Omg what can I say besides results, results, results! I first came to three Brother's in 2017 oh and yes I still have my car that I've purchased from three Brother's and planning on paying this one off and going back. Now as I was saying three Brother's is definitely the best place to go for a car especially if it's something specific your looking for. They have two lots that have cars on them so trust me your guaranteed to leave with a reliable car and with a payment that you can afford.Dot and tedhas done a great job with assisting me on finding my reliable car down to getting me the help I needed as far as car insurance to get my car off the lot. They always go above and Beyond the extra mile to make sure me as a customer is satisfied and don't forget happy.

This shop have wonderful cars and cheap prices, even they have me 6 months warranty 6 months for everything. This is the second time I buy from here, wonderfully staff, easy process, cheap prices and Amazing cars. I bought this car 6K, in Alexandria, it worth 13K. Highly recommend everyone want to buy a car, stop by CarPro first before you go to anyone.

My wife and I purchased a car from Red the owner of carprocars 9 years ago and he always went above and beyond for us. He and his wife were such a pleasure to do business with. Top notch Customer service made us feel like a king and queen.They're service is impeccable!So our car finally went to the rainbow Bridge.We called Red and they new our voice after not contacting them in over 4yrs.Amazing!!! We explained we were in need of another car and in no time flat!

The car is great and I haven't has any issues and I know if I do which I know I won't. They will point me in the right direction with their vast knowledge about this business and this area.

Buyer Beware:1 Car: Car wouldn t start when asked to test drive it, all 4 tires were bald, service parking assist was on. Still decided to drive it (mind you they had me test drive with No Dealer Plate or any plates Matterfact). You could instantly tell he hides problems. Said check engine light was on because of the batter (it was the alternator), torque converter is bad, said the title was clean but deeper search revealed frame damage. Kept saying it s not a big problem. Ummmm HUGE PROBLEM. And I haven t even started on the actual customer service. So let s talk about it Vehicle was listed online at a lower price than he was actually selling for. Claimed it was the cash only price. Drove the vehicle price up almost $3500. On the phone he tried to down play my preapproval. Then I felt like I was selling myself the car once I got there.Buy here if you want, but you ll be the next victim of this scam artist. Good luck

This is my experience. I worked with Mike and he was amazing! I got a 2014 chevy equinox from them and Mike was so nice and patient with me! I had brought my friend who was a mechanic with me and we were allowed to check out the car, take it for a test drive. It was perfect! One of the tires had a nail in it but after replacing the tire I was reimbursed for it!. Now the message about them posting 5 star reviews themselves is simply not true. I'm writing this as a customer. And I would happily return to this place!

Jesus was looking out for me today because I went here with the intent to purchase a car. Never even thought to read the reviews. I checked with the salesman Malik prior to me going that the car I was interested in was available. He said yes come on in and let s make a deal. So I went. When I got there the car was apparently just sold minutes before I arrived and they tried to upsale me to a vehicle that was double what I wanted to spend. They were rude and VERY unprofessional and the lot is like a junk yard. I m so glad I got upset and just left. Now after readying the reviews of all the cars that people bought in the last 90days that are now broken down with extensive repairs needed I am very thankful that I did not do business here. There are too many dealerships in Hampton Roads to waste your money here.

The Lot is overrun with cars; so much so, they have an overflow lot. My Wife and I came Sunday since it says it's open 7 days a week on CarGurus and their website. Sunday is for Appointment Only! We found out that day when it wasn't open. The appearance is not the best but there are some good cars here. Also, there's a $599 processing fee. We were not aware since we could not find it on their website. Nevertheless, we found a good car. Please do your research before going, so you have all the facts. They have some good cars.

I beg you, for your money and safety please don't buy a car here. This is my story and experience with less than 2 months with a faulty car they sold me. 2 months ago, I thought I bought a great car but when I took it for a test drive, I noticed oil light and car tire pressure issues.They said they would fix it. The next day, I got the car and they said everything was fixed but I noticed a noise in the engine. I got my car checked out by 2 different locations that told me not only did I need a new engine but the oil was so bad it was like melted chocolate, meaning that this dealership lied and did absolutely nothing about tbe issues i noticed prior. When I told them I had a warranty I had to call the warranty place directly because they kept claiming that they were inputting the wrong address. When I asked both locations if they could fix it, one location wouldn't accept my warranty and the other location told me they couldn't because I went over my mileage already, something that this dealership neglected to tell me. I didnt even have that car for a month. When I went to the dealership to explain the situation and I ask if can get a refund or fix my car they refused the refund. They said they would fix my car engine but kept stalling and dismissing me, claiming the engine would get here in a couple of weeks. The owner kept saying "we will keep you updated". My car engine exploded this week on the highway and I was almost hurt. When I call the dealership to this day I notice they won't pick up my phone but will pick up right away if I call from a different number, indicating that they blocked my number. When I called again yesterday I was finally able to speak to another worker who still dismisses me, saying that the engine has not arrived. When I asked to get a replacement car until it's fixed or a refund they gave me no answer. The dealership completely refuses to state anything in writing regarding maintenance, updates, or assistance. I now owe $7,000 on a car that doesn't work and if I want a new engine it's $8,000-$10,000 out-of-pocket not including labor. They are unprofessional for lying and avoiding my pleas for assistance, especially since they were the ones that sold this car to me. I have now have no means of transportation. Please stay away from this dealership, they do not care about your safety or hard earned money, don't buy from them.

