Mary and Jeremy are the BEST!!!! Very courteous AND professional!!! Sunday after Thanksgiving, I was traveling home and got a flat tire. My tires were at another location and Mary retrieved them. Jeremy replaced my tires and I was able to continue my trip. Kudos to them Thanks!!!

I have gotten my last 3 or 4 sets of tires here, Had a radiator replaced a couple of years ago and they fixed my tie rods and alignment. They will try to fix something if they can, rather than just replace and run a bill up. They seem honest and pretty quick. Will be going back. 2010 Sequoia

Set up an appointment online for an alignment, wasn't until I got there that I was told their sensors wouldn't be able to fit my rims. Totally understand and appreciate them being upfront and not wanting to potentially cause damage. 4 star because, at least to my knowledge there wasn't a disclaimer beforehand so I ended up wasting quite a bit of gas to get out there. The staff were very friendly throughout and I don't blame them for what I assume is a corporate thing

This is by far the most friendly and professional tire dealer I have ever visited. Making the appointment with Page who made me feel I was very important. Got here for my appointment and Mary was outstanding. I needed tires balanced and they took me right away. I was stressed because I live in Sarasota Florida and had this car issue. Highly recommended for all your tire and service issues. Great people.

Some really great/professional people working here. Mary and Adam made sure all my auto concerns were addressed. The work was done in a timely fashion, and it was done well! Highly recommend this place for all your auto needs!

I had an excellent experience at NTB. Page was fantastic and was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. My car was fixed in a timely fashion, I didn't receive any unexpected fees, and the entire team knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend!

I have been with NTB for years. Finding someone to fix your car and to be honest is so hard to find. The first time I start doing business with them they were wonderful so every time I had problems with my car I would call them and they would fit me in. I have recommended my sister, son, daughters and my parents to NTB. Paige is the nicest guy and he truly cares. I don't know all of the mechanic there but the guy with the earring that be at the front is also great. If this location shuts down I would be so upset. These guys are really great and they will not charge you or try to get you to get stuff fixed on your car that does not need to be. They are honest and dependable and even though they were down a couple of people during the holidays and because of sickness they still got my car fixed in a timely manner and they kept me informed.

I experienced a flat tire coming from church, while returning home to Northern VA. I stopped by NTB and was greeted by the most pleasant and helpful staff ever. Namely: Mary Charleson, her husband, Chris, Jeremy and Page. They didn't have the exact tire in stock, but told me they would have it ready the very next day, --first thing. I highly recommend this establishment as they are the epitome of excellence when it comes to customer service and customer satisfaction.

Jermey & Mary are the absolute best! Helped me on a Sunday to plug my tire when no other places were open. Got me right in and out with only the two of them there all day. Will definitely be returning!

Arrived late, but shop was able to get me in do my oil change and place new tires on for me so I could leave for family funeral. Super helpful and nice.

Goodmorning yesterday I called ntb about my breaks and rotors and they got me in asap. Paige, Snook, Jordan, and Mary and all the staff at ntb on rio road are amazing. I just love the service that they provide for me and my family. I will always take my car to ntb here. They also make you feel like family. I was having a bad headache when the staff member guy came out and offered me water him a Jordan. Jordan even greeted me at the front door. I love their excellent customer service. I appreciate it them so much. These guys and women are hard workers. I recommend ntb on rio road in Charlottesville Virginia . Paige is so nice and sweet. I have been coming here for years and he always takes good care of me .. he makes sure my car is up and running like it should be. I recommend Paige to anyone.. he is awesome. I love all of his staff.. Mary is amazing as well.. I love how they great you with a smile. The team focused on many aspects of my vehicle besides the standard oil change. The team is courteous and professional. The interior and exterior are clean and accommodating. It is easy to make appointments online.

Went in here about 3 weeks ago to get 4 brand new tires and an alignment! Excellent price and Paige waited on me and was the absolute best! He made sure I understood what tire options there were as well as suggested the alignment (my tire on one side was worn down significantly more than the other). I left feeling like I was driving a brand new car! Paige will definitely have all of my future business!

I've been getting the work done on my cars here for the last 2 years and these guys are amazing. Page is wonderful and always willing to work with you. I highly recommend them if you need anything done.

We were stuck 100 miles away from home on a spare tire and NTB were absolute lifesavers. In less than two hours they gave us a replacement tire we could use to get home safely!

Sexist, condescending and uncooperative. If you're a female, run (unless you're the type who likes to be mansplained and treated like you're clueless and know nothing about cars). So I have had 2 experiences with them, equally bad. The first was a few years ago when I wanted to fit all terrain tires on my SUV. They vehemently objected saying it couldn't be done rolling their eyes at me. I found my 265/65/17 tires on my own and they fit like a glove. Then recently I asked to do an oil change ahead of a trip. Even though they said yes on the phone when I got there those bozos didn't know how to do an oil change from the top (I have permanent offroad skidplates bolted on the subframe and it is a liability to have just anyone take them on and off for small things like this). I would have easily done that myself at home had I not been in a time pinch, and further they wanted to charge 50 bucks for a filter that costs 15 dollars on Amazon. My impression with this shop (esp the manager) is that he's intimidated by certain types of women and will deny service/will not cooperate as soon as you show specific knowledge and have specific requests. He seems more comfortable in the standard role of telling (some) people how it's done. Sorry I wasn't the victim you wanted!

Manager Mr. Page runs a tight ship, Stopped to have a slow leaking tire repaired. He and his crew did an excellent job. Old school type guy, Great to work with, I noticed his effor to train the new guys Go Page A rare experience to see these days!

These guys are fantastic! I was running late and called and they were wonderful about it. My mother got a flat tire while driving a critically I'll family member home from some medical tests, and they jumped up to help. Fixed her tire, figured out how to help her, and took outstanding care of both of them. Thanks to them, she got home safely. This team is kind, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they fix things correctly the first time for a reasonable price. We need a LOT more businesses to take a lesson from this crew.

I had gotten another shop to put on a catalytic converter which they damage the gasket so it caused an exhaust leak I took it to ntb page took care of it for me they fixed the gasket and was always up front and honest ntb will be the only place I take my car to from now on thanks to page and the rest of the team

Had 2 flat tires from hitting a curb the staff here is wonderful helped me pick out a set of tires for an affordable price and got me back on the road in less than 2 hrs without a appointment will be coming back for more services in the future

Ntb was an excellent experience.. from the work in shop to the ladies in the office I recommend this shop!!!!!
