Honest, reliable service. Every other customer seemed to feel the same way, too, Bernie doesn't overcharge and his guys do good work. Nice to see an honest small business succeed.

I m amazed at the stellar service that was provided, and it s well worth the trip. My car sounds and rides so much better, and I m truly grateful for the patience, attentiveness, attention to detail and of course attitude. I would rather make the drive here than go anywhere else.

Bernie arrived 30 minutes late to inspect my vehicle. I had waited nearly an hour and a half to be first in line because I had a pressing 10am appointment. He got into my vehicle to start it and it lurched forward. "I can't pass this because it needs a clutch sensor." Mind you, I have been to his business the past three or four years for inspections, and this was never brought up. In fact, I have owned this vehicle nearly 20 years and no inspector ever mentioned it. When I mentioned he was 30 minutes late, he retorted, "you're two years late," which was untrue. Yes the vehicle was 5 months beyond its due date, but that is not two years! He is unreasonable and utterly unhelpful --even rude. I will not go there ever again (my car is 25 years old and it is difficult for it to pass inspection because of arbitrary inspectors like Bernie).

I usually bring my car for an inspection and have no issues before you needed a appointment. Once I found out I needed a appointment I called and made one at the beginning of the month. The next available weekend appointment I was told was today the last Saturday of the month. Found it strange but I provided my car info and was told I was good to go. Went today and was told I never made an appointment and they don t make appointments that far in advance. Why would I let all these weeks go by if I didnt already have a appointment set. Could have been gotten it somewhere else. Never again.

If yoi are being referred by Auto Zone; TURN AROUND! It's all a game, and I'd advise anyone considering this place not to play. Be sure to get your quote prior and standby as close to your vehicle as possible. Do not... and I repeat, DO NOT go into that waiting room when they offer. Stand as close to your vehicle as possible, and have somewhat of an idea as to what's going on with it, cause you will be lied to and/or double charged.

I came to get my suv inspected and they installed my vehicle brake pads. I like to come to Bernie's auto repair. They do a great job to my vehicle.

I love Bernies. Just wish you could take a number on days when u get inspections. I got here early about 7:30 and didnt have room behind last car and didnt want to be on the neighbor's property so I came and parked next to another person who did same. Others came much later and I guess we were wrong cause we weren't in line down the road on others property. Oh well learn and learn.

The Owner and mechanic there is one of best. Also for the great level of work, the prices are unbelievably affordable. This Shop is beyond awesome. I don't trust or take my vehicles anywhere else.

Went there to get an inspection and the guy was so rude he told me to come back at 8:30a.m when they open on the next day got there at 7:45 and still didn't get seen til 10 I will never use them again unless the owner get new employees

My car has been in there shop for two days and they haven't been working on it at all. All the while they keep giving me different time when it will be ready for pickup (they tell me it will be ready in an hour over an hour ago.)

If you need your car inspected this is the best place to go not a long wait time and the gentleman and the lady that work there are both very nice people

If I could give 0 stars , I would .Do NOT , I repeat DO NOT bring your car to these people .Took my explorer to them for a rear wheel bearing replacement, & not even 4 months later, I m having to get the same thing done again because Bernie simply couldn t tighten a bolt all the way .Another 550$ down the drain because a professional was incompetent .All in all This business is washed up, take your car elsewhere .

I arrived five minutes early for my state inspection appointment and despite Bernie's being very busy, I was rolling out of there 25 minutes later.
