I contacted first team in November and received an estimate. I worked with the manager Justin, I have contacted this business over 10 times, I have also emailed Justin and I never recieved a callback, I was told that my name was left on his desk several times. I waited over a month and never recieved a follow up. I ended up taking my vehicle to priority Toyota who had me in within days for repairs. I would not suggest using first team, Justin is the manager and does a poor job with communication and customer service.

Perfect experience!Maleesha and Asiah as the face of collisions, had amazing customer service and I felt welcomed into the center. Adam was my mechanic and he was very professional and I felt my car was in good hands with him. Thank you for Five star Service.

I had the pleasure of working with Adam at Toyota Collision Center. He was the most professional and helpful person and addressed more than all of the original issues I came in for.. as well as keeping me involved through the whole process. I left very pleased and definitely felt like I was taking my car home for the first time again. Thank you to every one involved as well as Megan at the front desk. I don't think I've ever received better customer service. Maybe as good a couple times but never better. I had my car towed to First Team after it was hit in a parking lot, and Adam the mechanic kept me up-to-date consistently regarding everything from the work being done to the process of choosing parts with the insurance company. He also fixed another small issue with my car that was unrelated to the accident and didn't even charge me for the time! Megan in the office was wonderful - patient and professional. She also kept me posted and even stayed late and arranged for Adam to pick me up from the rental company when my car was ready after hours. She also arranged for my monthly inspection, and her colleague at the Subaru branch found me a coupon that covered that service! I hope I don't have to buy a new car anytime soon, but when I do, I plan to buy from First Team based on this customer service experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Outside of the vehicle where the body work was done looks great! Inside, to fix the damage they did I think I have to have the car detailed, the air system cleaned out, and then make them pay for it now? That is so ridiculous it made them being over budget and taking seven weeks look like nothing. This could be you if someone hits your car on the street. Wondering if you should have asked for it to be totaled.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The front of my car is coming off after they did the work and they do not want to honor their warranty. The manager said that I caused damage underneath the car and I had another Toyota service center look at it and they said it was fine.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Never called to tell us what repairs were needed. Granted it was covered by insurance but still never discussed what they were going to do. Never called to say when the car would be ready, no one but 1 person ever knew what was going on with our car and every time we called he wasn't there and never called back. Had to call multiple times every time. Worst customer service. Will never take my car here again.

Took my Ford Taurus X for inspection today (11/28/22). The service was fantastic! The people are very friendly and the service is very professional. I highly recommend First Team Toyota Collision Center for all your needs.

These people do not follow up when they say they will, and they do not honor their warranty for work done. If I could 0 stars I would. Please do not take your car here when they can t even fix it correctly the first time and then say you caused new damage. I had multiple other estimates done and they said there is no new damage to my car and it wasn t fixed correctly the first time.

After calling mutiple business and having two appointments with safelite that they canceled I called to get information and Melisha C was very helpful and really nice. Her positive words really made my whole night better she was very informative and her kindness will definitely bring good business to this company. Unfortunately somebody broke into my truck I didn t have for a week and broke my windows so on top of that you just want to call around and actually get help and out of 8 business Melisha was the friendliest, she was very understanding she told me over the phone im going to do my best to help you! It was so genuine and pure thank you so much again!

2016 Odyssey was damaged by a driver backing into us as we drove passed, scuffing the side panels and damaging the rear wheel. Dropped off in March and had to repeatedly call for updates after radio silence after drop off. Had to extend pick up dates twice by weeks. When the vehicle was done 18 days later, they left an entire rim on my seat and the interior was trashed from them having to move everything out of the back I assume to work on something or other (No prep requirements were ever communicated to me or else I would have had everything cleaned out. I had assumed all work was to be done to the outside and the interior would not need to be disturbed.) and the safety grip strip on the top of the bumper was noticeable warped and lifted away from the bumper, preventing the liftgate from operating properly. I notified the service writers immediately and someone was sent to look at it. They explained to me at the time that it was an "easy fix" and that they would go ahead and order a part right then and could have me in and out in less than 30 minutes if I wanted to return early the next week to have it put on. Over a week later, I had not gotten any call that they had the part. When I called to enquire, no one had any idea what I was talking about and had me come in to "let them look at it so they could order the part". To date it is still not fixed and has been over a month since I picked up. I have gotten no calls for update and feel like they are waiting for me to just forget about it. Meanwhile, not being able to properly use our liftgate has caused daily inconvenience. This is a situation that could easily have been remedied from the start with just a little bit better customer service and follow through.Service: Body & Trim

I ,m impressed about your shops, nail shop , flower shop, hair salons& coffee shop &waiting room. I didn't expect vacuum inside of our car.& it was a so clean& after repaired our car. Thank you. I would like to refer to my friends & my business customers.

Took my car here for to get the outer shell for my door and front bumper done on my 2019 Camry cause a deer had hit both the door and the bumper couple weeks later the paint was fading and the bumper would pop out and my driver door that i got the work done on does not lock i have to lock it manually cause they want to charge me for a new locking mechanism for the door i would not recommend these guys.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
