I've had to return four different parts for failure within months of purchase not to mention three parts that were completely wrong even though the right information was given Parts quality here has really gone downhill

Smaller location but still good stock and staff. There is a waste oil dump inside, just ask.

The lady was super helpful when I needed help finding a back windshield whiper. She found my perfect fit and even offered to help put it on even tho she was only employee there. It was nice if her to offer, great customer service!

I normally come here when I can t get parts from Autozone. Staff always seems so busy doing things not affiliated with their job. Getting checked out they act like they are doing you a favor. Go down the street to the other advance auto so much better. They don t act like helping you is painful.

I was having trouble with my battery and the two guys (sorry i didn't catch your names) working here helped me out so much, even though I never ended up buying anything. Next time I do need something for my car, I will definitely come back here.

The website and the store help me every time. with car parts and price comparing. And the employees will assist you with a light bulb or Freon check and other things

Horrible staff. Go elsewhere HORRIBLE.There is an AUTO ZONE at Providence and Military Hwy and an Orileys across the street from auto zone. That's how bad the staff is at this location. Both are less than a mile away. Shame there isn't a negative rating.

Just left there i had purchased a part to find out Mechanic didn't know what he was doing. Unfortunately the mechanic musta installed it to find out he didn't need it. Told me to take it back that he didn't need it. Okay I'm thinking this Mechanic knows what he's doing. Took it back and when I went to the store to return it, it was told to me that it was used slightly. I was in tears cause I thought now I can't get a refund. The man that helped me has a very kind heart and he let me return the part. He was very kind and he understood what I was going through. THANK YOU!!!!!!

I ordered an alternator and battery to replace at the store but when I arrived Tim tested my electrical system and found out that my alternator was fine and I should check the battery every month to keep an eye on the alternator if I am worried. Tim saved me $140 AND INSISTED on installing my battery for me! Best place to buy parts in Virginia Beach! Thanks again Tim!

They checked my battery and told me what was going in with my car. But they said they don't install. So I didnt buy the battery from them. Wanted a one stop shop

Battery Replacement TimeYes ...old battery had enough juice to get me AAP . They tested the battery and other things as well ... My existing battery was on life support so bought a new one which they installed and made sure it was properly working before I left .
