Chad was a great customer service rep he made sure I was aware of the issues going on with my car and informed me of a solution. The technicians although just two of them worked fast to get me in an out the shop in a good amount of time. I had all 4 sets of tires replaced and an alignment done to fix the excessive wear on the tires. Even my little dog was pleased with the visit we had in store.

Terrible, I had a state inspection for my truck and it failed because the truck s tire rotor and padding was thin. However, when I brought my truck to a mechanic in Chesapeake, he claimed that both my tire rotor and padding are fine and within spec. I went to the place again and demand to have state office to inspect my truck, only for them to state that it would take after next Tuesday to book an appointment. After a week, I was expecting to have the police officer to be there and they claim that the officer were there but my mechanic called Firestone people to confirm process only to discovered that they just had they own state inspector instead. Extremely Dishonest! I won t recommend this place that uses such shady practices.

The best Firestone in the area. I'm my opinion the customer service is why I keep coming back to have work done on my truck. The work I have done is right the first time. I am confident when I leave the shop everything taken care of. Thank you everyone there keep up the good work and I appreciate!

I absolutely love this location. I live in the Richmond area, but frequently visit Chesapeake and VA Beach. I've had multiple issues from overheating to blowing a tire while traveling, and this Firestone has saved me multiple times, and gone out of it's way to help me. The manager was polite, and explained everything to me like a person. Very very much appreciated!!

Every time I visit this Firestone location I have nothing but excellent service. I am treated kindly and given information prior to work on my vehicles to ensure I approve before the work is started. I am given a timeframe for my service and am never disappointed as communication is great with their customer service staff. I will continue to trust this Firestone location with my vehicles in the future for anything I need done, large or small. Thank you Firestone!

Chad was awesome and has great customer service. He helped us a lot and gave us helpful tips on what to do for the car.Had another mechanic look at the car and they think the inspection they came back with is wrong and not following regulations. Will update after new inspection. (This part had nothing to do with Chad)

Easy to make an appointment. The service was quick and easy. The bill was reasonable for extracting a nail from my tire. I feel this company is very honest, and they don t try to sell you extra stuff!

I was immediately helped, kept informed and out fairly quickly after my oil change. They also noticed I needed new wipers and installed them on the spot. Brandon and his team were great!

I had a great experience for my oil change on 12/31/2023. I was told at that time that I needed to replace 2 tires. I made an appointment for Thursday, January 25th at 5pm. I received a phone call that day, stating that someone called out sick, and rescheduled for the following Monday, January 29th at 5:30pm. Upon arrival, I was told that they won't have enough time to do it. Since this appointment was made well in advance, and not just online, but with Megan, I was shocked. He said he would get it done for me. After sitting there for 3 hours (past their closing time), I was told that the tires were out of stock, and I'd have to come back again. UNBELIEVABLE. I scheduled an appointment to come back on Wednesday, January 31st, now at 5pm (so now I also had to leave work early). I arrived for my 3rd appointment for the same issue, and waited in the lobby for 2 hours. I was then told that I actually needed 2 tires, not 4, and they did not have them in stock. I had to make another appointment to come back for 2 more tires. I made the appointment to come back at 7am on Friday morning, February 2nd. The tech told me he would be there at 6:45am, and I should arrive at 7am. I arrived at 6:55am, where I was told that no one would be there until 8am. I am obviously, beyond frustrated. Luckily, the tech I had spoken to showed up 20 minutes later, and finally got the last 2 tires installed.It is safe to say that this was an extremely frustrating and miserable experience, and I would advise you to go anywhere else.

120$ for an oil change that took 2 days to accomplish. They were gonna take 3 days to it. Charged me 20 $ a quart. This place is trash and so are the workers. Cashier was rude and could see one worker kicking a tire off a car. I guess they didn t have the upper body strength to remove it like a man.

This Firestone location has been my go-to repair shop for the last few years. We've had 4 different vehicles go through this shop and have been very pleased with all service completed here!

LIARS, HUSTLERS, SCAM ARTIST. Do not take your car or truck into this Firestone. This place is lying and overpricing its customers. Took my wife s car in with a loud exhaust problem, next thing we know we re getting a call about an active leak and now need 2k worth of power steering work ..deny the work and pick the car up to get a second opinion from ANOTHER Firestone and not only were we quoted on a bunch of bogus work but overcharged for what little they did. Do yourself a favor and find a new place!!!! This shop is a scam through and through. I will never bring my vehicle to a FIRESTONE again. Thieves .every last one!!!!!!!! Wish I could rate it lower than one star.

*3-Stars ONLY because of the deception*The store is clean, and not too busy, and service was relatively quick... BUT the store tech tried to TRICK me into changing my 1yr and 9mth old battery... He gave me a paper that shows my battery is no good and needed to be replaced. I declined then went and got it tested at AutoZoneAs soon as I left Firestone, I went to Autozone, and the test showed 100% SOC while Firestone showed only 77% on my 700 CCA battery.I bet that guy at Firestone simply put in a higher CCA rating in the machine before running the test, simply to trick me into buying a new battery. That is DECEPTIVE AND CRIMNAL BEHAVIOR!I've been a Firestone customer since 2001, and this is the 2nd time I'm feeling like staff did unscrupulous things to DIG OUT MONEY from me... maybe just because I'm a girl, he probably thought he could scare me into buying a new battery when nothing is wrong with my current battery!Now I am wondering did they really put in the FULL SYNTHETIC OIL I specifically asked for??

My 2015 Jeep Patriot has been on quite the adventure with me since I got it & I have had to get several & various parts replaced besides tires here. I don't trust anyone else with my car, my time, or my money. The people here really care about their customers and getting the best results they can. I trust them over anyone else any day!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

I took my car in for inspection they filled my vehicle, said all kinds of things were wrong with it totaling up to almost $5000 worth of work I left them went and got a second opinion they lied they were after my money taken advantage of a handicapped woman All those items that they said were wrong $5000 worth of damage second opinion they are liars and just trying to take peoples money take advantage of handicapped women. They told me my car failed for having multiple holes in the tire. I looked up state law you cannot fail my vehicle for having plugs in the tire only if they re on the face of the tire and mine were not firestone liars, taking advantage of handicapped women

Blatant lying to customers, I work for a real shop and I have customers telling me of all the misinformation these folks spread . Don t believe what your Firestone lube tech is telling you, get a real opinion from a real technician.
