I don't know if everyone else has the same experience as I. I signed up with Xfinity(Comcast) two years ago, at the time the monthly quoted for $120 a month for business line (internet plus landline in one box), and they have a discount if I sign up for automatic payment which was $10 off per month. I signed up but the only discount was only applied one time within that two years contract. I've called the customer service line but they couldn't explain why my bill was over what was quoted and never get the credit for it. Ever since my bill was between $135 to $150 each month and I hardly use the phone and the internet. My contract due to expire this July, I'll definitely going to make the switch.

Rob Morris resolved my issue quickly and seamlessly, with a solution that could not be offered by the Virtual Assistant online or the phone (of which, I was stuck bc no live assistance was offered without running in circles). Rather than forcing me to wait days without internet (I moved into a unit of which, the previous tenant was evicted), he was able to connect me after I showed proof of move-in and signing. Also helped me re-look at my plan to increase my speed while lowering my monthly bill (and other ways to lower it further with Xfinity mobile promotions).Please keep knowledgeable, adaptable employees like Rob Morris. He is a valuable, local asset to the community. It's now quicker and smoother to find a solution by visiting the Xfinity Store than to go online or call.

My remote broke and I wanted to see where I could exchange it. The Charlottesville office is 30 miles from me. I call their listed number and got someone in THE PHILLIPINES, who gave me bad information. I came back home and now I have to drive over an hour and back just to speak to someone who doesn;t live overseas. With as much money as the CEO is making you'd think he could trade in one of his yachts for some local help. It's shameful how these monopolies operate. Stop making it hard for people to give you money. I'd rather chew tinfoil than dealing with this company but I don't have a suitable option. Stop pretending to be a good company and just BE one.

Quick friendly service! I stopped by after going to another store in the area for assistance with my auto pay. The website and app wouldn't save my new card information. I was the 4th person in the queue but was out in under 20 minutes. I would have easily spent double that Time had I called in to the customer service line to try to resolve my issue. I plan on just going to the store from now on for assistance with anything I can't sort out on my own.The gentleman that assisted me was incredibly kind and genuinely apologized several times for the issue and that I had to wait a few minutes before someone could get to me.Absolutely great customer service!

I recently upgraded my cell phone and from the beginning to the end, my sales representative Rob was by far the best I have ever encountered. The store that day was very busy with five customers ahead of me. I was expecting someone to tell me that I would have to come back another day as closing for that day was within a half an hour. Rob assisted me as though I was the first customer at opening and never once gave it a second thought when my transaction ran over into closing. In this era of hurry that we live in, it was quite refreshing and impressive that the customer is placed with such importance as I was treated by Rob. He even followed up with me a couple days later to let me know that the issue with a promotional credit had been resolved to my benefit.I work in the retail/customer service driven environment and always appreciate when I receive top notch service. Xfinity has a customer for a very long time - great TV and Internet service and price, but above all that, excellent customer service from employees such as Rob will undoubtedly retain my business.Companies should always know when they have stellar front line workers who actually treat customers as they expect to be trrated.Thank you for making my purchasing experience a memorable one!

My husband and I went into this location the other day to inquire about bundling our cell phone (Verizon) with our internet (Xfinity). While we were waiting for our name to be called, I was mentally prepping for the typical runaround that usually comes when dealing with internet, phone companies, etc., but when Rob Morris called my name, he instantly changed my view. There was no back and forth or haggling, but just honesty and professionalism. He got us everything we needed, and then some, all while staying under our budget. Rob is awesome and if you're able to connect with him, you're in luck!

I think it's important to distinguish between regular Comcast service when you call on the phone and the Xfinity store. I've ironed out a lot of problems by visiting the store and my results here have been much better than calling customer service on the phone. There's been a couple of hiccups along the way but the representatives here have been true to their word and eventually found a way to deliver on a promised deal. They also informed me of deals that customer service on the phone said did not apply to me or were not available. I'm really grateful the store is here and close by and my overall experience has been positive.

I gave this a 1 star So i can write this review.From the day that I've gotten their internet it's been an issue my bill keeps going up every month, no one will help me in order to find out why, they only tell me that my auto payments has been made and then returned ( I know that's a lie )yet due to being returned I'm charged an extra $25 this is every month without fail and when I call to deal with this issue they bounce me around then hang up on me they are ripping people off and don't care

They employee that helped me was not up for helping me save any money . Even after the (tattooed man ) manager I am assuming explains that I was supposed to get a $100 discount sent back to me. She didn't make that happen even after I brought my own phone for one account paid off 2 other accounts and even purchased a brand new phone for $800. No discount at all . Very expensive store. But the cell phone service is great.

Customer service is good, but the internet in my neighborhood stops working for hours on end at least 4-5 times a month. Working from home this is a real problem. Would recommend you go somewhere else if you can or make sure you ve got a good data plan, as you ll be using your personal hotspot A LOT.

Recently switched my account toComcast Hospitality for TV service at my hotel. Little did I know, how incompetent the entire staff is from sales person to the project manager to the tech support. Bought/ added the entertainment and sports package and signed the service order with Troy Harding on 8/1/23. Still waiting for the package to be deployed. Have been on calls with tech support, service depsrtment and noone seem to andwer when it will be done. Disappointment is a nice word to use for lack of service. Switching back to DirectTV the first opportunity I get.

How about a negative 1 billion. Worst worst worst customer service ever!!! When you finally get a human they don't know what they are doing. They put you through the ringer and your on the phone for literally hours. No one seems to know what they are doing and furthermore don't care!!!! I will NEVER recommend them!! Just my opinion!

The two people who helped me here solved an issue I had for five years that I was repeatedly told was unfixable. I was being billed $600 a month for someone else's plan. They fixed it in twenty minutes. I am so thankful. Amazing service.

Absolute trash customer service... the people in the store are literally only there to do the same things you could do for yourself on the website. No answers to questions, no help of any knind. Not sure why I expected anything else. Switching to a new phone service ASAP.

I would actually give half a star if I could. The employee that " helped" me helped me about as much as icy hot would help a hemorrhoid. I WILL be getting away from Xfinity just as soon as I can, nothing but a headache from their mobile division, man I wish I would have known I would have stayed with Boost!

Needed to return their equipment as my mom could no longer use it. I walked in, an employee asked what I needed. I said I needed to return some equipment. He said he could handle that. From the time that I walked in to complete and walked out was maybe five minutes. This was good service. Comcast has really improved their customer focus. Good job.

I was hesitant about this service when I moved to the area as I heard nothing but bad things. My experience was quite the opposite! When I called for an appointment I was greeted with the MOST HELPFUL lady who quickly set me up with my appointment and explained cost. The installer arrived on time and had to install everything from scratch, he was thorough and was an expert at installing everything exactly as I wanted. He made sure the wifi was working and that I was able to use it in other buildings on the property. He took his time in explaining how everything worked... he spent well over three hours at my home. After being on satellite service in my other location I am now paying $100 less a month for service that is ten times better. I am totally satisfied with this service.

As an Xfinity customer I had a good view of the company as a whole but this was even more amazing. I went to switch my mobile service to Xfinity fully expecting it to take a looooong time. It did not. I switched carriers on my 3 phones and was out the door in less time than it took for me to decide I wanted to switch. I was assisted by Brittainy Stevens. She was quick, capable, personable, and efficient. Overall, I could not be happier with how things went.

I have Tried to Change My Payment Method To My New Credit Card! The One They Have has been Cancelled! I have Never Heard of Such A Thing! And I m Going To Have To CANCLE This service And Go With One With Better Service Than Xfinity! This is Absolutely Ridiculous!
