I had an excellent experience w/ Executive Collision Center. Having been involved in an accident, Executive worked well in tandem w/ my insurance carrier, had the work done in a timely manner, and the quality of the work is exceptional! I would absolutely recommend Executive to anyone in need of their services.

What can I say about R-Tech? Pure garbage!!!!!! I had my car serviced a year ago for a rear end after I got hit and real techs found that R-Tech did NOT re-hook up valve actuators on my exhaust system! They missed 5 promise dates and had my car for 2.5 months and STILL didn t do the job correct! I only found that they did not re-hook up this system when the actuator fell from it s clever hiding spot where R-Tech stashed them and drug on the ground as I was driving. One phrase accurately describes R-Tech . Shady Tree Mechanics! I will be spending the rest of my days detouring ppl from R-Tech! DON T ever bring your vehicle there! I would give more stars if Google allowed! Excellent customer service. Communication arrived via text alerts as well as phone calls through the duration of the time my car was in service. Repair to my vehicle was completed in a timely manner and consideration to my personal situation was acknowledged. I brought my truck to executive collision center in early April 2023, and the work was just completed today August 3rd. The repair work was completely cosmetic, I slowly backed into a brick wall when my tailgate was down. The tailgate needed to be replaced. Most of the work was completed in about a week or so. The work looked good, but unfortunately one of the two latches that holds the tailgating place was either broken during shipping or broke during their install. They allowed me to take my truck home and wait until the part arrived. They told me it would take about 2 weeks and they had called me as soon as it got in. Well three to four weeks went by and I never heard from them. I gave them a call and left multiple messages but never received a phone call back. This one on for about two and a half months of me. Calling once a week and never getting in touch with anyone or a call back from the multiple messages I left. Eventually someone did pick up the phone mid-June. They told me that they ordered the part and it should be in about 2 weeks. After that I left six or seven messages that no one ever responded to. I eventually had to contact my insurance company and let them know what's going on because at this point I was beginning to worry about my claim status. During this time frame I could not open my tailgate. Did I mention I was moving at the end of April? That was very convenient . Got to love moving without a working tailgate. My insurance claim adjuster was able to get a hold of someone and they called me back about an hour later. They said somehow the park came in but got sent back and they were ordering another one and that it should be here tomorrow. 2 hours after that phone call I got another phone call that said the part just came in. Two hours shipping? That's Impressive. Sounds to me like they found the lost part in the back of the shop somewhere. So 4 months later I finally have a working tailgate. Best part? They still charged me full price!! I hardly got an apology.Pros: decent repair work, no complaints. Polite staff in person.Cons: horrible communication, long wait times, poor customer service

Brought my car there for a deer hitting it and it stopped running.They quoted around 3k for damages.Turned out all that needed to be fixed was the radiator support so the hood could latch and the valve cover gaskets.Drove the car home and it died in the drive way from the issue that it had while sitting in their lot for 6 months.

Five stars all the way for Executive Collision Center. I didn't really know what to do after my vehicle got bumped from behind. There wasn't a lot of damage and the person that hit me preferred to pay out of pocket and not involve the insurance companies if possible. In the past, I've gone to a few body shops that really weren't interested in small jobs that didn't involve payment from an insurance company. I made a call to my insurance agent and he suggested trying Executive. I called them and was able to get an appointment for an estimate the same day.They were obviously very busy when I arrived but I didn't have to wait long. After a few minutes they went over my car and described in detail what would be done to repair the damage to the rear of my Honda CR-V. After that we returned to the office and they wrote up the estimate. I asked for a second copy and they were happy to oblige me. The following day they phoned me and said the responsible party had contacted them and verified they would be paying for the job. Executive scheduled my vehicle for a few days later.Executive Collision Center is not open on weekends so I used the convenient after hours key drop slot and dropped off my vehicle on a Sunday since my work schedule didn't permit me to drop it off on Monday. I appreciated the timely communication from Executive. They called me regularly to keep me up to date on their progress on my vehicle. On Wednesday they called and told me the work was completed, the bill was taken care of and my vehicle was ready for pick up. I picked it up after work the following day. The process was quick and easy and my vehicle looked absolutely perfect. I was impressed that they gave it a good cleaning inside and out.Throughout my interaction with Executive Collision Center I found the staff pleasant and professional, even fun to talk with. I enjoyed my interaction with every employee I had contact with, it was evident they take great pride in their work and enjoy their jobs. I was thrilled with the work they did on my vehicle and was very impressed with the fast turnaround time. I really appreciate the level of service I received for such a small job that didn't involve an insurance company, they made me feel like a valued customer. I unconditionally recommend Executive Collision Center and will not hesitate to contact them should I have need of collision services in the future.Service: Body & Trim

