I took my Jeep in for a vehicle inspection to make sure everything was okay after a very long road trip.The technicians were extremely helpful with being able to troubleshoot and fix quickly any issues that I was having. They also suggested a couple of maintenance items that I have been putting off doing and were able to get them done quickly for me which saved me a lot of time especially with my busy schedule.

Robert Moore is the sweetest and most helpful guy I have ever got the pleasure meeting. My husband s car DESPERATELY needed news tires, a wheel alignment, AND new brake pads. It was a now or never situation, and they took me in THE DAY OFF, and finished the car by 7:30pm (after they close). They super considerate for me and my time and money. The price was the fairest it could ve been for the amount I asked to get done. 10/10 would recommend them to ANYONE in need of car assistance

I had a 1pm appointment today for tire rotation & wheel alignment. Both free since I purchased four tires for my Jeep Cherokee from Firestone with their lifetime rotation & alignment. I dropped the car off at 1pm and then headed next door to Red Robin Greenbrier for lunch. About 45 minutes into lunch, the Firestone Manager Shaun walked up to my table and asked if I owned the Jeep Cherokee. My first thought was "this isn't going to be good!" Shaun said I noticed your state inspection was due, would you like us to do that also? Had I known (or asked him) that it was only $20.00 I would have had it done but I already have an appointment next Thursday for a free inspection from Southern Jeep where I bought the car. He said he tried to call me but my phone showed no recent calls so he must have dialed the wrong number but I was surprised and impressed that he walked over to Red Robin to ask me in person. That is excellent customer service! Oh and the tire rotation/wheel alignment was completed by 2:45.

Went there for a slow leak tire. Made an appointment online. Very efficiently done. The car was immediately taken in. I requested a tire rotation as well. Tire was plugged, and tires rotated for $31 and change. It took just over an hour ,which was longer than I expected, but the work was done efficiently. I was able to see the work done from the waiting room. To be clear, this was the Firestone on Ring Rd in Chesapeake, VA. I initially tried to make an appointment online with the one on Holland RD, Virginia Beach, but I was unable to complete it, even though the websites said there were available openings that day. I called, and the person said there were no available appointments until the next week. Very disappointing. I will use them again for other car needs. But I will not use the one on Holland RD even though that is closer to me.

I came to this location and Mr Shaun Harrell opened the store a half hour earlier to help me. I had a flat tire and I was willing to wait till store opened at 9 but he was kind enough to open I'm so grateful for his kindness. And will return for business and will recommend this shop.

We were told an hour approximately for a pre purchase inspection. My Fiance and our two young boys were out in less than 45 minutes. The bathroom (very rare) was clean and lobby was warm and inviting. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS IS NOT I REPEAT NOT a payed advertisement as I am a tough critic to please. It s one thing to be attentive, but to manage to be ALSO PERSONABLE and KNOWLEDGEABLE is rare in much of any of today s understaffed and underpaid industries.With class, organization and decorum, my family and I personally witnessed Shaun confer with his team of techs, confirmed which vehicles had been serviced both with vehicles dropped off and awaiting in the lobby. When our vehicle was ready, Shaun personally walked us around and under our vehicle equipping us with the most powerful of any weapon, knowledge. No businesses success owes due to one person alone, so from the front to the back, on 3/7/2024 at 3:00pm after a funeral, children s eye glass appointment, dealership appointment and appointment with a bank unbeknownst to them, this Firestone Team Led by Mr. Shaun is the Team that deserves your business. Tell them SHONDA sent you (No Rejection) . Thank you for taking care of us.

Store Manager Shaun gave excellent customer service. I came in with an urgent tire repair situation while enroute to my Thanksgiving destination (the beginning of an 8 hour road trip). Shaun got me in very timely, tire was evaluated and repaired within the hour (even with how busy they were). We were pleased that we chose this Firestone location for service.

