I ve had my car detailed by Virginia Auto Detailing and the experience was so great I went back to have a Ceramic Clear Coat put on. All of the work was excellent. Tim went out of his way to give the car an exquisite glass look. He did a job that was above and beyond. The car looks magnificent. I definitely recommend.

I can't recommend Virginia Auto Detailing ENOUGH!! Tim is extremely knowledgeable, and I was blown away with the results!If you're looking to sell your vehicle and get top dollar I'd recommend having it detailed first by Tim. I had a 2022 Tahoe detailed back in November, and since then I've taken two 2014 Mercedes Sprinter vans to him for paint restoration and ceramic coating. Those two 2014 Sprinters are now the standouts in my fleet of 2020-23 Sprinters.You pay for what you get... working with Tim at Virginia Auto Detailing was worth every penny, and then some!

Called this afternoon and needed to plug a rear tire that had a nail. Nicole at the office was excellent. Told me to come on over and they would take care of me. Very friendly and the staff were wonderful. Will keep using ACE Auto Center. Thank you for the great service.

BEST experience EVER!! Tim takes such pride in his work and satisfying you. He has a passion to do his work to the very best of his ability the first time and always achieving results not only you're pleased with but himself as well. I have encountered many experiences with so called detailers but Tim is the real deal. (AUTHENTIC) I was late to the game to get ceramic coating on my Tahoe so to say he had to put a lot of time and effort into the job would be an understatement but he DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! Tim returned it back to me better than showroom condition. (It's Black which is already a challenge) Tim doesn't only do EXCELLENT work but he's a heck of a nice guy also; rare find total package. Truly a WONDERFUL and SEAMLESS experience. With all this being said it's not enough; Tim is doing a complimentary wash with a booster for me too. Wow he's good as his word too! Solid spot. Good guys, fair prices, quick service. I ll be honest, there were a couple details missed that I had to clean up when I got home, like in the door jams and the rear view mirrors. Avoid at all costs - I purchased the deluxe package for $69 and could've gone to a gas station vacuum to get better results. Carpets were barely touched and mats were never removed to vacuum underneath. Zero shampooing or significant upholstery cleaning. Virginia Auto Detailing did an excellent job on my older Mercury SUV! Tim, the detailer, skillfully removed stains from the door upholstery, leaving it looking pristine. Additionally, the seats, floors, and mats were thoroughly cleaned, making them appear brand new. The pickup service provided was seamless and definitely worth it. These guys did a great job, and went above and beyond on both cars that we brought in to be detailed. To be clear, our cars were filthy when we brought them in. Tim was great to work with, and left us very impressed and enjoying our "like-new" cars after the cleaning. My husband was bringing catering for work and the grease from one of the dishes leaked meat grease onto the tan upholstery of the passenger seat. An hour later, we arrived at Virginia Auto Detailing and Tim saw us immediately and took care of the grease stain. They did an amazing job, were friendly, and we will definitely be back for a full detail!!!

Tim did a phenomenal job detailing my 2020 Honda Accord! When I brought it in I thought my seats were going to be permanently stained, but Tim made them look like new. Plus he picked me up when it was finished. Timothy did the most outstanding super deluxe + detail on our 4-Runner SUV! I felt like I had just bought a new car! The amount of dog hair that came out of my car was unbelievable! I don't know where to start here, let me start by sayiing Tim was absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. My Acura had a lot of paint damage from previous automatic car washes. When I picked it up it looked better than it looked when I drive it off the dealer lot last year. Tim worked meticulously on it and he was extremely professional. I will definitely be going back in the future to keep my vehicle looking prestige. I strongly recommend Tim and Virginia Aiuto detailing. I can honestly say that I have never had my vehicle detailed and been so happy with the results. Tim went through my vehicle cleaned it and called to give me additional options to consider which I elected to move forward with. Not only was the service excellent but the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of. They provided me with free rides to and from their location while they were working on my car. This business is operated in a professional manner and had the car ready on the agreed upon time. Just picked up my car from an amazing detail. They took their time with it and now I see why every single nook and cranny has been cleaned, vacuumed, shampooed, and polished to perfection! So I sent my car back today -- my new, though now 8 month old, car (not the same one as last time). Virginia Auto Detailing remains a fabulous service. Exquisite work - genuine detailing at an affordable price. It looks, feels and smells just like it did when I drove it off the lot. Thanks again. The fact that they pick up your car at your home & take it to their office is fantastic. That alone deserves 5 stars. But the actual cleaning is incredible. With 2 dogs, one who sheds badly, my car was covered in dog hair. Upon getting my vehicle back, I couldn t find a single dog hair and the car had a lovely tropical scent in it. Highly recommended!
