I will start by saying the only reason this company had my business in the first place was because at the scene of accident, the manager was very nice and concerned which showed amazing customer service.After that, it has been a nightmare to have my vehicle here. I was sent an authorization form with the front desk lady gave me the option of email or coming in person, i chose email as it is more convenient. It was not sent as an attachment so i did what i could to sign it and send it back, i asked if it was sufficient enough to have my car start being worked on and was told yes. I also called to verify the next day and was told everything was good to go.This place had never called me with an update on my car i had to call several times to get an answer/speak with someone, come to find out they haven't even touched my car because the "authorization was not signed" i asked to speak to a manager and he was unapologetic about the whole situation. This place has had my car for a total of two weeks and did not even touch it or get the work started.I called yesterday to ask for an update and was told it would be getting towed to the dealership, WITHOUT my knowledge or even a simple heads up on where my car would be.The front desk lady is incompetent and simply cannot do her job, when asked for updates i was told two different things by her and the manager. I now have to go out of my way to get the car towed to another place who can start on it same day all while its been two weeks and the car is in the same position i left it in with "Crash Champions"Do yourself the favor AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Called for a self-pay quote on my vehicle that had been deemed a total loss by my insurance company. The insurance company returned my vehicle and cut me a check for repair. The vehicle is mechanically sound and drives fine. It has relatively heavy cosmetic damage that, once repaired, will be worth $5-6,000. However, they would not even schedule an appointment to look at the vehicle. Thanks for making me feel like a delinquent.

Had to take my wife's van here for an insurance claim. Everyone we dealt with was polite, and professional. They kept us informed on the status of our van throughout the repair process and were excellent. Would highly recommend.

Questionable whether they did what they said. We had the front bumper cleaned up which require the bumper to be removed and reinstalled. Since then the Lane Assist system is inaccurate. I brought the car back in and all they did was road tested the car and said it was good instead of having their 3rd party adjust the system like the customer service rep said they would do.

I was in a "fender bender" recently. My insurance company provided a list of body shops to give me an estimate and repair my car.I selected Performance Collision to repair my car. It is centrally located, preferred by my insurance and had availability.During my initial meeting with their staff to get the details about completing the repairs, they were professional and friendly as they described the scope of work required to complete the job.They were transparent and advised me that delays in getting parts could be possible. My advisor let me know that they call to check on parts and would not take bumper off to begin working on the car if parts delays would be prolonged. (I was lucky and all my parts were available without delays.)They provided updates on the progress of my cars repairs when needed. (They communicate using both telephone and texting.)My repairs were completed in a timely manner and within the time frame I was promised.This location would be my first choice if I need to repair my car again.

I can t give enough stars to this place. The 1st time I didn t get repairs on their recommendation, which shows their honesty and concern for their customers. This time I had to have repairs on a brand new truck. They were amazing. They kept me informed with every detail throughout the process, and my truck looks brand new again!!!

My poor 2002 Taurus was backed into and I thought for sure it would be totalled since it's 21 years old but they were not only able to repair it but sooner than I thought. They even took the time to research and offer an estimate on replacing the other headlight to match the needed repairs. Everyone was so kind and wonderful. We took my suv here after I was in a hit and run in a parking lot. Everyone my husband and I interacted with was incredibly professional. They were great with communicating every step of the process and we received text message updates as well as phone calls. They were also very helpful coordinating with Enterprise and even let us leave the rental with them after we came to pick up the suv. They made sure we were happy with the work before we left and the paint job was amazing! I highly recommend them!

They have a rental car relationship with Enterprise as they will notify Enterprise to come and get you when you're ready to be picked up. Make sure you wait in the lobby for them. They hold your car in the yard until your insurance adjuster gets there. As far as I see, they do excellent body work as I peeked inside the many garages. Make sure you get your belongings out of your car before you leave. The office is along the street. Very nice people. They will help with your rental and coordinate repairs with the insurance company.

This is one of several options offered to me for repair through my insurance, Geico. They did not disappoint! The paint and clear coat repair were absolutely FLAWLESS. Bodywork had to be difficult, but they managed. Very impressed with the professionalism and quick service. Well done guys!

Highly recommend Performance Collision to all! They have a quality of work above any expectations. When I came to pick up my car, I saw this sparkly version but was in disbelief with how new and polished she was. They re completely transparent with every step, not a moment left in the dark about parts and prices. Very flexible, and fast to get you back into your like brand new car! They also cleaned my car before pick up and that was the cherry on top!

I have used Performance Collision on two separate occasions. Both experiences were met with customer service, technical knowledge, and attention to detail that was beyond reproach. The repairs were completed using OE parts and upon completion, were as it had just rolled off the assembly line at Ford. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for their repairs to completed properly and in standard with factory requirements.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my vehicle in following an accident to get the body repairs made. Estimate was fair and thorough, customer service and communication on a daily basis was exceptional and responsive. They coordinated the rental car including pickup, so the logistics was simple. Vehicle was ready earlier than estimated and the work was outstanding. I will definitely use Performance Collision again if I am unlucky enough to need body shop work in the future.Service: Body & Trim

Never hit a deer before or in an accident with this much damage. But I made the best decision to use a certified collision repair center and I picked the best one Performance in Chesapeake! Kept me updated 3 times per week and were on schedule best customer service ever from Chantae!!! We went to Performance this past week for a repair on our 2021 Highlander after we were rear ended. They did a fantastic job on the repairs! You can't tell we were ever hit to begin with. Not to mention everyone in the office was so friendly and easy to work with. As a woman taking it in, it was so nice that they weren't condescending like some 'shops' can be. Let s clarify things I didn t get a chance to do business with Performance Collision. I went in there for an estimate on Tuesday morning at 9am on May 23 and was told that that they would email with the estimate and to this date I have not received my estimate. I guess they figured they didn t want my business or it wasn t worth their business to do the repair. They may do good work???? But customer services is severely lacking.I even emailed them twice to see where my estimate is no answer not even we are still working on it. I guess I have to go else where. Costumer service says a lot or this case very little.

Left after closing so I couldn t inspect the work that was done. I drive down the road and the right front blinker doesn t work, can hear wind go through my right passenger door and PCC owes me a rain guard couldn t ever tell me an estimated time frame of when the vehicle will be ready the only thing I could be told was I will get an update and text message when it s ready. I then get a text message stating my vehicle will be ready for pick up by 530 which is when they close . So I called right away and the two people who could tell me when the vehicle would be ready was in a meeting and I would get a call back around 430. They do great work but their Customer service needs improvement.

From the moment I walked in, I was treated professionally. The staff at the counter was very friendly and I cannot say enough about my adjuster. He kept in contact with me from the beginning and let me know what was happening each step of the way. My car was ready way before it was estimated to be. When I arrived for pickup, he showed me pictures he has taken of the car and explained to me what they had to do and why. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.