Its been 2 weeks and 3 different companies to finally get a solution and 5200.00 later. It all started at this firestone . I have a 6 inch lifted truck for reference paid for a lifetime alignment both alignments didn't last a hour and told counter person both times. Manager Shawn attacks me on phone cause he supposedly not suppose to even do my truck . So firestone takes your money can not perform the work then yell at you because u gave them money to perform work u didn't know they didn't do.So to cut out the middle man since there not mechanics and i did not know that. i used were they send there trucks for turned out even worse . Finally took to a real mechanic shop turns out inner and outer tie rods and idler arm were bad. Please if your having suspension problems save yourself the hassle they are uniexperienced. proffesion diagnosed and fixed in just a few hours what took them 2 years to never figure out

I love this Firestone location, they are so prompt, friendly and helpful and just go above and beyond every single time.I am having the most Monday type of Friday of my life, so of course I would get a screw in my almost brand new tire, right at the edge of the sidewall where you can't safely patch it.I called them to find out exactly how much this was going to suck, and was able to text the tire photo into the service tech and know what I was walking in the door to today . Luckily I always opt for the warranty on my tires and they had me in and out, with a brand new tire, in less than an hour without too much damage to my wallet.Let's see if I can get through the season without having to go back and see them again!!

Nothing beats honesty when it comes to car repairs rather it s the wait time or troubleshooting. I appreciate The time the staff took to make sure I was Ready to hit the road and the clean waiting area where we watched Super Natural.

All went well except checking the rear tire air pressure. Both were at 30 and the fronts at 37 so I don't think they were checked. They were down an employee so I'm glad that I planned to drop off and go home until service was completed.

Usually come here for oil change and other services. They are fast and do a good job. Haven t had a bad experience and the staff is approachable and helpful.

Took my daughter's car and for repair however because internal engine problem they could not fix the car however they were so kind and considerate. I even made an appointment to bring my car in for an oil change this weekend. Wonderful company highly recommend

Went in for some work including an oil change, a few weeks later started noticing oil in my driveway. Come to find out they left an Allen wrench attached to a socket on my car. Took the car back in asked to speak to the manager, he never called me! They ended up getting the tools off and re doing the oil change. My tire pressure light was on do you think they could have added air to my tires, they didn t! DO NOT TAKE YOYR CAR HERE! HORRIBLE customer service! We moved here from Perry Hall Maryland, we always took all of our cars to Firestone for everything, not here, will not be going back to any Firestone s here.

I usually dont go to Firestone for any service that I may need for my car. I used to go to the Firestone on military highway in Chesapeake va, and they would always try to sell me on services I didnt need to hike up my bill, always had horrible service from them. Now I needed tires yesterday and had to have them put on quickly. I tried the new Firestone in greenbriar near the mall and i and so pleased with the customer service, the quality of the work, the speedy work, and the experience as a whole! I was so happy that I scheduled an oil change for today and plan to come to this specific location for any automotive needs in the future. I have been sharing how great this has been with all of my family and friends. I really appreciate all the team has done for me in the last two days, and how accommodating everyone was! Thank you!

I had an issue with repeated low tire pressure. Calling and making an appointment was easy, and they had good availability. I waited while it was being worked on. About an hour and ~$20 later, my car was fixed and ready to go. They showed me the culprit - a tiny silver nail. Three weeks later, my tire is still good to go. I'm very thankful the whole process was as smooth as it was.

The girl who works at the counter was super rude over the phone. I called to see if I could speak to a mechanic because my car wouldn't start. I dont know if she thought I was blaming them, or just being defensive because she likes being rude. I tried to tell her 4 times that I was only looking for a possible quick fix to get me back on the road. I dont think she ever heard me because she was too busy talking over me to listen. I contacted Corporate after hanging up on her. I won't be back.

Had a flat tire, came in and was fixed up in no time. I live right across the street and having a Firestone so close by is really convenient. Their customer service is really great as well.
