I ve been going to White Horse Car Wash for years and the team always does a great job. The Unlimited Wash Plan can t be beat. Nothing better than a clean ride! Big props to Darnell and the detailing dude. They baby my car like it was their own.

Just got the best car wash I have ever purchased this morning! I removed our car seats and wanted a good interior clean, especially for the back seats. I went for the Meticulous Clean option, which included extra time and detail to an area of choice. Sean did an AMAZING job! He was kind, hard working, and definitely paid extra attention to the details. Well worth the cost! My reaction when seeing my car when it was completed was wow! . It looked brand new! I recommend White Horse Auto Wash and Sean!

Just had my car washed here and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service, especially from Tim. He did an incredible job, making my car look as good as new. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident from start to finish. I highly recommend this car wash to anyone looking for quality service. The unlimited plan is excellent. My vehicle can be cleaned as much as needed, which is often with a golden retriever passenger. The employees are friendly, hard working, and go above and beyond. Customers enjoy the complimentary coffee, rocking chairs, and treats for dogs. It s a pleasant experience and White Horse consistently does a great job.

I got my car professionally detailed for the first time ever this past Valentine s Day. Had the pleasure of having Shawn the detailing manager take care of my baby. I work with animals so there was an insane amount of dog and cat hair stuck to the carpet and seats, as well as crumbs, glitter, and sand. I was expecting the whole process to take about 3 hours, but they had it finished in about half that time. Interior of my car was left spotless, not a crumb or animal hair in sight! I feel like I ve gone from peasant to celebrity thanks to their cleaning. One thing I will say is the seats were still somewhat wet, so might be a good idea to bring a towel sit on until the car fully air drys out. Otherwise

I enjoyed every experience with White Horse. Drop off was easy and Sean was so professional and greeted me as soon as I pulled in. Sean explained to me what he would be doing to my car while it was there and insured me that he was going to do the best job on my car. Sean really did go above and beyond on my car. My interior detail was amazing. It look like a brand new car. I was so excited to drive it home. I can t thank Sean enough!! The whole team was friendly and Great. Definitely ask for Sean for your next service.

My co-worker sent me to get my car detailed and it was a great experience. Isaiah greeted me to go through the different options, Mark and Shaun did an awesome job. With two boys in sports every day of the week my car gets a lot of wear and tear. Thank you!!!

First car wash in Virginia! Justin A. did a great job with my car. He explained the entire process to me and even waxed the outside of my car. 10/10 experience and customer service. I ve been coming to this car wash for years, at least once a week on an unlimited plan. One of the things that really stands out is the exceptional service. Everyone works hard and does a great job. Special shout out to Alieu & Isaiahs! Always great to see their faces :) My car leaves here happy every time.

My husband and I are always very happy with the attention to detail they have when servicing our vehicles. We take our Suburban, Tesla, and Tundra to have them detailed and they always do a fantastic job! Shawn detailed our Tesla today and I would recommend anyone take their car to him, he did a fantastic job!

0 STARS Let me start off by saying I have never been more upset with a service in my life. I paid $250 for a full detail inside and out, COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. I also had to pay more than $50 for multiple Ubers because it was still not finished after waiting 4 hours there, 2 more hours, and the car was still not done so today I had to go yet again (I cannot believe that after 6 hours the car was worse than how id left it, completely greasy and nothing looked to be cleaned) (not to mention the customer service was horrible), got another uber because I have to work. I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER and definitely do not recommend it absolutely HATED it. After another 5 hours, and of course, another Uber to get my car there had been ABSOLUTELY NOTHING DIFFERENT with the cleaning NOTHING it was literally just sitting there for 5 hours! AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN CALL, I CALLED "yea it'll be ready in 10 min." THANKS FOR THE INFO?!? also, I'd like to note there was no manager present to even talk to no one was in charge. As I said completely hate the service. 11 hours and a couple hundred down the drain.

Went for a carwash...inside and out. Had to ask them to wipe their hand print off the outside of the car. 4 days later, I'm still wiping overspray off from the interior of the car. They didn't even clean the interior windows. Was definitely my last visit to this location.

Shawn is great! I got the $100 car wash bc my little Prius needed TLC after not getting washed in a few months! He was incredible thorough. I read that detailing can cost $300 or so. This was well worth the cost and time.

Worst car wash service paid for the high end wash what a waste of $100 terrible job with the exterior and interior barely vacuum and must have used dirty rags to try and clean windows and stuff and the wheels weren t even wiped down highly don t recommend and definitely canceling membership

I bought an unlimited membership at the start of 2024 (new year resolution clean car!!), and it s been an amazing decision. I stop by each week on my errand run, and I m in and out in 30 min or less. My van no longer looks like I have kids!

I had an interior detail by Shawn Kerrigan on Thursday 3/1. Amazing job. The interior was not in great shop, and I had mildew issues do to a leaking sunroof. He used the ozone machine to help with the mildew, and the interior of the car looked brand new. He was pleasant, easy to communicate with, and clearly knows what he is doing.

Excellent job on the interior detail. Sean made it look as good as new and in only a couple hours. He even threw in the exterior detail for a discounted price. And, since the exterior didn't need that much work to begin with, he discounted it even more. As a bonus, he cleaned the kids cars seats. Will definitely return with my other vehicle.

A rodent did a number on our car and left junk everywhere (so did our kids lol). Sean did an amazing job detailing our interior. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work. Looks better than I could have ever hoped. Thank you Sean!

Came in for an exterior wash only. Bought the "recommended" $22 wash because it included wheels and tire shine. With exterior washes, customer stays in the car. When I made my next stop, I got out and found the terrible job they did on the wheels. I called, had to leave a message around lunchtime. It is now the next day, no response. Paid $27 ($5 tip), a waste and I will not return. Next time I will spend $10 at a self service wash and wipe the wheels myself, takes only a few minutes to make them look good.Service: Auto detailing

Stop by to get the car wash and clean. It cost $39.00 and it was the worst job yet they have done. Windows was not clean. Floor Matt's was still dirty. Car was not wipe down Trim inside or outside was not touch. The only thing that looked like it has been clean was the tires.

Absolutely terrible! I don t ever leave negative reviews but this service was absolutely awful. I ve tried calling multiple times and it s impossible to get anyone to answer to resolve this issue.We paid for their top interior/exterior meticulous, of which they were anything but. They rushed through, barely did anything but a quick wipe down and hardly vacuumed. We normally go to the one in Culpeper and they check after to make sure everything is good. This place just pulled our car forward, halfway blocking the incoming traffic and moved onto the next one without a word. They knew we had two car seats to reinstall, which left us in an awkward and honestly, unsafe position of blocking traffic and keeping our children right next to us while we installed the seats.Biggest waste of money and honestly I feel taken advantage of.
