Excellent customer service, Jamie Curtis up front went above and beyond to answer all my questions and point me in the right direction. Even though I couldn't have my truck worked on at that location she still treated me like a valued customer. If the opportunity arises again Caliber Collision in Chesapeake will be my phone call

Repairs to my vehicle were done with perfection. All of the staff was so friendly and accommodating, they make you feel like family. They work with you and keep you updated throughout the entire process. They even give you a complimentary wash and vacuum!I didn't have to do anything on my end, they put all my worries to rest. Such an awesome experience and business. Thank you Caliber Collision in Chesapeake! And a special thank you to the technicians and clean up department in the back. My car has never looked better!

Great costumer service and just plain friendly staff. The shop was clean and they were very good at communicating the progress of the repairs. Got my vehicle back ahead of time and looking great. Thank you all for a great experience from an annoying situation.

Jamie was soooo helpful! Amazing customer service & so personable. I ve never had a car accident before & she took the time to answer all of my questions & address any concerns I had. At no point did I feel rushed. She went over the process in depth & it really put my mind at ease. Highly recommend coming to this location if she s there taking care of you.

First off, I walked in, and that lovely lady ( Jamie) at the desk said she liked my hair, and boy, that made my day. Then she talked to me like a friend I had known my whole life. I was took care of in seconds. Best service I ve had in years. They made my truck getting hit way more pleasant!

Please share my acknowledgement of appreciation with Hunter and Jamie who completed my Caliber in-processing to enroll my truck s assessment, ensure the insurance payment and logistics were arranged prior to dropping off my truck along with continual work progress updates until my truck was ready for pick-up, which included their initiative to call Enterprise and coordinating the acknowledge I was parking their rental vehicle drop-off. As for the unobserved efforts and accomplishments by your technicians who performed the collision work, I thank them for their precision reassembly and alignment craftsmanship. Always been a huge advocate for Callibers work however the customer service I received from this location was hands down the best! Jamie specifically was great and the promptness with my claim was exceptional, definitely would recommend and I will 100% utilize them in the future for repairs.

The girl at the front is exceptionally polite she s always a burst of fresh air when walking in she gets the job done!!! I will recommend you this location only because of the service of this young lady.My car didn t take long before it was ready for pick up. Chesapeake I prefer

Other Jamie, you were an absolute pleasure to work with. Had all the answers, kept me informed and updated at all times on the status of my truck. The rest of the team in the office was fantastic as well.The work done on my truck was above and beyond what I expected! I've had cosmetic repairs completed previously in the same area and they were no where near the level you brought my truck back to. Everything looks the same as it did off the showroom floor! If I ever need any type of repairs completed again, you all will be the first place I go to! I couldn't recommend your shop any more highly!

Had my 2012 Ram truck repaired at Caliber Collision. All staff were more than happy get my vehicle in, assess the damage, notify me, and worked with my insurance company. The repairs we amazing, replacing hidden damage that I could not see. Body, headlights, bumper alignments is all perfect, and the paint looks factory. Truck came out looking better than it did before the accident. Highly recommend Caliber Collision on Executive Blvd in Chesapeake, their entire team is several step above the rest in customer service and vehicle/body repair workmanship.

There were parts that were ordered late which demonstrates either mismanagement or insufficient knowledge of the requirements for the repair. I was told that all parts arrived at the shop on 2/1 and the repair was underway in earnest. Then on 2/2 I was told more parts were required to be ordered. The parts arrived on 2/7, the expected completion date and the last day I had for my rental. I received no update on 2/8. When I called on 2/9, they told me the car was ready. When I arrived, the car had not been cleaned, there were damaged parts still in the trunk, the license plates were not on the car, and I discovered a bolt that had not been fastened. I waited for 2 hours for them to clean the car. Ultimately, I needed to come out of pocket for 2 days for my rental.

Great shop for both repair and customer service. Melissa was great. Kept me informed thru out with texts and calls. Car looks great. Cant tell it was in an accident.

If you are reading the reviews deciding if you want to go to caliber DO IT!! Their staff is very helpful and personable. The updates they give you throughout the process was so great. They even got my repairs done two weeks earlier than the given intended date. I d give 6 stars if I could !

Caliber Collision gave me 5 star service. After my car accident it was very hard to find a shop that could work on my vehicle. After one call to Caliber Collisions they took my car, gave my insurance the estimate, and updated me on the process weekly. To top it all off, they finished my vehicle a day sooner than promised! Caliber definitely gives top notch service!

Calliber Collison on Executive dr. In Chesapeake Va left bent parts in my car. They kept my car for a month without replacing bent strut and suspension only replacing minimal body work. After receiving my car from Caliber Collision the alignment went out within a week and went back to prior issues. I thought the reoccurring issues were from a different issue until I went to Firestone and was told the repairs that Caliber Collision supposedly done were not done at all. I had to pay Firestone $1,600 to replace bent parts and repairs. I contacted Calliber Collision they did not analog any of my question or fustrations. I ended up calling my insurance and received my refund. Please have your car assessed after visiting them.

Jamie, Jeff and Josh are phenomenal. Superb customer service! They went above and beyond working on my car, as they keep me updated throughout the entire process. Very quick turnaround as well.
