My valet was Paula. She was very knowledgeable and professional as well as being a kind person. We were discussing the Lincoln Nautilus and she told me about the new 2024 (which she had brought to my house so I got to try it out). I loved it! I went to Cavalier Lincoln looking for a very special car but had no plans to purchase that day. I met Mr. Henry Sanson, a very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable Salesman. I never felt any pressure to buy that day. After looking at several cars. I found the perfect car for me. Now, I look for reasons to go out for a ride. The car is in pristine condition. I have gotten so many compliments on the color and style. It was a great day and I thank Mr Sanson for guiding me through the process. Special thanks for Mr. Earl Odom for helping me understand the many wonderful features of my Nautilus. Thanks to Mr. Michael Childress for assisting with the final process as well. My vehicle battery had a draw that was draining the car battery overnight. I have been to multiple dealerships to solve this issue and they were not able to come up with the fix. Lincoln towed the vehicle to Cavalier and they were able to set me up with a loaner in a timely manner. Danielle was fantastic and kept in touch with me for updates on the status of the vehicle. Much improved experience - service team did as they said they would, prompt responses (shout out to Danielle), personal attention, and prompt follow-up. Valet driver Leslie H. was fantastic - he wasn t in a hurry and genuinely enjoys his job (thank him for his service with our military), and was also very personable. Very pleased and hope this team/dealership sustains their current operational climate.

Sorry to say but this dealership is the worst for service. Was there in person on Sept. 5th 2023 trying to get an appointment for my 2022 Corsair for an issue with my interior screen not working. Sometimes all of the console buttons would not work at all including the defrosters which I consider a major safety issue. I said I was leaving for a trip to Michigan on October the 1st and was told I could not get an appointment until the MIDDLE of October for service and all loaners were booked for the next 2 weeks. Was told she was going to give me a call in a couple of weeks to see what she can do. I found it unacceptable and went home and called Lincoln HQ and they set me up an appointment with Beach Ford the following day and got it fixed by the next morning. Till this day not a phone call or an appointment was ever set up by the service manager.On January 30 2023 I had an appointment for a simple oil change, tire rotation and steering check and it too 3 days. I had an appointment for it.October 3rd when in Michigan I called to Jack Demmer Lincoln to request an oil change and rotation and was told to come on in now and it was done within an hour.I don't know if you would remember but I had a 2021 Corsair with 5734 miles on it that I brought in for service and you had it for 3 weeks for a simple headliner microphone and your crew had to replace the headliner and, in the process, cut my leather dash pad on both side of the vehicle. You wanted to remove dash and console to fix it, which I said would never be right again. You (Ken Childress) offered to buy it from me but wanted me to wit 6 weeks for my money. I sold it to Carvana for more Money. Your dealership got off easy.My son purchased a bronco sport from Cavalier Ford next-door also, his first new vehicle and is regretting get it from you also. They were just told they have to wait till November 14th just to get their seat looked at which the leather is delaminating.Your dealership needs to hire more mechanics or pay them more to keep them. I am sorry but I cannot recommend your place for service. I guess Iam stuck here for now because the closest Lincoln dealer is in Richmond Va. Call me if you dare, you have my number there.

Cavalier Lincoln does a great job servicing my 18 yr. old Town Car, the staff is always polite and helpful. Prices are par with other servicing stations, plus, I feel better knowing that they know the vehicles in's and out's. My only complaint is the time one needs to wait for an appointment, and that is the reason for a 4-star review instead of a 5-star.

I was always greeted with a smile. We shared life stories as they were doing the paperwork. I test drove two vehicles and selected a 2019 Lincoln MKZ hybrid. It took a little while to do the initial paperwork, but the loan process was very streamlined and it didn t take any time at all to complete. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and friendly.If I decided to buy another vehicle at some point I will definitely contact them again. I had very pleasant experience which I haven t had at other dealerships I have dealt with in the past.Thanks to all of the employees and keep up the great work.

I actually scouted 8 most prior, returning this past week. As inches begining my I experienced Consummate Professionals. My only gripe was no Hazelnut cream for thier coffee.
