Every visit has been a good visit including the following: battery check, anti freeze purchase, alternator check, seafoam purchase, freon, and a variety of services for free. As an "senior" lady, car maintenance can be stressful, but these various checks help detect things and make car care more proactive. The staff has been attentive and helpful each time. I appreciate them

This was antifreeze was the most help I ve ever gotten at a parts store, and I drive cars that require frequent trips. I m in and out parts like you wouldn t believe. It wasn t on the shelf, it was on the pallet in boxes. And the employee( I didn t catch his name ) moved the boxes and got this for me. Went above and beyond his job. My first Cashier was super friendly, I left him hanging and he waited though he was scheduled to be off by the time I checked out, the second cashier wasn t very attentive though, I had to ask him for my parts after I paid.

Didn't have what I needed. Tha associate did find us other AutoZones that did have it. We were on a time crunch so we're unable to go to them. We went to the O'REILLY'S across the street, they had 3 different brands in stock.

Last week Sunday my car battery died so I went to the AutoZone on N Military Hwy after a good Samaritan Jumpstart my car. Unfortunately, the N Military Hwy location was unable to provide assistance beyond testing my car battery. Once we arrived at the conclusion that the battery was on its last leg of life, I was sent to the S Military Hwy location to retrieve a new battery. A young man by the name of Moises not only handled my transaction, but he replaced the battery AND air filter as well. He was extremely professional, kind, charismatic, and helpful. I'm grateful I met Moises. He helped relieve the tension of an already stressful and inconvenient situation. If I ever need anything in the future, I plan to frequent this location before I consider another. Thank you, Moises! You are appreciated.

Hmm. I had to wait while two assistants helped one customer. Then they couldn't assist me with what I needed but had no other suggestions. I immediately called their competitor, which at least offered suggestions.

This place has always been on point with helping customers. I went to a different AutoZone on Campostella Rd and they didn't help me at all or refused to help. This place won't disappoint you. Keep up with the good work!

These people wound not even check the window my driver window got stuck a wonderful person said that this Auto Zone will be available to check it but when I got there a little black women just told me no without even helping me it's ok just make sure you call for help before going because if you just show up you may not get what you need

Dalton needs a raise or something, hell he should even be store manager. He s a retired BMC in the navy and he ran a whole department. Im sure that he can run a whole store with his attitude. I went two different auto zones and none of them helped me with an issue with my card. When I came to this location, Dalton was more than happy to spare 3-4 minutes of his time to help me out with a solution to my problem. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR RETENTION AND ADVANCEMENT!!

I want to give a special thank you to Katie who took care of me today finding the best battery. She searched inventory to find the best fit for my vehicle and wallet. Then came out and installed it for me. Thank you Auto Zone for the greatest service you can provide your customers; stocked shelves, experienced sales personnel and a competitive price.

Went to O Reillys across the street and their customer service was absolutely horrendous. Came across the street to AutoZone and their customer service was on point we would drive all the way from Norfolk to come back to this AutoZone.

I love the AutoZone it was a great experience actually I've been there a couple of times because I am a mechanic and I have used them but I put them at the top of my list because from some of the other stores I've gone to everything I get from AutoZone is always in the computer and that's great because as long as I have my information I can recover anything from the warranties unlike some stores where you have to go back to the exact store you have to remember the exact one you went to and if you can't find the receipt then oh well it just play games with your products but AutoZone is strictly business and great with it therefore they're my top store I don't know about you but that's me

Thomas was an AutoZone hero tonight. After a month of horrible service from dealership who lost my car next door and receiving the wrong info at another location, Thomas took care of my car and for less than half of what we would have spent elsewhere. In these stressful times, it is hard to find someone in customer service who is kind, sincere and knowledgeable and Thomas was all three. Thank you Thomas!

Late at night, near closing time , Dalton and Terrell did not hesitate to provide great attitudes and service. We needed to replace a headlight, and Dalton went above and beyond to offer the skill and knowledge needed in order to have a working headlight before we left. Although the Military Highway location is not the closest to where I reside, we will travel the extra distance to Military Highway as a result of these two employees, and their exceptional service! Well done AutoZone!

Very helpful I do roadside assistance so it's very important to get good service I would love to do Peterbilt authorized roadside assistance for them been in and out working on my classic Eldorado its a very complicated car the guys and women at the cheapeake store on military were so helpful after i finished my project i drove all the way back to the store just to tell the two men that helped me from friday to monday how much i appreciated there help finding my parts because most of them are not listed but they spent the time and dug till they found them thanks again fellas

Very nice & knowledgeable staff. Lots of parking. & yes, they have a fire extinguisher inside just in case you need it! Staff knows how to use it just in case you don't. (Not me, but did help someone who caught their car on fire!)

Thomas M. just helped me find the correct fitting wiper blades on a vehicle w/ a tricky fit, and then showed me how to install them for future reference, while he fully installed both. I will absolutely return to this specific auto zone just because of this great employee! Thanks Thomas!
