Avoid this place, they are thieves and liars. I took my 5 year old Honda Accord to them last week for Virginia State Inspection and they tried to screw me for front end work that was not needed and I know it was not needed. Not only did I know the work was not needed some of the parts that they claimed were bad had been replaced in December and I told the service tech that. His response was that I could either pay them or they would fail my car and I couldn't drive it.What start things off bad was them telling me I had to leave my car which I am always suspicious of. Something else that was a bad sign was when I told them I wanted to see the parts that they wanted to replace. The tech's response was "I'll see if I can have them set aside for you" which was not done because when I picked up my car their story changed to: "Oh, we can't find the parts". On top of all that they "forgot" to put the inspection sticker on my car.The first thing I did when I got home was called my credit card and disputed the charge all but $20 for the inspection. The next morning I called the State Police and filed a formal complaint. I thought taking them to Small Claims Court but that would mean I have to take time off from my job and I can't lose the money so they get away with that. Bottom line avoid these thieves. Your wallet and your piece of mind will be a lot happier.

Eric was WONDERFUL over the phone when I called to schedule an appointment for me and my son. Once we got there the whole crew was TOTALLY AWESOME, even the mechanics. I have been going to this Firestone for years, I love the lifetime wheel alignment and tire rotation, no dealership can beat their price and I tell them. Love this specific location. They totally ROCK and they are honest not trying to cost you unnecessary money.

I always get great service, the staff are friendly, and wait time is manageable. My last visit was fantastic. I was back on the road quickly knowing my vehicle was safe.

Always professional and willing to fit me in for an emergency repair (no appointment). I called another location and they were not accommodating, but this location always makes time for me which is why I continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you!

Starting to use Firestone because the independent service station owner I've used for 25 years was pretty rude to me. Snarky.Took car to Firestone for inspection at 7 am...no appointment. Car was ready in less than 2 hours.

Steve and Brandon took me in for aast minute tire replacement. They were very professional and delivered 6 star customer service sadly google only lets me put 5 stars!

Do not take vehicle here to get tires put on. They absolutely trashed one of my wheels and luckily it was only one wheel that I got a tire put on.Service: TiresService: Tires

New to the state of Virginia and used this location for the first time for state inspection on our vehicle. Employee was very nice and courteous. Pleased with work performed, and done in a very timely manner. Will definitely use this location again.

I've been taking my 2004 Dodge Ram truck to Sean and his team for multiple years. Sean is always professional, courteous, and most importantly honest. He and his team always deliver on their work and do not push for or recommend any work that is not necessary. The team is exceptional in providing details and communicating any and all work recommendations and always stand behind their completed repairs. The team is very helpful and routinely make the extra effort to obtain customer satisfaction. Went twice for an alignment on my 17 lexus is200t. And both times my alignment got worse than when I brought it in to begin with, I don't blame the tech I blame the company or store owner. I now have to wait 10 days for a real shop, and out another 140. I honestly should get a refund. Driving has always been a stress relief and now I fight my car. I went here on a normal for my oil change. I had no issues with the oil changes. The staff was really professional. They had some recommendations for changing my tires. I had all new tires changed out and an wheel alignment done. My car starts shaking at 50mph. I called back to have it re aligned and now it has been shaking at 70mph. I found a new place that took care of the issue.

Quick and easy as it should be. Came to this location multiple times, but at this most recent visit, I needed to get my alignment corrected and also get my wheels balanced as the Fordham Dr location was unable to finish my alignment nor were they equipped to handle balancing my wheels. This location was a MUCH better customer experience and they were actually able to complete the job well and in a fraction of the time. I highly recommend this location to anyone that needs wheel and alignment needs!

Having the oil changed and check lighting prompts on dashboard. I feel very comfortable coming here and I know they are honest in their findings and recommendations. I am used this Firestone several times for tires, funny noises, dashboard prompts, oil change and inspections. Definitely recommend using this business

Fantastic service! Installed a new tire in less than thirty minutes. I would prefer they ask if you would like to add road hazard protection and provide the associated cost instead of automatically adding it. However, they did not charge me for labor!

