Brad is the man. Very pleasant and honest. I will never go anywhere else unless I have to (he doesn't do A/C anymore). It's not everyone in this business that you can call friend. Initial call was friendly and welcoming. Slipping clutch needed adjustment or further diagnosis and or recommendations. The person on the phone said they'd get me in and out, as I was loaded. Made my way 40 miles passing numerous other reputable shops with high hopes. The gentleman at point of contact was friendly whom lead me to Eric to inform of symptoms. Expanded symptoms and was told "maybe" a bad trans looking to another customer for a cosign. I'm no mechanic however, I was under the impression one had to at least visually inspect the unit to make a diagnosis or rule out simple adjustment issues etc. I made it clear that since I was at a repair shop, no matter the wait, I'd like to have the unit inspected in an attempt to make formal a diagnosis at the very minimum. I understand these guys are very busy and maybe backed up with other customers as well so I'd wait my turn. The responses I received were unclear so I asked did he think it was a freightliner issue. This response was, " It's good to get a second opinion." At that time another guy walked in behind me. He informed Eric of his problem and without second thought Eric walked him to the office to begin a service order. I inturn followed the gentlemen and upon reaching the office I clearly asked if I may be "put on the list to be seen as well." Needless to say, I was respectful, unrushed and clear that I needed a professional mechanic to have a look at my unit whom I didn't find. My experience is my own. Use discernment! There's plenty of other shops in business who's intentions are earn revenue, as do I.

So I went here for a federal inspection keep in mind I just got this truck They told me I need it shocks all the way around So I went to miles down the street to RJ tire When I got a federal inspection there they passed me and told me nothing was wrong with the truck
