When my receipt was given to me I asked about taking the extra charges off and they said "the money is already with the warranty company" and I can basically go F***K myself. To me this is company is being intentionally deceiving and is border line robbery. I will not be returning.

Great experience, staff has a great sense of humor and the prices are better than pick N pull on most things...well the things I bought anyway. Good variety of models and lots of parts still on them. Not Freddy Krueger'd up too bad, most parts removed with minimal damage to donor vehicle. I'll certainly be back.

Multiple of attempted calls during business hours to reach an associate went unsuccessful. The website is extremely non-user-friendly to identify vehicles in stock for car parts. Will be looking at other junk locations!FAIL

Looked on the internet for the inventory. Found what I was looking for. went there on Saturday April 15 2017. Check in with the counter, told them what I needed. The girl looked it up. Told me the car was on isle 51. PAID MY MONEY, to go in the yard. Did not find the car at all in the yard. Went back to counter and the girl told me well I guess it is gone.. Not good experience for the first time going.Spent over two hours driving there and back. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME GAS AND MONEY TO GO INTO THE YARD !!!!!!!

They advertise a price list online and do not honor it. I went and pulled a few parts thinking it would cost me a certain amount at checkout it was nearly double. When I asked why they said there price list online wasn't right. And wouldn't honor it. I consider that false advertising!!!!!

I would recommend against using this company. They DO NOT accept consumer scrap as described by their website. When asked, they simply said "it's not our fault, the website is run in North Carolina. We haven't taken consumer scrap in a couple years. You should have called first." They take no responsibility for their issues - especially poor website management (the preferred method of getting information about a business - especially today). It is more their desire to fix the blame for their bad service on the customer.

I am local to this area, if I need a part for my cars I always check here first. It beats many other yards for quantity AND pricing. What I'm seeing people aren't fully understanding is that foss recycling is a business and they need to keep everything at the shop level running smoothly, calling and asking for a part will only yield them looking at their computer as quickly as possible to get back to the customers in store(not walking the yard for you to check). If that car has been properly picked it WILL be removed to make room for other vehicles. These people work diligently to keep everything running and yes they have these things called return policies where they don't want to lose money they have already received. That same sort of policy seems to happen in many retail stores as well (strange right?). In my experience if you happen to pull the wrong part you can get credit for it to pull a different part. I can see where the customer service can lack on occasion. But I will continue to come back until the day my car repairs itself. 5/5

Just called and was asking if the had a specific model of 3series bmw. They were very rude in the middle of what I was asking they interrupted me and told me to, "please hold". After holding I tried asking again if they had a specific 3 series model in the yard and they asked what part. They said they have a 3 series in row 99. I asked what model and they said what I thought was 335. I tried asking to clarify and they hung up on me. I am not sure what kind of business they want to run but being rude like will not keep people coming back.