I called on a Friday and asked about state inspections and was told they do them on the weekends as well but the inspector would not be there on Saturday but he will for sure on Sunday. I get up early and arrive Sunday morning as soon as they opened and waited in line for 15mins just to be told "no, he won't be in until Monday". I told him what I was told and no reaction, nothing. Poor communication and customer service. Will definitely not be going back to waste anymore of my time.

I was very satisfied with my experience here. Brandon was very polite and helpful when scheduling two appointments for different cars over the phone. They got our cars in very quickly when we arrived, and took really good care of us even though our cars were more complicated than any of us were expecting. Very quick service as well. I would definitely go back here!

I had an appointment this morning at 7:30am and i was out by 8am. Shaun was an absolute pleasure to work with and made a stressful situation for me a lot better, he possesses great customer service skills and genuinely cared about my problem. I received a new tire at a great price and had it put on my car quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Shaun and Staff for all your car care needs. Thanks guys at Firestone!

Took my car in for a State Inspection. This car was driven less than 1300 miles in a year from the previous Inspection done by them. They claim my brake line was twisted and headlight needed adjusted for about $200. Wow what a rip off. Never bringing any of my four vehicles hear again. Took it to the dealership and it passed right away. The customer service was very horrible as well.

Look...I recommend this place to anyone! The store Manager, Shaun, was the biggest help and worked with me to get my car fixed and returned to me as soon as he could. The also help you with finances and have great customer care! I will be a returning customer and only come here as long as I am in VA! Thanks again for the great and fast service!!

Shaun & Bryan are the best. Very professional. Great customer service. Definitely takes good care of the customers. The whole team at this location is awesome. I've personally experience issues at 2 other locations. I will only go to this firestone. I live in Virginia Beach however, they're located in Chesapeake. But I know they will make sure I'm good! Thank you all for your concerns about my car and myself!!!!!!

The service here is fast, effective, and professional. I have the lifetime wheel alignment and every time I come Mr. Moye performs the wheel alignment on my Mustang . He does such a great job that I am getting maximum mileage from my tires and the car steers tight as a result. The store manager, Mr. Harrell always treats me courteous, respectful, and expresses great honesty in any diagnosis I have experienced in the past. The whole crew is great. Big shot out to William who got me in on a quick appointment at a moment's notice!

Shaun Harrell he is awesome. He change my tires so quickly. He saw that I was in a rush and he got me in and out. Excellent customer service. I love Firestone. I never have any issues with them. But this locations is super fast.

Though I had to wait a few minutes for someone to come to the front, the customer service was really good. The staff was very efficient and made sure that my car was kept clean during the process. I am very confident that I would return again.

Update from below: Shaun, the manager, and I have talked and resolved some concerns, so I may feel secure in my transaction in the future. He is still the same great personnel that I hope will convey into the culture. I will add 1 more star.Previous review:20 bucks to put air and reset your tpms. They didn't consult me of the cost prior to operation. I could have just gone to the gas station for 2 bucks. Firestone needs to be honest. This will haunt them. I still love a couple of honest people there like Shaun and the Scottish looking mechanic. They care. But there are sharks. They and their nearest people to them will be affected for their unkindly or uncaring acts. That's just how it works. Everyone has relativity. Even if you do not like the person, work to get things done right. The reward is greater when you do things right even if the customer is not likeable to you.Think of it as duty. I noticed the nice ones stayed looking the same. You think you're in control? Only if you do things right and fair that you will not speed up decay. No one is spared by this. The rule applies to all.

My visit to this store was top notch! Shaun gave clear expectations of what was needed along with a timeline for completion. When I had questions about the service needed Jordan provided easy to understand explanations. Highly recommend this team to anyone that wants excellent, friendly, prompt service!
