I love coming to this establishment. The customer service you get here is absolutely amazing. The guys here go above and beyond a special shout out to verdelle. He's one of the managers. He does an amazing job. Checking your vehicles and installing things without any complaints which he doesn't really have to do so I appreciate coming out here and I don't even live in Chesapeake. Come if you can you'll thank me.

Came in after having to jump my battery it was at 60% capacity, Travis had the can do attitude and replaced my battery under warranty. This keeps Villegas rd store is top shelf customer service is on point. Thank you for fast service Travis.Ric M

The best customer service today. I needed my battery replaced because the output wasn't enough for my car. Bryce was so kind to change out the difficult battery and get me back on the road. Thank you!!!

Went in to get one tire changed and ended up needing all four changed. Whoever serviced me was very attentive and I really appreciated it. They got me in and out. I will always go back to them for my car needs.

As soon as I came in the door I was instantly greeted by Jaden. He helped me get my check engine light scanned and took the time to explain what's going on and give me some recommendations on what I should do. If you go to the kempsville location ask for Jaden he's very professional, knowledgeable and actually knows what he was talking about!!

I usually go to this autozone because it s near another auto parts store...(in case they are out of the product I need). Every time I have been in I haven received excellent service. I feel like the employees are well trained and enjoy their job. It may just be coincidence but each time I go it seems to be the same 2 gentleman who are professional, courteous and helpful. Definitely worth a stop in...don t be intimidated because they are super helpful!

Terrel was amazing help! He went above and beyond to help me out with my car battery issue. He is new to the area and gave great Old fashion caring service to the customer. We need more workers like him! Kempsville in Chesapeake VA Auto zone.

They have great customer service. We walked in and told the guy what the problem was. He came outside and hooked up the battery tester and the code machine to check for any faults. It was quick, but he was thorough and friendly. I'd return here.

I'm just speechless about the level of service I get each time I go to AutoZone Kempsville Road. They are very knowledgeable and helpful workers. They go above and beyond, especially Mr. Verdell Johnson. He's a great asset to AutoZone. He helps me each time I go in there. I had to go there today to get another battery because my car wouldn't start, and once again I received exceptional service.

Wife bought a rad hose for her 2011 Compass, the guy behind the counter sold her the incorrect one. Fair enough, mistakes happen. I go back a few days later to return it, guy behind the counter keeps pulling up the wrong hose for the rad, says its the only option for purchase, I don't have the receipt, says I can only get store credit because the part has no warranty. Again, fair enough, I've worked retail before and policy is policy. My issue is I went home and after a quick search on the AutoZone website I found what I needed and had it shipped to my house. The guy must be new or not know what he's doing. Just an all around bad experience. I should have just bought her the part she needed off Rock Auto, $15 there versus $54 at AutoZone. Crazy...

Verdell (the parts sales manager) was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable! My boyfriend and I came from another AutoZone where we asked for help and the worker there was no help. Verdell not only helped us out with finding the part, but also supplied us with a flashlight and socket. Great customer service!!! This dude deserves a raise.

Wonderful customer service. We needed a battery for our SUV. Walked in the store, we were immediately greeted by a smiling associate who offered to help. She pulled up our vehicle to see what batteries were compatible and in stock. Then she explained the benefits of each. She noticed we were military and immediately stated they have a military discount! While she was ringing us up, one of the other employees installed the battery. Great service!!!

Jerry at AutoZone was super friendly and professional! He made me feel at ease regarding my battery purchase and installed it for me. I know I can always rely on AutoZone for my car needs but when they also have employees like Jerry it really makes it top notch service. My son and I leave for a 3000 mile road trip tomorrow, and now I can do that without worrying about having a dead battery!

My truck's battery died in a parking lot and one of the young employees from the Kempsville Road location, Christian not only stopped to help but took to AutoZone to get the replacement parts. THIS is the kind of service that goes above and beyond what is expected. He also stayed and helped me fix my truck. I just don't want what he did to go unnoticed!

Griffith did an amazing job at helping me find a new battery for my Ford Edge as well as jumper cords. He did not hesitate to ask me for assistance as soon as I walked through the door. He was knowledgeable and has great customer service. Thank you! You guys know have a faithful customer

Excellent service. Needed new headlights. There were two employees working, when I arrived. It was a cold, windy morning, but they were already outside helping one customer with his headlights. They also helped me verify I was buying the correct bulb, showed me how to unhook the current bulbs, and install the new ones.

If I could give more stars I would. Roland was extremely helpful and calmed me down when my push to start button jammed in the hole. I thought I was going to have to pull a fuse to turn the car off and he explained everything to me and helped me turn it off/on. When I first arrived he was also helping someone else change a tire. Above and beyond customer service.

I had a pleasure of being assisted by Rico who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The store was neat and clean. Rico s manager came out to help another customer while Rico was helping me and that other gentleman was in and out. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and will look forward to going back for my auto needs.

Excellent customer service. I was assisted right away when I entered through the door and I couldn't have asked for a kinder, patient, and more knowledgeable sales person and mechanic in Johnathan. He pulled up my warranty on my dead car battery and saved me time and money. I truly love people who go out of their way. I will definitely be going back to this Auto Zone.

The gentleman was very helpful. He offered to assist me and provided me His full attention. Great customer service skills. I don't recall his name but his dad lives in NJ and he seemed disappointed that he could not share Thanksgiving with him due to the pandemic.

Always a great place for your automotive needs. They usually have what you're looking for in stock. Returns and exchanges are relatively easy. The staff are polite and professional. They are following Covid guidelines. Recommended.

I went to AutoZone 4926 yesterday when my windshield wiper blade was destroyed by the car wash. I was frustrated with my situation and was concerned I would have to return to the dealership because my model is foreign and also brand new. I was also in a hurry. RJ was very cheerful and his demeanor was pleasant! He politely (and quickly) found the correct replacement product, put the pieces together, completed the install, and the entire experience took about 4 minutes. I was thrilled and I offered RJ a substantial tip to thank him for the comfort and relief he provided, which he politely declined despite my repeated offers.There are two auto parts stores right next to each other at this location and I ll always use AutoZone going forward.
