The rental process of getting a unit was super easy and fast. I really like that the unit is indoors. I also like that they offer additional security with me being notified when my unit is opened. It really gives me a peace of mind knowing my things are really safe.

I must say that I have found Dennis to be absolutely wonderful representative for your company. He was knowledgeable, friendly. and helpful. I am certainly glad that I am renting from you all. So thank you so very much. I will certainly tell all the other UVA parents that you all are the place to go. A+++

The location of the storage unit is conveniently located for me and my needs. Fast customer service via phone and email. Great prices and new year deals. Loved the online sign up and easy access to my unit right away when I needed instead of having to go inside an office and have a long signing process. Wish the staff were friendlier and more knowledgable on the overall storage facility/n2n knows when a first time renter.

Reserving online was easy. The facility is clean and well lit.My only suggestion is to set the timer on the access door a little longer to allow multiple carts to enter at a time

Excellent communication. Convenient and clean facility.We're renting again! Received a call from Dennis and he was awesome at getting is all set up again. Being from out of state etc, he was more than happy to go through the process/help us out on his end. Greatly appreciated!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful storage rooms were good but the doors to enter are not very wide and make it difficult to move belongings into the building

The process was so easy, and someone called a couple days later to remind me to put a lock on my door. I don't have any experience with storage units so I liked the fact they call you if they need to and not wait for you to call them, and he answered all my questions. So far I am very pleased with my first experience getting a storage unit thanks to Storage Sense.

staff is wonderful, the facility is clean. when I come in I feel safe and the unit are affordable as well. They also are climate control so that is great for me don't have to worry about my belonging getting dusty. I recommend every one to try them out!!!!

Staff is friendly, but terrible set up as far as parking to load/unload, as well as main doors being too narrow to get larger items through - also the fact you have to input a code every single time you enter is ridiculous & gets old pretty quickly! I understand that is partially due to it being climate controlled, but overall a really poor design & not well thought out in regards to accommodating the customer & or movers. The whole moving process was incredibly frustrating due to these factors & therefore I would not recommend Storage Sense on Vision Lane - not sure if other locations have a different setup or not

The location was very nice. I wish there was a way to open the doors bigger. Also would be nice to be able to use a dumpster on site for small items

We had a great experience. Facilities are very new and clean and they have attentive and friendly staff. They even noticed our lock wasn t latched correctly one day and immediately notified us to help keep our belongings safe.

Had a storage unit on the third floor. Got a uhaul to move my stuff into it and both elevators were broken & the stairs were exit only. I was given no notice and staff was unhelpful in providing accommodations. If you want reliable access in and out to what you pay for, maybe try a different storage place.

William was super friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. I gave 3 stars because on my most recent visit to drop off a few large totes, I was denied access/entry. I called from the back entrance & was told that the door wasn't working. (I see that) I then had to repack the totes into my car, drive around front & unpack (again) and go through the front entrance. There should have been some sort of signage that the door wasn't functioning.

New clean units. William Watson is good manager. Kind enough to call us to let us know that we forgot to lock our unit at our initial move=in. He is well informed and has a take charge attitude of the storage center.

When I initially went to rent a unit the young lady was very helpful and made the process extremely easy. However, I went back a few days later and could not get into the building. I went to the office to let them know and the man working informed me that the access door was broken and unless I had a way to fix it I would have to use the door in the front of the building which was quite a distance from my unit. He was rude and condescending which I did not expect nor appreciate.

Simple, easy, and (mostly) pain free. The only problems were the door size for getting stuff into the building and the 2 loading zones that kind of became chokepoints when a lot of people were there.
