Had my Ford Focus in for service, bad electrical issue involving a faulty wiring harness and set of coil packs. This was an issue I had been chasing for months but I've since learned to throw in the towel and give Andy's a chance, they took my car in and quickly diagnosed the issue, then installed all of the parts shortly after their delivery. The Car was back in working order and I am thankful the stress is over, definitely returning in the future if i ever have to.

First, they had my car for over a week, then when I called they were super cryptic about when it would be ready and refused to give me an ETD. Then after we spent 700$ in labor, the check engine light came on a few days later with the same errors. Ok, so I called back and ask them to make it right, and to my surprise no call. So before you spend your money, look for somewhere that more responsive and responsible.Nope it s definitely you. You don t have my info because it was my finances car. Still haven t heard from you as a matter of fact. Nice try, trying to save face.

I was referred to ANDYS AUTO ELECTRIC by a trusted person . My daughter's vehicle had electrical issues and after their diagnostic tests, I learned the repairs would be too expensive , more than the vehicle was worth. However, I'd definitely use their services again if needed. Ms.Katie , the office receptionist, was very kind and professional. The communication & feedback was always timely. I'd recommend this business to anyone.

I left an earlier review, which was awful and which I'm now a bit embarrassed by. I was upset when I wrote it, which is no excuse. Although it's true that I wasn't told the business would be closed early that day, it's also true that I left the repair until the last minute - so the car stuck in the garage all Christmas weekend was my fault, not theirs.They were never anything but pleasant and did the work requested at a very reasonable price. I'd absolutely recommend them.

If you have an electrical problem with your vehicle; Andy's is your best bet!I love this company because they are honest and very helpful with estimates and keeping you updated on the progress of your repairs. There so kind that they plugged my tire for free after finding a nail puncturing it. They are very reasonably priced and very efficient with speed of repairs.God bless all the employees at Andy's Auto Electric.

I took my vehicle in for several light, which one or all caused the vehicle to run bad. I knew the problem was electrical so I took it to a vehicle electrical specialist shop. They changed me twice for dionostics. They misdiagnosed my vehicle and insisted on charging me again to rediagnose my vehicle. What they fixed may have been a problem but it was not the problem. When I returned with the vehicle with the same lights on and the vehicle was still running horribly, they told me they fixed the problem they found and they will be charging me an additional fee to check why the light were still on, the problem that I took it in for. They changed me 1500.00 and then and additional 700.00 . I thought the initial bill was extremely high but, i thought ,well the problem is fixed, but it was not. I still have a few problems with my vehicle that I'm sure should be covered but, I can not afford to take my vehicle back to them even if it's their problem. Find somewhere other then here to take your car.

Kat the receptionist is rude and hung up on me while also policing my tone . Like any other review, husband dropped his car off today for a diagnosis when I got it, the price regardless of it being either a diagnosis or estimate seemed off, rather than answering my question she was more concerned with my tone Again she hung up without answering my questions with a promise of a call back when I calm down . Y all don t even bother calling unless you get through the receptionist tone meter

Took my car in and fixed it on the same day within a few hours. I called them in the middle of the afternoon.Very well pleased as they quickly found the issue and fixed it.You are all a blessing! A+

Excellent service at a fair price. They were able to diagnose and repair my 2012 Mercedes GL 450 air suspension. It s hard to find someone qualified to diagnose this outside of a dealership. Responsive communication as well. Great experience. Outstanding Andy is so friendly and the staff doesn t mind joking with you. Andy showed me what I was doing wrong with my wiper arms. I said no way!, I did that! They just won t stay on. Andy put them on and I could have felt to the ground in laughter!! Very good Company to take your Car to for repairs.