this was by far the greatest experience I've had dealing with getting my car fixed. they literally did everything to ensure i was satisfied after they fixed my vehicle. i would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs any type of work done to their vehicle. Excellent service and high quality work. Ariel and Jeremy are amazing. Ariel kept me updated every step of the way. I was able to drop off my car the night before my service. The next day Jeremy called when it was done, but I did not have a ride to the shop. He delivered my car to my home. Front door VIP service! My insurance company recommended Executive Collision after I was in an accident that damaged a quarter panel and fender. I was initially weary as some reviews were very negative, but a good friend also recommended Executive Collision so I went ahead and scheduled my repair there. The owners were exceptionally nice and prompt and honest. The repairs took nine business days, during which I received continuous status updates. Considering the volume of vehicles they were working on this was an acceptable turn around time.After the repairs were complete my vehicle looked as good as new. I am very pleased with Executive Collision and would recommend it to others.

Excellent customer service and friendly neighborhood place to go! I stopped in for an estimate and some advice on what to do with my car. Jesse spent time with me to explain a little about the insurance and DMV inspection process that I needed to know. When I didn't understand, he patiently went over it in more detail. His final advice was in my favor, and that was not to spend money unnecessarily on excessive body work that I didn't need and didn't want. He could have tried to squeeze some money out of me, but he didn't. He spent some of his time out of a busy day, instead, to put me at ease with a decision that I was struggling to make about what to do with my car on a limited budget. It is a great feeling when you meet people who are honest and who still have that good old-fashioned work ethic! Thank you Jesse!

Excellent work, excellent service. you can't tell the car was in an accident--and this is after the front end was seriously damaged. they took care of me as well, Extremely patient. Especially the price is terrific. Very rare that I can recommend anyone in the auto field this highly.

They are nice people but lack when it comes to quality. This was the recommended shop for Allstate but the work was anything not "In Good Hands". The paint has many imperfections from sloppy prep work and poor clean up, the badging was not placed in the correct (factory) location, and the body gaps were not proper. The owners listened to my concerns but the mechanics were unable to find the cause of my concerns. Two minutes under the vehicle revealed a transmission mount was unduly under tension (as I suspected and cued the owner in on). After bringing the vehicle home I noticed a myriad of other flaws that I now have to take it back in to have fixed. A 5 day repair turned into 21 days due to parts delays, paint delays, and their level of volume. My vehicle was "ready" for pick-up with a large shiner on the hood that anyone could have spotted across the lot. Again though- Jesse and Dom are nice but this shop is not for the person who would like a very fine job done.....it's more of an economical solution if you're on a limited budget.Will I take anything else back there? Nope. I am only returning since Dom is so helpful with correcting issues after they have been brought to his attention, aside from the dust/ dirt in the paint and orange peel in clear.

my daughter moved to Chesapeake from ct. The bumper on her car was falling off. she chose them randomly and stopped in at 440 .pmThey looked at the car took it in the shop and gave her a ride home.They fixed it the next day at a very reasonable price. They are honest and trustworthy. Most places wouldn't have bothered with such a small job. Let alone fix it the next day. great service great people!

