Honest shops are hard to find - I went for a second opinion after a shop gave my elderly father an estimate on work needed to fix the vibration in the front of his car - almost 1200.00. Abrahams checked it out and rotated the tires because they believed one was bad - thar was it - 2 tires and good as new.Stay away from the chain shops out to make a buck - all my friends and family go here now. Thanks Greg and all the crew!

From the moment I made my initial call here, I have not regretted it. Abraham treated me like a friend even though it was my first time going there. He was honest and upfront about what his shop can do. He got me in and took care of my car and didn't charge me an arm and a leg! It was a smooth process. The staff I met was down to earth, respectful and funny. A good mechanic is about as hard to find as any other professional. I will stick with Abraham and his crew because they made me feel comfortable and that I can trust them to help take care of my car if and when there's a need.

My water pump kicked the bucket, so I need it remove and replace. Mr. Greg and the crew were honest and direct, even offered free storage until I got the funds to pay for the service. Got my truck back in a timely manner and it sounds like a champ!! Definitely recommend them for others.

Went there cause it was close to where I broke down. Car lost power They diagnosed my car with problems that didn t exist charged me $50 for diagnosis. Said I needed valve cover gaskets and intake hose. I have no oil leaking. Had them replaced a year ago. Took somewhere else Only problem was alternator. They were going to charge me $700 to fix what didn t need fixing and my car would still need an alternator. Maybe they would of figured that out and charged me more money. Not recommending!

Great service very knowledgeable! I take all of my vehicles here including my luxury cars and truck for the past 3yrs for inspections and diagnostic work and we have not had any problem with any part they have replaced/repaired! This is my go to shop, they always try to get you in and out and they also have a waiting room for those who may need to wait. Gregg is the best and they are honest and up front!

My first visit to this place was to replace shocks and eveything went fine. I returned at a later to get my steering issues resolved and Mr Greg misdiagnosed the issue. I paid for driveshaft replacement and rack replacement but it ended up being my power steering pump. It was all expensive for me at the time but I sucked it up.After the work, my steering column wasn't the same. Lots of clicking when I would turn to the left and right. Went back a few times to have him adjust what was required to fix the issues but he just told me that it should go away over time. It's been over a year and the issue is still there. My car recently started leaking and my new mechanic says it's the power steering pump! So now I'm paying more money to replace the bad part that was put on my vehicle. I can't honestly recommend anyone to the work done by Mr Greg (I can't speak for the whole shop). I will say that it seems they are super busy and just wanna quickly get people done. As a result, quality is lacking and it's costing customers like me more money then they have to spare!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Very friendly and professional staff. They are always honest and up front with you. No hidden costs. I've never been taken advantage of or felt like I was being ripped off. Excellent work is always provided. This is the only place my family and I will go for all our auto issues. They go above and beyond to satisfy the customer! I also like the fact that they are a local family run business. You should definitely check them out! I highly recommend Abraham Automotive.

I take my car to this body shop for all my automotive repairs and inspections. They are honest and upfront about repairs needed and don't try to upsell or take advantage of their customers.

I have dealt with Abraham's Automotive with two of my vehicles. I am not lying what I am about to tell you. Each time I had them to service a vehicle of mines it came back worst the 1st time. Not only they took extremely long time(s) fix my car and truck. Two- Four weeks each time. Even under COVID-19 it's consider a long time to receive a vehicle back from service. Each time we call the shop asking for completion date they gave a different excuse why it was not ready. I can't make this stuff.� Also, when they did return the truck it seem to develop new mechanical issues under their care. I paid out about 3k and they never fix it correctly. Cutting my losses. But that was only the truck.While fixing my car they broke my brake line, install the Struts incorrectly, lost my under protection cover skid plate, and never put the screws back in their proper place under the hood of vehicle nor wheel well.I paid them good money about 1k + for the car. Till this day my car does not run like it did before I took it to them.� Also my truck was very similar. I found that Abraham's Auto create work for themselves by creating problem with the vehicle then offer a solution and of charge you more money. This is not a new practice for fraudulent companies.� Seriously, if I could give this shop a zero (0) I would. Consumer Beware!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.� I DO NOT/WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, A/C installation & repair

I brought my car there for a noise it was making. I am a single, young woman who knows NOTHING about cars and was very apprehensive going to an auto shop. Lino was very friendly. He promised me they would look at my car and call me as soon as they knew what was wrong. 30 minutes later he called me and said they found the problem, gave me a price for the repair. I checked 5 places, before I gave up trying to find anything cheaper. My car was ready BEFORE the estimated time. Great service. Friendly atmosphere. GREAT experience. I've found a shop I can trust

I took my car to get checked out because I thought there might be transmission issues. They looked at it same day, didn't charge me for checking it, and were honest and said they didn't see anything wrong with it. I appreciate not trying to be sold services my car didn't need. I can now attest to the good things I've heard about them and would recommend to anyone in the area!

The best, absolutely the BEST repair shop in the Hampton Roads area! Always fast, always fair, always friendly. I have recommended Abraham Automotive to friends and family for years. We've followed this shop from location to location when they've moved and gotten bigger because no matter how far I have to drive to get to them, I will drive the distance because I KNOW I will get treated with respect and I know Kenny and Lino will take good care of me. Even if it's just for a state inspection, I'll pass 20 places that can do it for me for the same price, but nope! Abraham Automotive is the only place I will let touch my car(s).

Love this place!! Super knowledgeable staff, the service writer at the counter tells it to you straight. Never oversells you. Has treated all of my cars right and does amazing work. Definitely recommend!

Ken and his team have been working on my various cars for years now. Fair prices.Trustworthy people. Wont take your car there for one thing, and they fix and charge you for 15 other things you didnt ask them to fix. Had it happen at several other places...Not here.

Called to see if they did state inspection which they do, got there an literally less then 30 mins i was back home! Insane good for a state inspection! Definitely found my little gem of a spot for my vehicle needs!

I have brought my vehicle to Ken at Abraham's for years. He is always so friendly, and informative. I never question his service for I know he does an amazing job. My family has known and trusted him for years as well.y family having mechanics in it and we having mechanical backgrounds, we take our vehicles to Abraham's when its something beyond the capability of what we can handle or dont have the tools for. Ken will always get my recommendation!

I took my car in for a state inspection. I called the day before and asked if they be able to do the inspection the following day. They said no problem . I dropped the car off at 8:00am and was told it would be done around noon. By 1:30pm I called them after getting no word about the car. Was then told that it would be done in an hour. After not receiving any word by 4:30pm, I got a ride back to shop and saw my car had not moved since that morning. The shop closes at 5:00pm and there was obviously no way they were going to get to it before closing.This was an extremely unprofessional experience and a total waste of my day. I d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Found this shop via google. One of the most honest people I have dealt with. Straight shooters, tells it like it is and has great pricing. I recommend this shop if you need work or inspections on your car. You cant go wrong!

I do nearly all my own work on my cars but when I can't work on it I take it to Kenny and Lino. They do great work at a reasonable price. Anytime anybody asks me where to take a car to get worked on this is the only place I suggest.

Upfront and honest these guy's saved me that could have been a serous accident with my car, my State inspection found a bad tire, tread was coming apart on the back side of the tire. Thank you will be back