This is probably the friendliest auto care I ve ever received. They were up front about their diagnostic fee and actually called me before doing any work to get my approval. I probably would not use Andy's Auto Electric shop again. I called to see about diagnosing my car that keeps cutting off while driving and made an appointment to have it dropped off. I let them know I would be leaving work early to drop it off before they closed so I could ask questions but when I got there they were already closed and had left an hour before their posted close time. I left my keys in there's drop box and received a call the next day about the diagnosis. They think it's a bad alternator and will cost over a thousand dollars to repair. I looked up pricing for a new and re-manufactured alternator and they are no where near that expensive, even with labor included. I decided not to have them do the work and took my car elsewhere. Even the Nissan dealer didn't quote that much.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Andy's Auto Electric is by far the most organized shop I've ever been to. They handled the scheduling like a Dr's office to include reminder texts. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They found and corrected my issues quickly. One of the issues wasn't quite right and without any issue they had me bring my truck back and they went right to fixing the problem. Ben is awesome. The owner Andy whom I did not meet is awesome too. So my buddy was there building a transmission, I needed to get my car on a lift to locate a oil leak. My buddy made a call to Andy and he was like sure , he can use the lift. Ben was very knowledgeable and assisted with putting my ride in the air. I am no mechanic, actually a general contractor. I swing hammers and they turn wrenches. 2 different worlds for sure. Ben even printed out the issue of the computer for me so that I could take the print out to Ford as the my RS is under warranty. I can tell you this, if Ford doesn't own up to selling me a car with a oil leak then I will more than likely have the knowledgeable guys at Andy's get my baby rite. She isn't your average Ford for sure. I did catch a screw in the tire from the parking lot, but keep in mind the parking lot is shared with other companies who also work on vehicles, so really the screw could have come from anywhere. All in all I highly recommend Andy' Auto for your mechanical automotive needs.

I have a 1994 Mercedes, yes, a 1994. Well if you know foreign cars an electrical problem can not only be hard to diagnose once it is it usually $$$$$$.I called Andy s after calling a few import service stations who told me NO they could not help me due to age of the car. Andy said bring her over asap. They are a first come first serve shop and they fit me in that day. They quickly found the issue and had me back on the road.I held my breath when the fellow was preparing the bill and to my utter surprise it was very reasonable.Do not be fooled by the name either they DO IT ALL not just auto electrical.I will most defiantly be making them MY SHOP OF CHOICE.Thank you to the Team at Andy s for the Awesome service, I am super happy!!!Service: Electrical

My 32 year old, Canadian import only, truck came to a screeching halt on the road, so I started making calls to get it repaired. This breakdown was far beyond a job I could do myself in the driveway. Some highly recommended mechanics would tell me, "No problem, I'll call you back", only not to return the call. Others, with elevated voices, and using a lot of hyperbole at the age of the truck would throw out an outrageous price.I then called Andy's Auto Electric. Wendy and Vicki were friendly and calm on the phone and after doing some of their own research on parts, actually called me back with positive details! The pricing was fair and the whole staff displayed confidence that they could repair the truck that I once thought doomed. Their quality of service is unrivaled. The mechanics didn't necessarily have it easy with my repair, but managed some fantastic work. It's now several weeks later, and I'm still amazed at the job they performed. I also now have a trusted mechanic for life.Cheers to the whole staff,

My truck died on me, wouldn't start and had some electrical issues. I had read their reviews and decided to give them a try. They did not have an early bird drop off, but I had AAA drop it off on Sunday evening, and called them Monday morning and told them the trucks issues. They responded the next day with their diagnoses and provided est. I agreed to the work, and they proceeded. I was expecting the worse and recieved a call two days later stating truck was finished. That Thursday, I picked it up, price stayed consistant, no extra parts or labor. I am very pleased, they do what they say, very refreshing.

I took my van to 3 different stops. The first two misdiagnosed the problem and replaced parts that didnt need to be replaced. I spent a lot of money and still nothing was fixed. One of the shops told me they were positive it was my computer and referred me to Andy's. They diagnosed it and said it was not my computer, it was my intake manifold and that I had an air leak. Made so much more sense than what the other shops told me. They were so helpful. They fixed my problem in one day and now my van finally runs amazingly and I'm not stressed anymore. I cant thank them enough for actually fixing the problem. They were so professional and the ladies in the front are so sweet. I will always bring my van back to them.

