Joe the owner is the best. All the people that work there are top notch and the work they perform is also top notch. I am almost excited when my oil change comes due because that gives me another opportunity to hang out with them again. I also take all my repairs to them and the times when I have to go somewhere else is when they are too booked and I can't wait to get the repair done. Joe is also the guy to go to for body work and painting. Joe and his mechanics will listen and not treat you like a peon which is something you don't find that often. I know I am a bit long-winded but I had to get my thoughts out and hope that this helps you in making the decision to go and check them out...

Best service, The main mechanic/owner is very nice and explains everything he's doing. I felt very welcome and did not feel like I was going to be robbed for extra labor. We pulled in with a flat tire (nearly riding on the rim) on the way to vacation with a van full of kids. Joseph put enough air in our tire to get us in his shop and put on our spare free of charge. He was very busy that day doing pretty much all aspects of business by himself. He was kind, patient and helpful. If I lived nearby I d give him all my business!!

Everyone there was really nice and very helpful. Would go back again. I liked the fact that they are animal lovers and allow their dog, to come out and walk around and greet us.

Main Street Services Center does two things very well. First, it is one of the last of the full service service stations. That is a big deal for the elderly in the Chatham community. If they don't have to get out of the car to handle a heavy gasoline nozzle, it is better and safer for them.Second, garage service is great. Twice I've had burned out tail lights that were replaced faster than they can fill a gas tank. I use them for oil changes and general maintenance as well.

Stopped to get gas and they tried to sell me on a number of things I didn't need. When I refused the younger guy became very rude! I will not be stopping again I'd rather pump my own gas than be pressured into unnecessary maintenance. The place was also very unclean and poorly kept.

Great place to get gas and air and your auto worked on can see why they would charge for air if you are not a customer it cost to run the compresser so what's 75c for the air to go in your tire ..........
