The BEST TEAM to take care of your automotive work!!!! I personally never received customer service and experienced professionalismlike this from an automotive shop. I was called and informed of time lines and work progress through the entire job and they met their deadline ahead of schedule and very easy to work with. I cannot thank them enough!!!

Excellent service. Geico made it super easy. Dropped the car off, rental was there, Matt was very helpful and the paint work was great. Someone backed into my car, scuffed my paint and drove off smh. Didn't leave a note but this place got me right. Thanks again

Took my Chevy Silverado in. It had a very bad dent with scratch. They accepted my insurance as payment. The job was completed quickly. I can't even tell that it ever was hit. Such a beautiful job. They worked with Enterprise, my rental came to their location. Their wait area is nice, clean and comfortable and has coffee and tea, with lots of magazines and children books.

Brought my truck here after getting hit by a deer. It was seamless with Geico and I didn't have to wait long for my rental to show up. Will post before and after photos once the job is complete.Edit: here's the before and after photos, they did a great job, the truck looks brand new

Customer service was great! Matt was professional and thorough with his explanation of the service to be done. GEICO made the process easy. I have rental insurance so there was zero inconvenience. The car was ready on time, as promised and looks great. Absolutely would recommend getting your repairs done here.

Carstruction staff was so helpful during our time of need. We were backed into and our car was not really drivable. They made the whole process very easy with drop-off, car rental and pickup. Zach was great with letting us know about the estimate and repair - and the repair is perfection. Our car is back to it's beautiful, drivable self. Thanks so much Carstruction!

I have had (3) three vehicles repaired via insurance claims with GEICO. The repairs seemed flawless however, one vehicle was not and did not know until 2 years later when I had to spend $300+ to fix an issue. The body shop admitted fault and fixed the problem as well issued an apology. They did Not reimburse me.

Life definitely happens! We were in town for a family emergency and ended up being hit at full highway speed. If it weren't for the guard rail, we (including an infant) may have lost our lives. Not from VA +. not knowing the area CarStruction was recommended. We had to be towed while the others drove off. From the first moment of walking in, Maria at the desk was so lovely and even tempered recognizing something had "definitely happened". It had only been an hour or so and all the insurance stuff had not been done. I left our SUV with them + promised to call back. DAYS..and I mean DAYS later, the insurance finally responded. Patty from day 1.."don't you worry, we will take care of you". "Your car did what it was supposed to do by keeping you alive and we can handle the rest." I've read some of the nasty comments and experiences people have had, but that was no where near what we experienced as a family. We received constant reassurance that it would be okay and not to worry. Keep our composure for our kiddos and they can truly handle all things. Communication was top notch, follow-up, questions, promises..all authentic, all transparent. I never want to be out of state for a family emergency and have my SUV totaled. I don't wish that on anyone. What I do hope for people is to make their way to CarStruction. Big or small, accidents are traumatic; I am forever grateful for the superior customer support, we received. I say support, because they fostered that experience for us every single day! Grateful...truly grateful for their grace and compassion.

I knew going to an auto repair shop I ran the risk of being up charged a bit, however, I have never had someone attempt to scam me so hard in my life. First, they would not stop trying to get me to go through my insurance. I had recently been in an accident that soared my rates, so I was trying to avoid filing another claim. After telling them no, they pushed at least another five times. They said, Just to let you know, insurance companies usually don t have a problem paying out add ons if we come across other problems. From there they wouldn t stop asking me what my deductible was and insisting I went through my insurance. That was red flag number one. I went in because my under shield had come detached, and I had a bit of bending to my bumper. They quoted me for a full replacement and a new condenser?? I did not have a leak, but they claimed I could be wasting special Freon. What is special Freon? It s a sales tactic is what it is, so is pushing a replacement of a part that has no issue. The quote was almost $2000, for an issue they could ve fixed with zip ties. The older woman who seemed to be in charge continuously talked over her other employees, insisted on doing my quote over the actual office personnel, and barely let me speak to the literal mechanic. Even the mechanic told me it really wasn t bad after she had walked away. I understand the want to make money, and I gladly would ve paid for them to replace what was NECESSARY. I urge all younger people, especially women, DO NOT GO HERE. They will take the worst advantage of you for not knowing any better. I went and saw KEVIN at ART WALKER instead, and he helped me for a reasonable price that same day. I fully endorse Art Walker, and I hope no one has the same experience as I did at Carstruction.

Bad customer service!!! I immediately called insurance and schedule somewhere else. I just asked, where I can park? And the estimator responded, in the customer parking with a nasty attitude. I am big about customer service if you can treat people with respect you certainly won t get my business. It takes nothing to get a customer, but it takes something ( the something start with customer service) to keep them. Bad business

I took my car in to have a large amount of hail damage repaired and couldn't be happier with the results. Vince took care of everything and had my car fixed and back to me faster than the original estimated time looking brand new. All of my future bodywork will be done here.

Take your car there to have it repaired! The employees know what there doing. Your car will get repaired in a timely matter, and may even come out better then it was before your accident! Good people, good service, great company!

The customer service and auto body work at Car Struction are both wonderful. They have worked on 3 of my vehicles after being hit by someone over the last 15 and they continue to be my first choice.

Zach was professional and easy to work with. He is an advocate for the customer and strives to give you the results you want. When my car went in for repairs, I just knew I was going to find an imperfection. But after tirelessly looking, I cannot find anything I am unhappy with. Thank you for the time, skill and perfection that was put into the repair of my car! I highly recommend Car Struction!

