Thank God I have an insurance agency that advocates for me! R-Tech towed my vehicle between locations without telling me, didn't return a single message or follow up, then tried to return my vehicle to me without fixing all the damages from my accident and with new scratches. I'm sensitive to understaffing and the time they needed for a big job, but this was incredibly disappointing. I had a great experience with the R Tech off Tilden Ave, but I will never be using this shop again.

I will never use this body shop again. I was in an accident on 11/6, they received my car on 11/8 and I signed the papers that day for them to work on it. My insurance didn t receive the estimate for 2 weeks, every time I called to find out when the estimate would be submitted Ryan said he was doing it that day and never would submit it. It is now 12/5 and my car still isn t ready. I understand parts shortage but the lack of communication is horrible and if they didn t take so long to do the estimate I would have my car back now. My insurance rental is up and I ve now been paying for my rental out of pocket for a week. I asked Ryan on 11/28 if the parts he was waiting got delayed to call me and let me know and he never did.Service: Body & Trim

Place recommended by USAA, an easy fix became a long "more problems" fix, leaving my wife and kids stranded without the vehicle. Don't recommend, they don't care if you're deploying, they don't care if your family is stranded. Empty promises that they are "expediting" it - never came through.

It was supposed to be a simple bumper fix because a half a month work, leaving my family without the car. Now they won't give our car back because it's a "liability."Place was recommended by USAA insurance - worst recommendation ever made by USAA

This place is Amazing! USAA was the one that referred me to them and they replaced my parts in a day! The next day my car was ready! They were easy to work with, understood the deductible process and made my repair as easy as possible! I would use them for service again in a heartbeat!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

My vehicle was taken here February 4, 2022 due to an accident that we were in on the interstate. There was a lot of body work and inner work that needed to be done so we knew we wouldn't see our vehicle for at least 3 to 4 weeks. We NEVER received any updated calls from them. We always has to call them for updates and when we did, we were told a date and then when that date came and we called again it was said that that it was pushed because they were waiting on parts. The date was pushed at least 4 times. The person at the front desk was the one who kept giving out multiple dates. One time I talked to him about how long it's been since we have had our vehicle and he laughed like it was a joke or something. This is the worst place to come to get your car serviced at!!!! Never ever ever come here!!!! If I could give negative points I would!!!! There were two things missing on our vehicle and we asked if we could get it in writing. He gave us a hard time about that, but was happy to take our deductible!!!! This place is unprofessional.

Happy wife, happy life. My wife could not find a new or even a used 12 passenger van she liked so decided to get her 2002 Ford Van painted. Rtech was recommended to her by a close friend. I am not disappointed at their quality, cost or customer service. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Poor communications between shop, insurance, and customer but a really great job on repairs. Recommend them for anyone that wants quality repairs at reasonable price. I am happy and I say thank you to R-Tech!

Ryan was very friendly, polite and professional. Great work and only took a couple hours like they promised. They mean what they say. He explained to me what needed to be done and kept me updated on the process. Amazing customer service! Highly recommend to everyone that needs some work done. Don t waist your time and money going elsewhere. R. Tech Collision is the place to go! Thank you Ryan and team!!! Highly recommend!!P.S. The shop was clean and didn t smell like a car shop.

So I dropped my vehicle off for a repair here as they were recommended by USAA. I job that should have taken a week, two tops. Ended up taking over 3 weeks. They would call USAA and tell them one thing, call my wife with another, and myself with something else. Constant excuses for why they were running behind. Then when we went to pick up our vehicle it had an additional 670 miles on it. We dropped it off with a full tank and it was on E at pick up. I questioned this and was told it never left the lot but since it was there for 26 days they would review the tapes and get back with me. That was two weeks ago and I have still not had any word from the management. I have called twice and been told the "Boss" would call back. I don't know why they needed to drive my vehicle around or what could have taken so long to fix it but I have made sure that USAA does not have then as a trusted company anymore and would encourage everyone to avoid this place.Edit: nice try with the days I had the car for a week and a half between the estimate and the day I dropped it off roughly 10 days which would come to 60 miles a day. During that time it was deemed unsafe to drive by the insurance company. So again I have worked through the appropriate channels with USAA to ensure your company doesn't have their business any further. Let's also address the fact that you had estimated the repairs to take 2 weeks but do to errors on your end it was closer to 4. And if you could have personally assured me then why had no one called back or been able to do so the two times I called before writing my review? Shady to say the least and I should probably have my air bags checked to ensure they are still there after doing business with this company.

Chris, the manager, changed my quote the first time I was in, after my car was left at the shop. He gave me a quote for other work and when I brought the car back to have the work done he doubled the price, after delaying m repair for a day! My experience was not like others on the page.2nd ReplyI did get another estimate. It was the same as the beginning estimate that was given to me! The work is done! I want go back and forth with you because now you have begin to lie and that is not cool with me. I was referred to you, primarily because of convenience. I work in a big company and just know that I am a man who believes in putting or not putting his voice and money behind "REALLY BAD BUSINESS!"

Amazing people. Personable and very professional. Always tried to keep me informed and updated throughout the process of basically rebuilding my mustang gt. Also, offered assistance after work was done by answering any questions and addressing all concerns. Would definitely recommend!

I had a very pleasant experience with R-Tech after someone hit my car. They always answered any questions I had and always returned my calls in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have work done on their vehicle.

Car accidents and the aftermath are a huge pain, BUT R-Tech made it so much easier on me. They were professional, quick, and all around super nice. They will help you in any way they can! I highly recommend them!

It was February on Granby Street by the zoo and this guy did this one second country stop in a 35 mph zone. I split second was checking my speed and I look up all within one second and there is this new Camry and I can't avoid hitting her. Allstate gives an estimate of $1700 but RTech comes up with $6400 estimate. These guys overcharge outrageous; no recommenda to you. No lo recommende.

retch collision is a first class business I refer all of my friends and family to retch for all their automotive needs the whole staff makes you feel comfortable and they genuinely care about you they have great pricing and their work is superior and Chris always make sure that all my concerns are addressed

Worst experience I ever had. Told them what I want they didn't to it and overstayed with clear coat. Didn't work well with State Farm and I had to do it without there help. I have a check from State Farm for additional repairs, but it will not be with them. Bad customer service, I would not recommend this company.

Great place, friendly, amazing work done to the cars that come in here. If you need body work or painting done and you want it to come out looking like it did off the lot then you need to come here to get it done.

I have to go with 5 stars for these guys because they went above and beyond on making sure my wife s car was fixed free and appropriately. Even some months/year later they call me and within a day or 2 they were able to get the parts in and get me in asap to repair everything. Now the window and door works great and we are very happy they accommodated us in getting this fixed.Thank you all for your help!!! Great working with you all once again.