It's been a while since I bought my car. But I found the receipt and thought I should leave a review. They sold me a complete POS. After I paid and signed everything, the guy LAUGHED and told me the battery was bad. It was actually the alternator and I didn't even make it to my driveway. Car also had electrical problems. Beware of this place.

Stay far away from this company. I bought a truck from them on March 4, 2024 and today is March 7, 2024 Two hours after i purchase the truck, the engine light came on. When i got the truck inspected. I was told the catalytic converters needed to be replace. I called CarPro and the gentleman who pick up got defensive as soon as i told him what was going on with the vehicle. He told me he would talk to his supervisor, just to get me off the phone. I bought 10 trucks since i been in Va for my business. This place is the worst so far.

It was a quick purchase, no hassle. All the employees I worked with were friendly. They let me take a test drive without an agent present. The negotiations were quick after I pointed out a few items that I'd need to fix/replace. Plus I will get a courtesy oil change from them soon. Great experience

Do not buy from these scam artists. Got two cars from them the same day. I'm sitting on 1k in repairs for them already with more on the way. They don't know anything about the cars. They say whatever to get the money out of you. Horrible business.

Great car purchasing experience, however they put the title under the person that drove me there and not the me the purchaser. I plan to go to the DMV to fix the issue. In the future all I ask is to make sure the right person is getting on the registration and title. Otherwise great overall service.

do not buy a car from this place. listen to all of the other reviews because i didn t and now im stuck in the same money pit they are. bought a 2017 hyundai sonata from them 1 month ago and not even a month into having it my transmission blew. they won t do anything about it of course so i took it to a hyundai dealer that told me it would cost $4000 to fix. now here i am getting my 2nd tow already and it s leaking transmission fluid all over the place. i hope this dealership gets shut down because this is ridiculous. not to mention my registration is expired and i still don t have my plates. also i was lied to by the salesman and told i have all these lifetime warranties with hyundai and now hyundai is saying i don t. these people have been contacted and in return we get yelled at and hung up on. do NOT go here!! i haven t even made my first payment on the car and it does not drive!!!Edit- after dealing with this for 2 weeks my car is finally fixed. make sure you guys check all of your plugs before driving anywhere. my transmission fluid plug under the car was purposely left loose so while i was driving my plug would fall out and my car would not drive because i had no fluid!

Where do I start .I saw a car I wanted to buy online so I proceed to fill out the financing app. I get an email saying it was received as well as message the guy who had it listed on Facebook for the dealership. I get no reply from the guy on Facebook, and the guy in the email simply kept saying stop by and come in. I work 12 hr shifts and have other obligations the question is quite simple yes or no. If approved like the other cars I bought ranging from 20-50K I will come in with all necessary paperwork. Fast forward I call the dealership and the fast talking gentleman answering the phone said yeah you re approved so I said well how long is the loan was my down payment amount accepted? He also couldn t answer the obvious questions but said come by. I m just looking for a work vehicle the Infiniti g37 convertible was 9K. As a result of poor communication the car has sold. I bought a 22 Silverado RST from Casey Chevrolet for 50k earlier this year and that was seamless. Make it make sense for me lol. Fun fact I also applied online and sent all my documents for financing to Casey prior to arriving to make sure that I was in and out.

I came to the dealership while on my lunch break with a list of vehicles and was given 3 keys at a time. No one followed me around to push anything on me. I was completely comfortable telling them I my opinion. Some of the vehicles needed more work than what I was willing to put into, but it is a USED car lot. Once I found a vehicle I liked, I was given a plate to take a test drive by myself and fell in love with it. I then scheduled a time for me to take it for an inspection to make sure everything was good. Once I came back with the 2 recommended items, they took care of them and we negotiated a price including the DMV portion. I really enjoyed the no pressure of viewing their inventory and test driving without having someone over my shoulder. Would recommended!

I drove over an hour and some change to look at a car that I saw online in their inventory. I called and a guy said he would wait. I got there and another guy who stated he wasn't a salesman told me the salesmen wound be back in 20 min. I waited being i was a serious buyer. Salesman showed up stating that they were closed and asked me to move the vehicle i came in off the property so they could close. I came with cash little do he know. No car had prices and he told me i could look around and instructed me to go to the website. I guess my time or money wan't important enough for this guy. Don't waste your time at this lot!!! All the cars even looked like they have been sitting for awhile. Some even had flat tires. Very disappointing...

