My wife and I were traveling from Florida and got a crack in our windshield and needed it repaired quickly for our return home. The staff Was exceptional and expedited our claim with ease. With how seamless this Process was I recommend this is the only place In the Hampton Road area that you come to for your glass repair.

I question the quality of the glass installed. I have a 2007 Honda Accord and have never had to replace the windshield until last year (16 years with the original glass). The service was quick. The dogs walking around took away from the professionalism for me but I can see how others might enjoy having the dogs around while waiting. After 6 months of having the glass it cracked and so significantly that it has to be replaced entirely. It seems strange to me that I have not have any issues until now and twice in one year my glass needs to be replaced.... coincidence? Poor quality? I'm going with a different company for my replacement just in case Coastal is using poor quality glass.

I got my windshield replaced by Coastal Glass. I had an 8 o clock appointment and the tech arrived at work early and offered to get me in 30 minutes early. The staff was super accommodating and very nice! The windshield was priced fairly and the work was spot on. I will definitely be using them again as they are a small business and very easy to deal with. The work was also very quick and making the appointment and checkout was easy.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Never bothered to ask if i wanted factory or aftermarket then say there s no way of knowing what i wanted. Its a brand new Lexus why would anyone want aftermarket. Think lady. Think. If i forget to tell you how I want my steak you ll just make it well done. Nice to know that. Never put my VIN number on receipt and wont reconcile so I can be reimbursed by my dealership because i made a bad review. Because of how you feel about our company I m not going to go out of my way to fix it

Seriously the best glass shop in Hampton Roads, maybe even all of the east coast! I can t overstate now welcoming, kind, fair, and knowledgeable these people are! Received a reasonably priced quote and was scheduled for a windshield replacement the very next morning. Incredibly fast service. I was in an out in an hour. Super friendly staff. I highly recommend.

They were amazing! And the person that worked on my vehicle scraped all the rust off for me (which was really bad as you can see from the image) and replaced my windshield! Super sweet employees and great customer service!

The ENTIRE team did a GREAT JOB! Making an appointment was super easy! I did almost everything online! QUICK QUOTE.... got us in very quick, car was done same day. They went above and beyond! They even toughed up some stuff around the frame.... COULDN'T be happier AND they were cheaper than all major Installers I got quotes from! I used Coastal Glass when I ran a body shop for 7 years. Always timely service, quality glass, and expert installation. So when my windshield got broken, I naturally chose Coastal Glass. Same great service as always.

Called around for quotes to replace Toyota Sienna windshield, this place was the best deal by far, over $100 less than a national brand that comes to your house. Only open 8-5 weekdays, would be nice if they were open Saturdays. However, great experience and CHEAP!!! In a good way.

I wanted to express my delight at the quality of service Rachel and the two installers provided ( I wish I would have written their names down but I did not). They were clearly on top of their game and installed my windshield with ease, precision, and a great sense of ownership for their work. All were very professional and thoroughly answered all my questions. The experience was great!! Everyone s hard work, dedication, wonderful customer service is very much appreciated. I live in Mass. I was there on a trip and someone backed into my car while we where at an event and shattered my rear windshield in Virginia they dont take my auto insurance but I paid out of pocket because they were they only one in the area who had the glass for my car and they installed in immediately when I called them. I was greeted by a group of really nice people and they did an awesome job fixing my car and they even cleaned all the glass that was in the back of my car!!! I was extremely satisfied with their service and was extremely grateful for their rapid response to my needs at the time. I would highly recommend this place for your auto glass services!!!

Short wait for a appointment, best price in my area, and 3 weeks with no problems. I dropped the car off for repair. I'm not sure they due repairs outside of their shop.

I am so pleased with the service and customer service at Coastal Glass. They were recommended by a friend who had her windshield replaced and I was not disappointed. Rachel was very nice and helpful with the quote. I called several places and the price was comparable. I chose Coastal based on the fact they are a local company and highly recommended. Ronnie was the Installer and he was very polite and fast. Thanks Again!

Excellent service, very friendly staff. They did an awesome job replacing my windshield, showed me some rust I had underneath, they cleaned it up for be and they got me in and out for time. Definitely would recommend anyone to come here.

I opened an account just to review Coastal Glass. All I can say is WOW! I had a windshield replaced. When I looked the job over there was an issue with the interior molding. I brought it back to them and was told this was not part of the windshield replacement and was part of the vehicle. Even though this was not their fault they still made it right. What a great why to run a small business. They now have a new repeat customer that will recommend them to anyone.

$250 all-in for 2014 domestic sedan windshield. Appointment next day and was completed in less than 2 hours. Work seems to be of good quality and ive encounter zero issues this far after 48 hours; hoping that remains true going forward.

Coastal Glass was 24% cheaper than Safelight for my windshield replacement. They were very fast, professional, and easy to schedule with. Will definitely use again if needed.

I called the company in order to get some information on a windshield for my car 2022 sonata. The lady I did speak with did some research to look for my windshield she stated that my current windshield wasn t able to be found l, but I could get a 2021 glass which was ok with me. Well my insurance took forever on their side to do what they needed to do for my to get my windshield fixed. Well I call back today to go ahead and see if I am able to get my windshield replaced and whoever answered the phone informed me they couldn t replace my windshield because and I quote she doesn t want to do the research to figure out how to replace my windshield like come on. You are a Glass business but hey thanks for nothing.

Incredible customer service here! Window broke on Sunday, emailed Coastal Glass Sunday pm, knowing they were closed. Contacted me back first thing Monday morning, vehicle in late morning, vehicle back early afternoon. Very friendly, great communication, and awesome pricing.