My car was being repaired there due to an insurance claim. They were very professional from beginning to end. The body work looks seemless and you can't even tell that my car was damaged. We found a few spots on the hood when I was picking it up but the owner quickly stepped in and said he would personally make sure it was taken care of. Wonderful service and wonderful people.

Make no mistake.... this shop is world class in terms of service and repair. I had to take two vehicles to them on separate occasions and found the staff to be professional and thorough. Both times they returned my vehicles far better than how I brought them in. The repairs were perfectly executed and delivered before the promised date. My concerns and special requests were happily met both times. The service advisors answered every call and kept me up to date along the process. If you need something, ask them. If you are confused, they will explain in detail. Be kind and respectful to these talented people and you can expect a great experience from beginning to end. A+ all around. Thank you Car Struction for being awesome and setting a new standard for what I will expect from a repair center in the future.

This is the worst body repair shop. They jump started my car and when I went to go pick it up it wouldn t start. They didn t care and jumped it again. Then when I started driving it the computer module went out and none of the safety features worked anymore. They said since I drove it s not their fault even though I had it on record when I picked it up. One of the worse and most dishonest repair shops I ve ever been to. Avoid this place at all costs even if Geico recommends them.Service: Body & Trim

I had my car repaired here after an accident for a week, and it was returned not completely repaired. I called them to let them know the discrepancy, and was lied to. Matt said they replaced the part but Priority Chevy sends them scraped up parts. They didn't even touch the part and it was in the same condition and position as when I had dropped it off. Totally unprofessional, and I am insulted that they would think I believed this comical lie. Now I have to go to another auto repair shop for them to fix this part, and inspect the work that was done because if they returned my car in that shape I don't believe that the other work that was completed is even up to standard. Plus, the rental i was given by Enterprise smelled like smoke and the ac smelled GROSS. Such a waste of time!!

The work performed on my car was great but to me the customer service was horrible. It was a terrible experience when it came to customer service. I had to call to check on the progress of my car because no one called me the whole two weeks it was there, mind you it was only supposed to take 3 days. They really need to take a good look at their first impressions with customers. Word of mouth goes along way and if you feel you are being ignored or dismissed you will spread the word about a business. The front desk girl is very unprofessional and to an extent even rude at times.

Took my truck in after an accident to be repaired. After getting it back and being told several times by Matt that the whole bedside would be painted I found several issues. Dry shots of clear coat on the side of the truck, additional damage on the passenger side that they didn't fix, and dark spots on the paint that they didn't blend. When I asked matt about the issues his story changed 3 times and he told me he would just call my adjuster. Because he had a very good reputation with him. I also called my adjuster and talked to him and sent pictures as well. These people should not be in the business of painting anything considering the amount of orange peel that is on my truck now.

My car was a total loss but while my car was their everyone I encountered was great. I noticed even some customers were unreasonable, they kept it together and resolved the issue. Everytime I called for assistance someone helped me. Great place.

Car Struction are fast and professional. They look after your repair even after it is completed. I had a foglight out after my repair, and just a quick visit back to the shop I was offered coffee while I wait and not even 15 minutes later my service consultant came back with the keys and told me I just had a loose plug and it was all set. I will return if I ever have to make a claim through Geico again. I have not had any services completed through other insurance providers but Geico was a breeze. Highly recommended if this shop is in the network for your accident repair.

Had my car repaired here due to being rear ended. Came in, the adjuster checked it out, my rental was waiting and i was gone, within 30 mins. Took a week due to it being over the holidays but the service was great. the only problem i had was a piece was painted a different color and nobody called to tell me they couldnt match it. Still the workmanship looked nice. No complaints here!!

Received my vehicle from Car Struction with mud all over and inside. Had to have further work done to fix the botched paint job and the headlight that was way off from even looking like it was even installed. I also had to wait a month because the kept ordering the wrong parts. Nothing they put on my vehicle is OEM either which I was not made aware of until they where "finished" my vehicle also still has paint chips and duct tape adhesive on it.

I was in an accident and this was one of the places my insurance company recommended. My husband was not happy about the paint job but for me I didn't see a problem. My complaint is that when I got my car back I realized that the Touring emblem on my car was missing. The first time I called I was told it was ordered and they would call me when it came in. I was never called. Over a two month period I called multiple times and was told various excuses as to why the emblem was not there. Finally after 2 1/2 months I was told to bring my car up. The guy out the emblem on and when I said that I thought it was put on the wrong side he assured me that no, they had looked it up and that is where it was supposed to go. I looked it up when I got home and sure enough I was correct. An older model of my car (2007) had the emblem where the guy had put it but my model (2012) had the emblem where I said it was. I really wished I had done my research before choosing this company. It has been a nightmare to deal with.

Rated this a 1 star because of the front desk staff. The ladies behind the counter lack professionalism. From the dress attire to phone service and greeting customers. Other than what I mentioned all other members and vendors was outstanding. But again cause the front desk is the face of the company I weighed my decision heavily on that.

I used this shop for a minor rear bumper repair because they were the most convenient location for me and one of Geico's partner shops. It was overall very disappointing. They scratched up my bumper in a different place than the original damage during the first repair attempt. They did take it back to touch up the paint chips/scratches with no argument (which is the only reason I didn't give them one star). When I picked it up the second time my car had a peculiar smell inside and I wouldn't say the job they did was perfect, however not worth a third attempt in my case. Customer service was okay, but the workmanship was not.
