I LOVE these people! Not only are they super efficient organized detail oriented an inexpensive. They even work with your insurance company to make sure you get exactly what you pay for every month!Amy is a wonderful person!Philip does an amazing job any car that comes into that shop, take it from someone who had to go back there twice within, two weeks apart my car looks like it had never went through anything and runs beautifully!~Selena-

If I could give a zero star review, I would! My sister recently had an accident and needed to get a paint job, so I recommended this place since they have such great reviews. Sadly, I am disappointed to hear that they painted my sister's car a different color and that they were rude and aggressive. My sister told me that Amy Gril was unprofessional and liked to yell at customers with no patients, and she lied to my sister's insurance company. Terrible attitude in person and on the phone and loves gaslighting customers even if she is in the wrong! I will be encouraging my sister to sue if the car isn't fixed

I recently totaled my F250 and Patterson was called to retrieve. I believe the responding officer made the call as I was a little rattled and it was late.Phil showed, Amy and another fellow showed up within minutes. Well before my ride did. They were polite and professional. They got my truck loaded up quickly, which was no easy task. The wreck was obstructing traffic and I don t think anyone else could have cleared the way better. It s a big truck and was in an awkward position, but they made quick work of it. They helped get all my tools and even full truck box off the road/ground and into the truck bed. I say helped but they did 99%of the work.When I went to the shop, which was easy to find, had parking spots and no maze of wreckage to squeeze through like some places. Phil and Amy spoke with me personally, professionally and kindly. Amy offered to help with any insurance issues I had, as she is far more experienced with it than most.I hope I never have to get another vehicle towed, but if so, I will only choose Patterson

Phil Patterson and Ms. Amy were an absolute delight from the start for my sweet Ford C-Max hybrid which was "totaled" by my insurance company. The damage to the rear passenger door was such that the insurance people decided it was a total loss, but when Mr. Patterson and Ms. Amy looked at it, they said, "Of course we can fix it and make it look like new!" They had my Ford for 10 days while I had a rental and drove out of state for a family crisis. I checked in with them a couple of times, they were on schedule and reported no unforeseen surprises. Yay!! Mr. Patterson and Ms. Amy had been super supportive and helpful prior to dropping my car off also. Very caring, compassionate and kind people. I am extremely appreciative and thankful for their excellent work and dedicated ethics. I picked up my car and as promised, it looks new, cannot see any telltale traces of damage, only GREAT WORK! Many thanks for a job well done, and extremely affordable. PLEASE CONSIDER PATTERSON AUTO BODY IF/WHEN YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TOTALS YOUR CAR, YOU DON'T AGREE AND WANT TO KEEP YOUR CAR, AS I DID. Extremely nice people now keep in mind they are 2.5 hours from my home (wife was involved in an accident) they were the two company. Got everything straight with the insurance company gave the go ahead for them to do the work, Amy communicated great during the process it worked out that it was to be ready on a Friday I arranged a ride to pick it up, well it didn't get finished so the next I could get a ride was on not the next day but the following Saturday no biggie, they are not opened on weekends made arrangements for the keys to be placed paid the deductible all set. Not exactly get therecar looks good a little orange peel in paint on rear bumper left message no big deal. Driving back noticed that the navigation system didn't work radio cuts out in general there is a problem with the system. Called Amy Monday morning explained some concerns she was at work said she would call me back later that day have left several messages over the past week no response. There body and paint work was good but the exhaust on the side that was damaged is now 2 inches shorter than it was and looks terrible when you have dual exhaust. My point being everyone is nice and communicates until they are paid.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I generally do not post reviews, but in this case I felt compelled to do so. I had my windshield replaced here a couple of weeks ago and I just could not be more satisfied with the quality of their work and service. They went above and beyond in multiple ways while still managing to charge me less than I was quoted at other places. I cannot recommend Petterson enough, and I will be returning (hopefully, not any time soon!)

I called for the shop to tow my car and give me an estimate on the repairs, receptionist took my information and promise to call back, never did, I guess they are so busy that they are not taking anymore customers or simple as my accent, latino, was not of her taste ($$$). Who knows, anyways, they did not take my business, did not even see my car at all, i guess this shop picks its clients, maybe they should post that so we dont bother

I took my 2017 Accord to Patterson's Auto Body for a dent in the trunk. I had taken it to another shop and they told me that the only way that they would do it would be to replace the entire trunk "lid". This seemed extreme to me, but they were kind enough to give me Patterson Auto Body's name. Pattersons was outstanding! Phil looked at it and said, "No problem, we can take care of that." I dropped it off on a Monday and picked it up the following day. The work was unbelievable, and the price was more than fair. I would highly recommend them. I had a great experience with this company. I called most of the auto body shops in cville to get an over the phone estimate (some places didn't do over the phone but as a student time during work time hours can be difficult) and this place got me an appointment quickly, and was the most reasonably priced. I greatly appreciated them also giving me extra advice.

Mr. Patterson did an exceptional job repairing my car after I had an accident. He is extremely professional and provides good customer service. I was totally ripped off by this business. They repainted my dodge ram pickup and replaced rusted wheelwells. In the middle of the work, they called to say it would cost nearly $1000 more than the $4000 quote - which was quite high already, but i was assured the work would be excellent. $5000 later and after having my truck 9 days, i picked up the truck and the windows were rolled down. That was odd, but not until i got home did i see why: in removing taped sections, someone had badly scratched both side windows and the back window. At least 40 scratches, some very deep. Not only that, the receptionist had tried to get me to pick up the truck after hours, and simply pay over the phone. Unbelievable. Moreover, there was overspray on the roof, in the truck bed, on the door handles, tires, etc. Just plain underhanded, the way they handled that destruction to my vehicle. Hence, my experience with Patterson auto. Be forewarned.

I have had Phil Patterson owner of Patterson's Auto Body paint a few cars for me. They have all come back looking great with a price one 1/3 of others I got estiments from. If you need a vehicle painted and are on a budget he's your man.

Unfortunately, my experience with Patterson was disappointing. The paint has dirt/thrash in it, there is a "run", and when a side scope on my Mustang fell off and disappear along a highway they refused to replace it, even though they had removed and remounted it. I had to remove the other side's scope because it was so poorly mounted it too was going to fall off. And this is after having returned the car a second time because there were so many problems with the first effort. I am having to pay another body shop to have these problems fixed.