I had a terrible experience with their receptionist/ manager Kate or Kat. She provided horrible communication and constantly changed her story in regards to the status of my car, updates, and pickup times. I would have to call her constantly, without her following up on her promises. She even made the mistake of mixing my car up with another, ordering wrong amount of product, etc. The problem escalated to the owner having to step in and resolve the issue. However, the OWNER both quickly resolved the issue and was able to have my car fixed and in my possession as soon as the issue was brought to his attention...HE FIXED THE PROBLEM IN UNDER 2 HOURS. The owner's problem resolution and customer service was 10/10. However, I believe Kate/Kat was the only sole reason my experience was bad. Overall, the work was phenomenal and the owner provided me a helpful resolution...I just wish my experience with Kat was better.Service: Transmission

I have nothing but good things to say about Andy's Auto Electric: Great service, very good people working there. They are definitely professionals and conduct themselves accordingly. I highly recommend this place to others that are in need of an experienced team to work on their car. A big "thank you" to the entire staff there.

Terrible, wish I could give them 0 stars. These guys are a joke, stay away! Brought my truck into Andys auto electric cause I was having electrical issues and I couldn t figure out the problem on my own, they had my truck for over a week and couldn t find any issues then proceeded to Charged me a diagnostic fee of 117$ when they literally didn t do anything. I just want to warn people that this place is a scam and I would highly suggest you go elsewhere.

I've been coming to Andy's for several years because of all four characteristics. Just got work done there that was estimated at 3 times more by the dealership. They could have doubled what they charged and I would have still gotten more bang for the buck in all respects than the dealership I've been going to for 20 years would have provided. They have earned my repeat business, and I couldn't be happier.

I've been going to Andy's for about 15 years now. Despite their name, they are actually a full service Auto Care facility. Now that I'm a full-time Uber driver and put lots of miles on my car, I depend on Andy's to get the job done right the first time, and at a fair price. The ladies in the office provide accurate, polite, and professional customer service. You just can't go wrong with Andy's!

Bottom line: if they re in over their heads, they will not let you know. You ll find out when the issue isn t resolved or new problems arise. This will cost you time, money, and frustration.On recommendation from my normal shop, I took my classic Corvette here for electrical and carburetor work. I ended up with new electrical problems and an expensive carburetor that wasn t intended for my car. In addition, my candy-apple 3-stage paint job was scratched up. In addition to several thousand dollars wasted in shoddy repairs they should have just admitted they couldn t do correctly, I also spent an additional $1000 at MiCar Collision Center restoring the paint damage.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Engine repair

Every time that my husband an I have gone here, they have been quick and friendly. They never do any work before giving you a quote an they never go above that quote. They have been able to find problems even the dealership could not an they don't say you have to replace something right then an there unless you really need to. We have gone there quite a few times an would keep on going there. I even recommend them for others.

I've always been mpressed with the staff and mechanics at Andy's Auto Electric! My fianc� had experienced overheating in her dad's 97 Ford Explorer. Contacted these guys, told them the situation, and got the car towed to their shop. Mechanics took a look at the problem, and found the issue immediately! And the price was perfect! They responded quickly on the issue, and repaired it quickly. The vehicle was done the very next day!

It s the kind of shop I don t like to do business with. When they don t know what s wrong with your vehicle they just start guessing. They say they can t tell what s wrong with it until they eliminate things. So they replace perfectly good parts, the vehicle doesn t work and now they can say they know that s not the problem. This last time, which is in fact my last time , they ran up an $800 bill, changing perfectly good parts. They then told me the next thing would be $600 but they won t know if that s the problem until they do it. I picked it up worse than it was before I dropped it off.
