The front desk staff lady was very short and rude with me . I honestly would write this place off entirely had I not had such an amazing experience with courtesy auto sales and the staff there . While I was a bit set back on the tone used towards me two different calls this is nothing less I d expect from the people who work in this field just caught me off guard after dealing with Jason and Hilary who were truly amazing to work with . As far as service goes I have nothing bad to say.

I had 4 tires Mounted and Balanced by Frankie. He did an awesome job and kept me informed during my appt while I waited in the waiting area, which is very comfortable. Definitely ask if Frankie is available my car has never rode so smooth! Georgia was also super friendly! Will most certainly come back when I need my car worked on in the future!

I like this place. Staff is friendly. Service is reasonably priced. I have used them to service my autos for a few years. I have no reason to stop.

Upon dropping my car off, I stressed the importance of needing my car back same day, the lady at the desk said that's not a problem. They called me that evening and said they just needed to finish the oil change and they would call me. They never did. I had to call them the next day in the afternoon because they never called in the morning. I mentioned my experience at the check out, no discounts were offered and they wrote it off as normal. I was always treated with respect by the people working there however the lack of communication on their end is enough to not have me return.

Treated my show quality mustang like they owned it. Super friendly staff. Rare to get super customer service - but you can find it here. Mechanics are too quality, and manager knows how to run a tight ship - something I appreciate as career Navy.

First Time Car Buyer & Jason Helped Me !! Super Nice & Easy Going . Jason Told Me He Would Call Me Back And Work Something Out For Me When They Had Cars In That I Could Afford . The service my husband and I received was really great. Our sales rep John Sandhoff was awesome in helping us find a car that suited us and our budget. The car I had recently purchased was having a problem starting. I brought it in but they were unable to replicate the problem. Instead of sending me on my merry way wishing me good luck they gave me a loaner (I live 40 miles away) and continued to search for an answer. In the end they brought it to the Subaru dealer who had to reset the computer. As of today I am problem free. Thanks for going the extra mile.!

I went online and the very nice salesman name Mr Curtis aka C.J. worked with me for 2 days to make sure I was truly satisfied with my choice and payment. He went above and beyond to make sure I was very satisfied. Chuck was very friendly and helpful as well. Thanks to lady at the front desk who shared her fresh hot Krispy Kreme doughnuts! Ever since Chip and his team have worked on my vehicle in late 2016 and early 2017 I have had to fix their mistakes, these include replacing the valve cover gaskets, removing misc tools like brushes from coolant lines, and alternator issues.When I first picked this vehicle up from him (A 2004 Nissan Xterra) the most recent work they did was replace the timing belt and valve cover gaskets. Chip explained to me that the key fob and interior lights don't work because "its just an old car", the vehicle cut off whioe driving one day due to a bad alternator. After they replaced it surprise, surprise, the interior lights and key fob magically began to work again!Later that year due to excessive oil leaks I had to replace the valve cover gaskets, the very same ones they supposedly installed not even a full year prior, one was so bad it looked as if it was made of plastic. At this time I also found a broken brush in a coolant line, and various nuts and bolts loose in the engine bay.Now due to loose fitting bolts the alternator they installed fell out and I'm having to replace the belts and possibly the alternator.Chip said its not his problem, I guess its just normal for these things to happen after only 15,000 miles.