P.S.A Do not and I mean do not buy a vehicle from this place. I brought a 2010 Arcadia on the 8th of December and 2 days before Christmas it died on me. Had it towed to a repair shop they told it is the engine $11000 repair. I talked to Mike about what happened all he said was sorry to hear that. I was hoping they would offer to help with repair or put me in another vehicle. Only thing the offered was another repair shop telling between $8000 to $10000. This car lot is crooked. I'm on a fixed income disability. Runnnnnnn with your money

They were very unprofessional and rude, hung up on us after contacting them to get information on the transmission contact because we took the vehicle to a transmission shop because it kept slipping not to mention driving three hours to buy the car they sugar coated the problem that the trans was good so we went by their word and after finding out that it is bad and we needed information from CarPro that's when they extremely rude and very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

What in God s name can I do to make sure NO ONE buys a car from these jerks.Bought a car, took it home, next morning went 3 miles from my house and the car blew up .antifreeze EVERYWHERE.Had car towed back to my home hoping it was just a hose. NOPE . The radiator blew a huge hole in the side, not on a seam, the entire side.The starter wouldn t work again.Had my mobile mechanic look at the car. Said because of the way the radiator blew he was pretty sure the head gasket was warped(or you need a new engine) 100.09for this, $106.00 for the tow.Called CarPro they said they would get me a new radiator and starter, would call in a couple of days when in.Crickets. When I called back they wouldn t answer the phone. So I used someone else s, angrily said we would only get a new radiator. Still no return call. So we had to use someone else s phone.Now the car is at a repair shopNew radiator, new fan, new starter, over 1400.00 and I already spent 500.00 towing it home, gas, and a mobile mechanic.ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE HEAD GASKET IS CRACKED AND HAS BEEN FOR SOME TIME.PUT THESE OUT OF BUSINESS.I will do everything in my power to accomplish that.

Please not a good place to spend your money.Me and my brother bought a Sonata from this guy for $6k and it is a completely messed up just after a week. Fuel pump sensor not working which he had promised he will order and fix it did nothing. Backup camera not working. CV axle , brake pads and rotors. Fuel pump. Check engine lights on. This car is make bad loud noise. I tried to trade it and others offered me $2k. Please be wise this car does not even worth half of the listed price.

Great car buying experience! Seen the car listed on CarGurus. I then sent a email showing I was interested. And the next day I was test driving and inspecting the vehicle. The following day I negotiated a price had a great deal and purchase the car. Fast friendly response and the whole car buying process was fast. Faster than the big names like carmax. Overall would recommend!

I had a horrible experience. The first vehicle I bought needed a whole new transmission. They told me nothing was wrong with it. But they let me trade it in...the new one needs over 2k worth of work AND it has 2 failed catalytic converters! They do not tell you what's wrong with the car and they have their guy just slap on inspection stickers. Neither vehicle would pass inspection. When I picked up my title for the 2nd vehicle, they had the one I traded in right back out on the lot. Sadly, you can't trust this place. I'm a single mom and he was ok selling me TWO vehicles that were unsafe & garbage.UPDATE: I went to Casey Toyota and left with a beautiful jeep, same day, no hassle or lies. It's worth it to go to a real & HONEST dealer. I lost a total of 12k on these vehicles.

I did a very big mistake of buy a car from this Arabic guy. Please stay away from this car dealer. He s all cars a messed up. Not worth . You should alway ask for 50% less. I am running every other week to the repair shop. He buys all he car for cheap from auction. Ask for warranty which he will not give and ask for more money. Please don t buy from this dealer because the cars are cheap you will end up spending more then what the car worth.

0 stars. I will never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this place. I didn t listen to my friends not to buy from this place you will get a scrap. since I knew him for years and i lost my money. He does not spare anyone his people say the same. I bought Acura MDX and his guy warned me hey the car has an oil leak but the owner said he will fix it before the purchase did not fixed and sold me by saying it all good. I paid $13500/- for the car. After to weeks when I was going to reach my kids to school the car started to smoke from the engine about to catch fire. I took the car back to him and told him why you lied the car has a big oil leak and it is Dangerous my wife take my kids to school with this car. Even if you fix it I don t want it back just give my money back. He then try to sell the car to his friend and then said they are offering very less 7.5k. Kept me going back and forward for weeks and then said I will buy the car it is not worth that much and gave me only $9500/-. I lost $4000/- in just couple of weeks. If the car was not worth that much why you sold me a messed up car for $13500/-.Very disappointed and please listen to me find a better place to buy a car. J is an out this review after months since I lost my money . I don t want you ll to loose your hard earned money.
