Nothing but an outstanding Customer Service and great experience at Bay Custom Auto.my daughter s car was hit at a college parking garage right before Spring break. bay Custom Auto was able to get me in right away, did the estimate and took my car on Monday, all fixed by Friday just on time for my daughter to go back to college. Ms. REYNOLDS was awesome, she took care of everything and worked with my needs and short time.What a great place and bunch of professionals!Don t hesitate to use Bay Custom Auto for your!Thank you for getting my Daughter s vehicle fix! She looks pretty!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole process went very smooth and they kept me informed about my car. Would definitely use them again if I had to. Even though I'm hoping I'm never in another accident

Bay Custom did great work on repairing/replacing damage to my passenger door. Hard to tell it s not the original door.The only thing I would change is give more frequent updates. After having my car for 10 days, I was told (when I called them on a Monday) that it would probably be done by Friday. I wasn t given an update until I called back the following Tuesday. I understand that stuff happens that cause delays I d just suggest that they be more pro-active in communicating the status of the vehicle.

Thank you Bay Customs for doing beautiful professional work. Melissa was a absoulete dream to work with she made sure I was taken care of and pleased and I have to say that I was very happy. The 2 ladies that work at the front desk are awesome also, this is the best repair shop around look no further, thanks again Bay Customs

After being hit by another person, their insurance set up Bay to repair my truck. Bay, the insurance and myself all agreed on date and time to drop off my truck for the repairs. When the time came, Bay had no record of this, however, they agreed to take my truck in. They also informed me the insurance was notorious for taking a long time to get the estimate approved. A week repair took three weeks ( insurance held it up), Bay also was helpful in assisting me in returning my rental. They did good work and were helpful with issues that came up. I would use Bay again.

Trustworthy and efficient what more could you want??I noticed a scratch in my Forester that ran the entire length of my vehicle taillight to headlight. I brought it in and Alex helped me right away. He took a look at it, said he was going to see if he could buff it out. He was very professional and patient in explaining the process. I sat in the waiting room for maybe 15 minutes and he brought me out to my car, no giant scratch! I was so impressed. He also did not require me to pay, which blew my mind.I am going to recommend this place to my friends, and I highly recommend this place to whoever is reading this!!

Overall, my experience with Bay Custom Auto was ok. I was glad about the work they did to repair my sunroof. However, I am sad about the window itself not being clean as well as the upper interior roof area having smudges from handling, resins, and the water stain damage still there. I had thought I heard the tech say that they will do detail cleaning once that all the work was done. However, that is not the case as it is today and so my roofing interior is just dirty as well as the window on both sides.I will reach out to them once again on Monday to see what can be done. I also reached out to the insurance company thinking that perhaps the cleaning detail is supposed to come from another company. I m not sure. It was just my thought that all the dirt, stain, smudges, and resin or residue would all be cleaned away. It s my thought the customer should not have to clean that up when the customer did not put it there or cause it to be there. Hopefully a good solution can be worked out. Thank you. January 2024

To whom it may concern my name is Don juan Carey and I had an accident that Really put in a situation where as I was out of work for a couple of days the insurance company was fantastic about putting me in a rental but the best thing they could have done was put me in touch with Bay Custom Auto just want you guys over at Bay Custom Auto to know that I am very satisfied with your work but most of all how you kept me in the loop you made me feel apart of putting my car back in the condition that it was, actually it looks better thank you and I will be a sounding board for all who need work done on there car truly one satisfied customer! I brought my car in after an accident for an appraisal on repairs. Their adjuster spend a great deal of the time explaining the repairs necessary, also informing me there could be more. The shop helped me with the insurance company as well. He was correct, and even though the car was totalled every employee there was kind and took care of my needs. They are a company I would always use, you are a person not a number. In today's world finding an auto body shop that protects your interests is rare. Find out for yourself and you'll be pleased.

I wanted to give a great big thank you to Bay Custom Auto; especially to Alex, who worked in my vehicle!My car s rear bumper was heavily damaged after being rear-ended and when I received my vehicle back; it looked brand new! Not only was Alex responsible for the repair; but, he went the extra mile and ensured my vehicle was washed; but, it looked even more beautiful after the work done on it!I m extremely grateful for all the time which was put into getting my vehicle repaired and returned to me in a month s time! I took my car for repair and estimate to a known shop close to my house, took them 4 days and still no estimate, so I towed it to bay custom auto thinking another shop, didn't realize what I did until I followed my gps, found big smile, respectful people and more, they asked me to wait at the lobby until my estimate is ready, less than 39 min i was out with it in hand. 4 days and may be more vs 39 min. Glad I made the mistake. Thank you so much. Sure now I know where to go if I need a repair or estimate.

Welcoming atmosphere as soon as you enter the front door the ladies upfront make you feel that you at the right place. The quality of work that was perform on my vehicle was excellent, couldn t tell that I had a accident. They made sure that my vehicle was in safe operating condition before turning over to me. We brought in our 2007 Jeep Wrangler for a new paint job due to clear coat and paint failure. Also it just needed it. We picked out the color we wanted and they got it perfect. We brought them new exterior parts and pieces to put back on the Jeep after paint and they were more than happy to do so. Anytime we had a question about whether something would look right or not, they gave their honest opinion and it was always the right one. We worked with Brittney the whole time and she was wonderful. Always kept us up to date on where they were in the process, let us come see it when we wanted to and was available when we needed her for anything. The process was much quicker than we anticipated and they did more than other shops were willing to do. We will be taking in our other cars to them to get work done. We are very happy with our Jeep and definitely recommend them for paint work.Service: Painting

Kind, professional, and very efficient. I dropped my car off for some body work and they did a great job. They even offered to call the rental car agency to come get me. I will definitely use them if I need to again

Unfortunately haven't taken after photos yet (7/21), but THRILLED with the above and beyond actions/service of Betty and team here. My car was, for lack of better words, impaled by a large branch. Shattered back windshield, badly dented roof corner, and back passenger headrest had been fully impaled as soon as I got home one day. Bay Custom were not only super accommodating but also had recommended tow services, communicated through the entire process, and advocated for me with insurance! They got the work done quick, the car was perfectly cleaned (but made sure not to touch personal objects), and you'd NEVER guess what had happened to my car before. Will edit with result pictures once I manage to get some!

My car was involved in an accident. I was referred to Bay Customs by the insurance company. My experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. My vehicle had a lot of damage from the accident and when I picked it up it was like new again. They kept me informed every step of the way. Very friendly and professional staff.