****WORST EVER****I had decided to go to Executive Collision after someone had hit the back of my vehicle, and destroyed it. My mom had her Infiniti fixed there, so I decided why not??They called me to tell me my car was finished early. Okay, cool. I couldn't get to it that day because I had to work, and I told them I'd be there to grab it the next day (Saturday). I talked to a gentleman and told me he would leave the key in my vehicle, since they were closed. No problem! I get there to pick my car up, my car is completely unlocked, with my key INSIDE of the office, which was locked and closed for the day. It's okay though, because they didn't fix all the damage they were suppose to. I had to call my insurance and wait until Monday to talk with the guys at Executive. They told me they would take care of it and call me when it was ready. They did not call. I only have an hour for lunch, and I'm freaking out because they had not called. I had to call them, only for them to say, "Oh yeah! It's all ready to be picked up." At this point I'm just happy to have my car back. There were some issues with paperwork, but there was a very nice man who was understanding (honestly the only good thing about this), and then there was a very rude older man who just had an attitude. I honestly wouldn't be posting anything or be upset anymore, except my coworker told me that my driver side tail light (the MAIN thing they were supposed to fix), is OUT!!!!!!!Thankfully my boyfriend, and many of my friends are technicians and it was a simple fix. But I shouldn't even have to go through this! I hopefully won't be in an accident any time soon, but if I am...HA! I will COMPLETELY avoid this place!!! TERRIBLE!!!And by other people's reviews, they can't complete repairs properly the first time.

Had my truck fixed there after some one hit me. I asked them to make sure they looked at the back of the head light to make sure it wasn t cracked or anything like that. I picked it up and they told me they checked and there was nothing wrong with the head light. Once I looked closer the alignment on the fender and bumper that they fixed was not spaced correctly. Fast forward a few months I go to put some aftermarket head lights on my truck and the head light they said was fine was cracked down the back of it. Besides that they are just rude on the phone as well. I will never go there again and no one else should either.

Thank you to Executive Collision Center for restoring my car when I hit a raccoon. They made it look brand new and kept me updated throughout the process. They were very friendly and helpful answering any questions. I had a previous negative experience with a different collision center but this one helped ease my fears about the process amd I'll use them again if I ever need to.

I gave Executive Collision my SUV to fix my front bumper because Allstate (my insurance company) suggest them. I took the SUV in and the vehicle was back to me within two weeks, looking like new. Three weeks later I start to notice that the new bumper s paint is starting to peel. So I take my SUV back to them. Two days after my SUV gets there it gets broken in to on their property. They call to inform me and tell me to inform my insurance company just in case they are not able to replace the window. I asked why do I need to inform my insurance company about something that happens on their property. I told them no you place the window because it happened on your property. After a week of wait for the repaint I arrive to pick up my vehicle and they park my SUV on the side of the road with the keys in the ignition. This is a company that called a week ago to tell me that my vehicle was broken in to and now they park my SUV on the side of the road like it a piece of trash. If you want your vehicle to be safe and worked on at the same time try your luck somewhere else because the customer service of this place is not one to brag about.

They fail to know what they're doing, lie about faulty work done and are extremely rude and dishonest. Absolutely garbage. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. The owner should be ashamed of himself for running such a shitshow. The company is an embarrassment to mechanics everywhere. If you want to get your vehicle fixed i bet my 4 year old with a fake wrench will do a better job than this place!

I took my truck here in Dec 2021 for an estimate on some minor body work( broken grill, scratch on the hood, scratch on the bumper, a dent on driver side door and a scratch on passenger side door. I made an appointment to drop it off end of January. They told me they would call to reschedule if they didn't have the parts. I dropped it off waited about two weeks and followed up. Told me they were waiting on parts (ugh) . Two weeks later it was "done"When I picked it up the grill was still broken the doors still scratched/dented and they replaced the bumper (for a scratch).I was obviously upset, and they said " we will fix the doors when you bring the truck back for the grill"Dropped it off again at the beginning of March, three weeks later I was told it's done. They still didn't fix the driver side door.3000$ for car rental and eight weeks in possession of my truck and they couldn't fix all that I asked.They smile and sound friendly but beware. Not sure if they are scamming or incompetent.

I had to select at least one star, really would not recommend this repair shop to anyone. My car has been given back to me with unfinished repairs. I get better results if I do the work myself.
