I had my vehicle brake pads replaced at Family Auto today. The owner Ham has excellent customer service skills. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my concerns/questions. I did not have to dig deep into my purse to pay for the service because the price was reasonable. I will most definitely return to this establishment for my next service. Thanks again, Ham.

Ham is the best mechanic we have ever been to. He is always reliable, and does right by his customers. He is knowledgeable with cars and everything is always done correctly. He is fairly priced and your car is in the best hands. Thanks Ham!!!

This is a great and fair place to bring your vehicle, the owner is always fair upfront and mostly reliable, He also does great work with a vehicle and by the time you leave the lot you leave with a smile and a sense of safety knowing that your vehicle was done and done well by a person who make sure .everything is correctly in place and tied down tight.
