The service provided to my Acura MDX by Clifton was excellent!! He keep on reminding me about my service appointment so I will not forget it. The problem was fixed and no more annoying flashing light on my dashboard. Thank you very much Clifton, I'm really satisfied with the service and appreciate very much your help.

Awesome service on today. They really looked out for me and took care of me. I love that Clifton always updates me and today even the tech updated me. Everyone was really nice. When I arrived, I was taken care of really quickly. My car was serviced in a good amount of time. It seemed like the waiting room was emptying quickly. I went on a Wednesday so maybe that was why but I feel like they all did a great job. I worked with Jessi to check in and out and she was really helpful. First time I didn t feel like I was getting scammed. I ll definitely be back for my other services!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I went in today to have a recall fixed on my vehicle. I thought wait time would take longer, However, they were able me in right away. Brandon and the other associates were very cordial and polite. They explained the process which Helped me to better understand the process to include my wait time. They made sure I was taking care of the entire time, all the way down to having a loaner vehicle available for me if I decided to use one. Thank you for all you do

It's always a pleasure working with my Advisor Brandan D. He's very courtesy and professional. He takes the time to explain everything including pricing. And keeps me posted throughout the time I'm there for service. It is never fun when you have to drop your car off for maintenance. However, Jessi (Priority Acura) made my experience completely stress-free. She kept me up-to-date with what was going on with my vehicle and sent me a video from the technician showing me recommedations. The service was prompt, and did not end up costing me an arm and a leg.Jessi is a very friendly and knowledgeable person and made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. This was my first visit to Priority Acura but it certainly will not be my last. I had a great experience and I will not be taking my Acura anywhere else for service or repairs. I used to get my car serviced at Hall Acura in Virginia Beach. Lots of things have changed with new management. Making the customer the priority is very important! Since switching to Priority Acura for my service needs I've been very satisfied with the Service Team and services provide for both of my vehicles. Love taking my car to the Priority Acura Service on Military Hwy. I have a Honda Odyssey but started using the Acura location because mechanic s training is the same for both brands. They have done as good a job as the Honda Priority location on Battlefield every time and that keeps me coming back. Other PLUSSES are they have better availability in their schedule AND they have a quiet customer room where I can work from while I wait for my car. The Battlefield Honda location got rid of their quiet room and their cubicles are noisy and get taken up by people that are not working . I had my oil and transmission fluids changed recently. I wanted to give a 4.5 Star rating only because I tried to find out how many Rewards Points I've accumulated over the last 3 yrs. No one in service or sales could help me. The only person who would be able to help me was the Service Manager who was not in the building. I could've possibly used some of those points towards the service being done. (I had 2 other things that needed attention as well). However, Jessi "saved the day" by at least giving me some sort of discount towards my services since I didn't have access to the info I needed. She also hooked me up on the payment plan system. (That's gonna be a great big help when I need new tires.) Thanks Jessi for all you do.

Cliff is an excellent Service Manager. I receive great customer service. Salesmen always say hello. My car is well-cared for too. Highly recommend. Service is excellent. Brandon is usually the person that takes care of my vehicle, and Becky usually is my service advisor. Priority Accura has the best service department in Hampton Roads. They have easy drop off service. They always have my vehicle ready by the time I request. They do more than just change the oil, they take care of my vehicle. They check the vehicle over from head to toe and advise me on anything that needs to be taken care of. No high pressure or trying to find something wrong. Many times I have had my oil changed, and that was all I needed. But, when I have needed service, Brandon has advised me of things that are upcoming and things that need to be taken care of now. Why can t all service centers remember what Priority Accura does every day . serve their customers. Thanks to Brandon and Becky!

Jasmine from Priority Acura s service team was so helpful when I brought my Toyota 4Runner in for an oil change and tire rotation today. I didn t have an appointment, but she was honest with me about expected wait times, and made sure I was updated on the progress as they got my truck into the shop. My experiences there are always good. The agents are kind, they make sure if I want something I get it while waiting for my car. They make you feel special and welcome. They listen to you. My experience is always great Cliff keeps me informed about what s going on with my vehicle. He lets me know about anything that might need immediate repairs or what can be put off until later. The cost for service to my vehicle repairs is always where Cliff said it would be, Cliff is totally professional and so is the entire maintenance crew. Cliff was an outstanding professional in every way, number one was he was honest from the first phone call, he told me about the service bulletin on the rear windshield and I ended up not paying anything out of pocket and through the dealer service Cliff was amazing. Three years in row I bought my car into priority Acura voicing my concerns about all dashboard caution lights coming on at once. One time I was told it was the aftermarket glass that was installed. Ok cool I paid to have it replaced. The same situation happened several times after that (the lights came on again). The lights would eventually go away before I can make it to the dealer, but I would still bring it into the dealer. When I voiced my concern again, I was told we only can diagnose the car if the lights are on when you come into the dealer. I recently found out from a previous Acura worker that Acura can put my car on a computer that would tell them the history of the caution lights that appeared and the date the codes appeared. I went into the dealer only to find out that information was indeed true and the reason the lights came on is because my front camera is going bad and the part that is needed is on back order. I m not upset about replacing the camera because things do break down over time. My issue is that if the dealership know they are equipped with technology that is able to detect code history why wasn t this service performed 3 years ago. My concerns were not valued by the service department.

I called at the last minute because my tire needed to be patched (it was flat) and Jessi worked me in and not only fixed 2 tires, but also did an oil change. She saved me oceans of time by doing everything all at once and on a weekend. She was so understanding of my situation when she could have easily said i needed to make an appointment. There was a misunderstanding about the repair service but Brandon ensured I was treated fairly and didn't pay more than expected. I needed to replace air filter, pollen filter. I also had fuel system and induction service done. Plus state inspection. Ms. Jessi Siebert got me in and out in a very professional manner. Customer service was great! My car issues (audio pad home button) were resolved and my oil was changed! My car was serviced in a very timely manner! Jessie Siebert is my service advisor at Priority Acura. On Saturday she was able to work me in to get two of my vehicles serviced and inspected. One of them is a 2014 Acura RDX which I purchased new at this location. The other one is a 2018 Honda Accord which I purchased new at Priority Honda. Jessie is the reason I have both vehicles serviced at Priority Acura. I never have any issues when I am working with her.
