Auto Envy is the best in the business when it comes to servicing BMW/MINI. Hands down, they have the best customer service and the most transparency out of any service center I've been to. I brought my 2012 Mini Cooper here to have diagnostic work done, and the Auto Envy team was extremely helpful each step of the way. In the end, they weren't able to do the work, but they didn't try to string me along or encourage me to pay for unnecessary work. If you have a BMW/MINI, this is the place to go for any work that you need done. Emily will set you up with the right service from the great team there.

spent over 2k in this place ..had the part go bad on me twice and to add to that Emily s customer service is horrible. Not to mention they lie about when the car will be ready. Do yourself a favor and try a place with quality service and good customer service .

Ben performed a crank hub upgrade on my 2015 BMW M4 and he did an outstanding job! He was able to get my car back to me in the time frame stated and at a more than reasonable price. Ben is very professional and knows BMW's of all models like the back of his hand. He is my go to guy if I need anything worked on my M4. They immediately found out why my tailgate on my X4 BMW would not raise or close automatically. Had taken to two other shops but said it was something else....NOT. Auto Envy solved the problem

I recently bought a 1998 Z3 that needed a variety of repairs to get it back on the road, and Auto Envy absolutely delivered on fast, reliable and friendly service. They went above and beyond, giving the car a thorough look-over, identifying additional needs and offering those services as fair rates without needless upselling. I cannot recommend this team more strongly for excellent work, excellent pricing and excellent customer service on your BMW or other Euro import. One thing that really impressed me is that the actual technician came and inquired about my a/c service as to why i needed so i didnt get unessesary maintenance done on the vehicle. Plus everyone was experienced, knowledgeable, and curtious. Would go again when i need something.

I just picked up my 2008 BMW 335i and I couldn't be more upset... that I didn't find these amazing mechanics earlier!! I brought my vehicle in knowing that the services that needed to be done were quoted at over $3000.00 from the dealer. Auto Envy kept me in the loop with everything they did and let me know a dollar amount for everything they might need to do. I was quoted $1200 (amazing) for the work they did and agreed to it. Upon picking up my vehicle I was notified that after they gave me the quote they were having problems with a fuel injector and had to replace it but since they had already told me the total cost, they replaced it free of charge. Although this isn't a typical situation, they took care of me in a way that the dealer previously had not. I couldn't be happier with the work and service received. On top of all that, the gave me a $100 military discount and thanked me for my service upon paying for my vehicle. I recommend Auto Envy to anyone that wants good, honest work at a VERY reasonable price.

Excellent business! I had some headlights/lighting upgrades on my Bimmer today. Perfectly done! In and out in a jiffy! Ben's level of auto knowledge & his staff's hospitality utters the utmost professionalism! This is the place you most definitely want to get work done at. I'm long overdue to write a note saying how pleased we've been with the service received from Ben and his team at Auto Envy. They've been taking care of our BMWs for over five years now ('04 X5 and '13 X5), and have fixed pretty much the full range of issues you'll see on these cars. Ben is a true BMW expert that you can completely trust to be honest about what maintenance is required (and what's not). That's extremely important as these cars can be complicated. I haven't done the math but know with certainty that I've saved thousands at Auto Envy over what I would've spent at the dealership. I've gotten timely, professional, and personal service with every visit, and Ben always honors military service with a discount. If you have a BMW that needs any kind of maintenance, don't hesitate to take it to Ben and his team at Auto Envy.

Called to set up an appointment. 9 days out is the best they could do. I said that wouldn't work as I was leaving town and asked to drop off my car on Sunday night. Emily informed me that they don't have parking to leave cars overnight. I've done business with auto envy in the past, which is why I called here first. The second shop I called was far more willing to accept my business and we're flexible. If you don't want my money, it's fine. But I gaurentee if you've lost my business, your loosing far more every month due to your scheduling practices.

They to expensive, $1600 for a starter. Is highway robbery you might as well go to the dealership if you go to them. I suggest you don t go.

Called about brake problem on my BMW. Took it in next day and was so surprised to hear back within a few hours that they had found the problem, could have it fixed that day and best of all it wasn't going to cost a full year's salary...thanks guys for being one of the few places that doesn't try to bankrupt your customers. I will definitely be coming back with all my repair needs.

This review is LONG overdue. I have been taking my M6 to Auto Envy since I moved back here to Hampton Roads earlier this year.Just for some background, I've been driving and modifying cars for quite a long time now, to include lexus, audi, and bmw, as well as several motorcycles. I say that to let you know my background dealing with NON dealerships and dealerships is extensive.I've taken it to them for routine things like an oil change and spark plugs, as well as helping me troubleshoot an electrical issue that ended up being the alternator. They also helped me with a warranty issue with some dealership work. They are always timely, have good communication, and have VERY reasonable rates.I'm very happy to continue to take my car to them for any needs that arise, and highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a great shop.

I've been coming here for a few years. They always provide fast, friendly, reliable service. They also offer a 10% discount for military. They keep my 2002 BMW running like new. I won't be going anywhere else.

Auto envy is the place where u need to take your foreign car for reasonable prices and professional work Emily take care of the paperwork got me in the building and Ben the owner and or the team handle the rest I took my 2007 x3 in to get my DISA value change spark plugs and coil packs replaced after everyone in the 7 cities didn t know what a DISA value was or if they did they wanted a arm and a leg auto envy knew exactly what it was and what to do and also cut my bill in half go see these guy s it ll be worth itService: General repairs & maintenance

The owner has been fixing German cars right for as long as I've known him. From basic maintenance, to sliding van doors on a turbocharged e30....he CAN make it happen, and tells it like it is.

Put my car and key in their night box specified needed it back by end of next day and they didn't even bother to call me before they closed. That's really bad business for an auto shop.
