I am so relieved to have found an auto shop I can trust!My husband was deployed, and I needed work done on our vehicle. He is knowledgeable about vehicles, and takes care of our vehicle maintenance when he is here. I know very little about them, and therefore always fear the upselling and pressure some garages/dealerships employ.This was NOT the case at ATL! Ty is former military, and was so patient with my millions of questions. I trusted his advice, and he did not pressure me to do work that was not yet needed. Communication and the timeliness of the work were top notch.HIGHLY recommend!

My first time going to ATL, from setting up my appointment to having my vehicle serviced it was a great experience! Customer service was excellent and the time it took to complete the service was great. Also I needed a state inspection done, they referred me to a shop that doesn't take advantage of people and I returned to this shop to get my vehicle serviced! I recommend ATL for your car repair needs as they are honest, reliable, and efficient in completing the work in a timely manner!

They are very hospitable! I stayed with my 1 year old and 3 month old while my brakes were being replaced and they made sure we were as comfortable as possible!! They even offered me pizza!!!! I love, love, love this shop!

Jay at the front desk is amazing!He spoke to me like a human and being a woman trying tk get her car fixed that's a breath of fresh air. He went above and beyond explaining things and making sure I had all the information needed to make the best decision for my vehicle. This will be my one and only shop for working on my car for customer service alone!

Ty and Jay towed my sister's car when it cut off on her in the midst of rush hour traffic. They were pleasant and professional and even waited with her after they were closed until her husband came to pick her up. I'm thankful for these gentlemen and pray SUPER SUCCESS on their business!!!!

From the moment I called the shop I had nothing but a good experience. I called a couple days ahead to make sure they could service my car. I wish I asked his name but he answered all my questions so politely and reassuring. I m a 28 yo female lol so it s safe to say I m not too mechanically inclined when it comes to cars but they definitely explain everything well and you could tell they wanted me to know not just make sales. It was me and my 3 year old first person in the shop 8am he let us watch cartoons and get comfortable.. the movie didn t even end before my car was done. I m so happy I found that place those guys are doing great. I ll definitely recommend anyone I know to go in there because they treat you like family for sure.

Those of you who know me, know that I am all about my car and that I drive it like the muscle car that it is. Last week my car died and It needs a new motor.The AMAZING folks at ATL Total Car Care will be bringing my baby back from the ashes. The TOTAL in their name means what it says. If you need any car work as simple as a oil change to a complete engine replacement they are your crew. Always Honest, Trustworthy and Professional and you cant beat the price anywhwere.

My check engine light was on indicating the Knock Sensor was an issue from previous diagnostic.. it was literally impossible to get my car into the dealership at a reasonable time without having a second diagnostic at extra absorbent unnecessary cost! I took my car into ATL, and from the moment i walked in the door, it was obvious, professionals work here! The place is clean and the environment is extremly friendly! What an amazing company! Once we arrived, Ty came outside earlier than our original scheduled appt and started on our car right away! He and one of his crew members (wish I could remember his name, he was awesome too!) started working together as a team & they got to the bottom of the issue. We had bad terminals in our Jeep! So, I will say as a person who doesn t know anything about cars I felt completely safe here, the price was perfect. He showed me everything that was going on with our battery! I will also say if you re apart of the LGBTQA+ please also know you re in a safe place when you come here!!! The shop was beautifully taken care of! It was the friendless, cleanest, best priced mechanic shop I've ever encounter. We limped into ATL's garage at 5pm on a Friday evening after my Jeep's front brakes locked up heading out of town for a weekend camping trip. ATL had the new parts picked up within 30 minutes of our arrival and then the staff stayed long after closing time to install the new ones. We were able to continue our trip because of their efforts and will recommend ATL to everyone I know.Service: Auto brake repair

I wasn't a customer at ATL, but the place behind them. They didn't have a waiting area, and the very nice gentleman in ATL offered to let me wait in their waiting area. It was so clean, comfortable waiting area. Very impressed!
