This was my first time using Settle Tire Pros, and my experience was excellent. They were professional, clearly communicated the expected duration of service, and provided outstanding customer service. When I accidentally left my glasses behind, they promptly called to inform me and then personally delivered them to me the next day when I returned to pick them up. I highly recommend their services. Thank you!

I m late to the party writing about my experience and so today I am happy to tell everyone about my unique service at Settle Tire. My car inspection was due to expire on 12/32/23. Naturally I postponed going in before Christmas & so there I was on December 29 dropping my ride. The kind man said we are pretty busy , but we ll see what we can do. You might not get your car back till Tuesday. Of course I thought they are closed for the New Year holiday! Just at 4 o clock Settle Tire called - a man called & said we ve done the inspection & oil change, your car is ready! I remain super impressed & so grateful for the excellent & professional service. A belated happy new year & good health to the fine team at Settle Tire! Thank you all so much.

This shop is the best. Kind, reliable, and helpful. They always take care of me and don't pressure extra sales. Ray, vince, dave and skyler are awesome to work with! Always have a line out the door, too, so more than a few people trust them, i d say.

Original Review: Serviced my car several times, latest was in September 2022.I have tried four auto shops in Charlottesville, and this one was by far the worst on several occasions. My general impression has been that the person answering the phone is usually rude and dismissive. I went there for a state inspection two years in a row, received work on my brakes, and also a realignment on two separate occasions. When they did a realignment, they didn't actually correct the steering.I called back and they told me it was my fault that my steering wasn't aligned due to worn tires after they "fixed" it two days prior and were fighting me on looking at it again. the second time, they aligned it correctly. They blamed me for the car "becoming unaligned" in the two days after it was "repaired" saying I should have bought new tires in those two days... They aren't helpful in explaining the issues and are very quick to dismiss any opinions or questions.After the alignment, my headlights weren t working (they worked before they did work on my car) and I went to another shop where they ordered new lights only to discover that Settle Tire didn t plug my headlights back in, so I had gone a week without headlights. This was really a simple fix that could have been avoided if they had put my car back together the right way after working on it.I would recommend another shop if you're looking for quality repairs and good customer service.Update: Spoke with the manager, Drew, on 12/7/23. He is discussing the concerns I had with his team and working to correct safety issues and receptionists customer interactions. Moving it to a 3 star review based on his feedback. Hoping for better interactions in the future.

A+++. Was visiting C Ville, with a nine-hour drive ahead to get home but a screw in my tire threatened those plans. Greg, Wayne, and the Settle Tire folks got us in, plugged it, and sent us on our way. Fantastic people and service.Service: TiresService: Tires

I went to them with a tire half flat with leaking air They were polite, efficient, and had my tire fixed within 90 minutes. Their shuttle service kept me from being late for an appointment. I will use Settle Tire from now on!

They did an awesome alignment to my Mk7 GTI. I had put in camber plates in the front two coilovers, and the tech was able to align my car to some pretty aggressive specs, per request.

Every time I go to Settle Tire Company, I am greeted with the helpful and friendly staff. My needs are always taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. They always let me know what s needed during the diagnosis. I highly recommend them for all of my service needs!

My experience at Settle Tire will prevent me from using the services in the future. As a repeat customer, I was surprised to be belittled for bringing my own tires to be mounted and criticized for having a late inspection by the front desk mechanics; My expectation as a customer is to be delivered the services requested without feeling judged. I especially felt that I was being treated this way because I am a young woman, and I will not recommend Settle Tire to anyone going forward.

amazing people at Settle!!! I just went for a state inspection and they let me know that if there were any small fixes they would call me first and then install them if I gave them the go ahead so that I could pass inspection without having to come back. did not try to upsell and only took one day for inspection, because I literally went on the last day of the month. Definitely will be coming here for all my future car maintenance!!!

Settle Tire is the best! Great service! Went in for an oil change first come first serve. Asked if they would also check tires and was told they did that and all fluids automatically. Fairly priced.

The service was fantastic. The price for the tires was extremely competitive. I was also able to have a wheel alignment done at the same time. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
