My advisor was Billy. Great experience. Great job explaining service in detail and setting realistic time expectations and communicating throughout. Also to add, I ve never had a service center take a video with the tech explaining all they did and recommendations or concerns. That was super helpful.

Nothing too much to say except that I was helped immediate upon arrival. My purchase experience was comfortable and memorable. Ryan Goodrich was my sales person and was a fantastic help in the purchase process. He helped show just how stress free the process can be when you know what you want and what financial assets & tools you have in making your purchase. It was a stress free experience I'll remember for a long time.

My service rep is Fantasia. She was a pleasure to work with. There were a few hiccups during my repairs (nothing major) that she was up front and honest about. I appreciated them not trying to hide anything. It built my trust and confidence in their integrity. Their mechanics are great as well. My mechanic is Steve and he has gone up and over beyond my expectations in diagnosing previous repair needs. Needless to say I'm very comfortable with their service department and will continue to use them. Thank you Fantasia, Steve and First Team Honda.

Took my car in for its annual inspection. My service technician, Billy, was extremely helpful, informative, and communicative. I was able to understand what repairs were needed at this time, and what should be acknowledged in the future. I m very thankful to Billy and First Team Honda for their care and attention to detail!

Customer service sucks. All they do is lie and try overcharge you for everything. Service Manager supposed to have ordered a turbo for my car and call me when it was in . I'm still waiting on the call. He gave me a phone and says call me direct I'll answer. Yeah right!!! But thanks though because I save $1200 and order my own OEM Turbo and installed it myself. Car runs excellent. Poor customer service.

We understand there may be a shortage of staff; however, that should not prevent giving a customer updates on their vehicle. Service promised our vehicle in five days and did not give back until seven days without any notification. We received the keys to our vehicle and was told it's parked out there. Not kidding!!! All we wanted was acknowledgment of the mishap. We will use another location for service.

Had some body work done. Much cheaper than others I checked ourWhen we got our car price the same ad quoted. Great job. Suv looked great. This is 3rd time I have used them and will be back if needed

They are extremely busy all the time so it is difficult to get an appointment, but they do quality work. Everyone is friendly and the time it takes to perform the services is good. They have an extremely nice shuttle driver, so if you need a ride they can help you out.

My appointment was at 830 for state inspection for my 2018 civic with 39k miles and I arrived a few minutes early. I waited from 830-1000 and asked my server rider what is taking so long and she reply back with is should be done in 20/30 minutes. Wow, that s a long time for a state inspection. She can back to me and said it failed because of wiper blades which cost $80 to replace. And she went over a items that needed attention soon which added up over $800. I said not paying $80 for wipes blades put a rejection sticker and I will be on my marry way. Another 30 minutes later she gave me my keys. A total of 4.5 hours for an state inspection is absolutely unexceptionable and wiper blades at $80. I have not been happy with this service department since I brought my car from them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Parts will not order an approved insurance claim and want the customer to pay out of pocket first! What s the point in taking insurance claims? Then you over charge for windshields. Everywhere I have called for an OEM windshield for my car is $305 you charge $1700 for please tell me how you charge so much more for an OEM part seems like you are just lining your own pockets. Should have bought a Jeep across the street! Don t buy a vehicle from here. Over an hour for an oil change however they should hire some people from take 5 and show them how to do an oil change. Been waiting for two hours while my car has been in the back for two hours not just waiting for them to pull it back.

Great and amazing service!!My only comment would he that even when making an appointment, how quickly they tend to get behind. Just expect to wait a couple hours or get someone to follow you and pick up your vehicle later.

There was a material billing discrepancy and the response I got was: "that's what the computer said it costs." After it was escalated up the chain of command it turns out the wrong charge was billed and a refund was issued. Lastly the invoice said a Multipoint Inspection was done but I never received a report. As the car is a week old I'm not worried however...... Was it actually done?Aside from the administrative errors the installation work looks great!Pleased with the work but next time I will get prices up front.

I came here to get my car s tires rotated, oil changed, and 15k maintenance inspection.I picked my car up after hours to discover that what I had just paid for (tire rotation) had not been done. The technician listed who checked off my tire rotation and didn t do it is also the one listed on my maintenance inspection, which makes me seriously doubt if he did the work he was supposed to for that too. I highly suggest you go to Priority Honda if you don t want to deal with worrying if the proper maintenance and procedures have been used for your car. Only positive experience was their prompt returned phone call and letting me know of the refund of my tire rotation.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

This was almost going to be a SUPER negative review, but before I let my Girl (who was on the phone and in Boston about to SNAP for her 2019 accord) I asked to talk to a manager, who took care of the situation and fix a issue that another dealer in another state over looked. I am happily saying they have GREAT service. If possible make an appointment.

Diane Johnson is an asset to her department and those whom she works for. My car required a substantial amount of work and after she talked me through every procedure, with the corresponding dollar amounts I knew exactly where my money way going. I felt her positive communication style helped to alleviate the stress of knowing you have to take your primary mode of transportation in for service. She assured me of the excellent skill of her colleagues in the garage and was very confident that the team could get the job done efficiently and effectively.

My experience was the worst. I asked them toe rotate my tires along with my oil change. When they were finished with my car I had to go to work. When I was finished with my client I walked around my car to check my tires. I noticed as I walked around my car that they did not rotate my tires. I was charged for it. I had to go back to them to get my money back. If I pay for a service I expect it to be done. Not being lied to and paying for services not rendered. This is not the first time they have lied to me. I'd rather pay for my oil change than to deal with dishonest people. You all can keep your free oil changes and inspection for life. I'll pay for honesty all day.

I m not usually the reviewer type, but my experience at First Team deserves one! This is the second car I ve bought there, and both times, from the minute I walked in the door I felt like my business was truly valued. The entire staff was very helpful and professional. Donald H was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. This review is based upon his service alone. You guys should promote this technician. He explained to me not only what services were needed by WHY and how they impact the performance of my vehicle. Kudos to him.

We waited over 2 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Don t go on Saturdays. We have wasted so much time we would rather pay for oil changes than deal with this

First team belittled my wife and kid. Whom was looking for a car. I was going to buy a car from the same lot. To also show my appreciation for their time. Needless to say, we went to checker flag. We probably should have never left them.

Good service, but overpriced, and their "free" oil change program requires you to pay for other services at the time of your oil change. Not worth it.

Mannnnn I have a 2021 with less than 4k miles went for inspection and it took a hour and a half. I never had inspection take that long when on OLD cars good grief.

Parts department. Very poor customer service had nothing but problems here I would never buy anything from this place again. One and last time for me. Every time I called for updates was a different story.
