Super impressed with Rachel during the entire process!! She was very pleasent, knowledgeable on all the features of the truck and also took the time to demonstrate. Delivered a superior customer service experience going above and beyond in during every step of the process including personally delivering the truck to my home. Rachel was a great saleswoman! My wife traded in and purchased a vehicle with Alexander Diana and he went above and beyond any salesman we have dealt with before. My experience here was great!! if you are in the market for a new car Mike Bergeman was great and very easy to work with!! i would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car, and see Mike!!! I was skeptical after my last car buying experience was a nightmare, he was very reassuring, and has called to make sure the vehicle was up to expectations! Highly in love with my new car, and very thankful for such a supportive team!

Our salesperson Georgy made this the best buying experience of a new vehicle that I have ever had. He was very professional in every aspect of the sale. It was amazing to deal with someone with his professionalism. I highly recommend him to anyone buying a new vehicle. Also not to mention the finance person Mike it was awesome working with him as well he made the whole financing easy and painless. This is definitely the place to buy a new car or truck from for sure.

Just bought my 2024 Mustang GT a few weeks ago. I was in the market for a replacement since I had recently totaled my last one. With being in the military I knew had to get something fairly quick didn t really want to shop around and don t even have the time. I knew I wanted it the moment I saw it. The customer service was great, I was shown a few different cars before leaving with the one I have. The process was long but straightforward nonetheless. I definitely recommend stopping by if you re in the market.

Just to start out I haven t had the best experiences with car sales people as most of us can attest too, BUT as soon as I walked in I was greeted with genuine people. I was SUCH a hassle and they all were very polite and helpful. Very happy with the outcome of the whole experience and very appreciative of Alex, Danny, and Mike! Will be back for any of my family s car needs no questions asked.

Dropped my vehicle off this morning at 7:30 for scheduled maintenance and inspection. Driver, Mark Turner delivered me to work in the shuttle, and Leonard Yarrington dropped my vehicle off at my place of work at 12:30pm. Shuttle and vehicle valet service was great, and Mark and Leonard both made sure that my experience was a good one.

The sales staff was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. At no time were we pressured. The final sales price of our diesel Lariat F250 with the Tremor package was equitable and reasonable. I absolutely recommend Bill Peterson as anyone's sales associate!

Ordering the Maverick was a unique experience. My sales lady Ura did a phenomenal job dealing with my ordering request. After almost a year from the day I ordered it to delivery, she was there every step of the way. She kept me informed of any changes. Top notch!!!!!! Jim in finance did an excellent job in explaining the options that were available to me. No pressure whatsoever. He thoroughly explained each option and then he says you pick what fits you the best. In fact, 2 days after the deal I contacted him with a question. Without hesitation he took care of me. Top notch dealer will do business with them again!!!!!!!

Me and my wife recently bought a f250 from cavalier ford and out sale representing was awesome. Richard Sinclair is his name.But after everything was approved and we left on the way home woth our new truck we noticed that the passenger side mirror wasn't working and the windshield molding on the inside was coming off. Truck is currently back at dealer to he fixed and they immediately gave us a loaner vehicle.

Cavalier Ford Greenbrier is a great place to purchase a truck. Danny Cox our sales rep is a great guy. He made the entire buying experience very easy. He is very knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions. Also Tyler in finance had all of our paperwork ready. Tyler made the process fast and easy. I will buy again here at Greenbrier.

The Cavalier Ford Greenbrier staff was very helpful during the car buying process. With this being our first time buying a brand new car, the process seemed effortless and there were no surprises. Our salesman, Brandon, was very interactive with us from when we submitted the order, to providing updates on the status of our order, to when it was delivered and getting it ready for us to pickup as soon as possible and answering all of our questions along the way. Overall, great experience!

I really liked the new multifunctional large information display. I hope I will receive more useful information about the car and the situation on the road. It s very convenient that a guide to the car s functions can now be viewed on the main display of the car.

Just recently purchased a Ford Lincoln Aviator.The service is unmatched!I have been to a dealership that just hand you the key and send you out their door.At Cavalier Lincoln, they made the process incredibly easy. Made sure that my LincolnWay App was set up on my phone, made sure the car settings were set up to my comfort level, and sat with me to show me all the features of the vehicle.

I was greatly pleased and satisfied with how Barron from Phoenix handled the salesmanship of selling us a automobile. Would recommend him to anyone who wants a honest, down to earth presentation. He really deserves a RAISE!! Great atmosphere from staff and they will do everything to meet all your needs. 5 STARS.

Dealership at Greenbrier was great with the purchase. Alex understood what I was looking for and got that. The dealership at Chesapeake Square I would not recommend. LJ who works there was more worried about high interest rates at 72 months to clear a larger bonus. Will never go to that dealership again.

Dave, Jim, and Melissa were great. Dave and Melissa took care of me ordering my Bronco. Dave - the kickboxing country singer who daylights as a Ford salesman - was incredibly knowledgeable and he walked me through the process and helped me order a Bronco without constraints and delays. The customer service at Cavalier is phenomenal and I will be coming here again for my next Ford.

Dealership was very helpful with the ordering process for a new Bronco. They did not make any false promises about timelines but did keep me informed about every step and change. When the vehicle arrived they had it ready quickly. The only downside was the paperwork process was lengthy and ate up almost a full day. I would buy from them again
